Wheel bearing broke after 3 months owning and I took in for service believing it would be under warranty no Charge then found out there was a charge and I’d owe 500 to fix bc it was last day of my warrenty. Manager was amazing he made sure it got covered and fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Great honest man thank you

I couldn’t be less happy with the dealership. I made an appointment online with Ross to come test drive a vehicle. He confirmed the vehicle was there and the time I was to arrive. When I arrived the vehicle that I had requested sold the week before. I sat there for 30 minutes as they went to try to find another comparable vehicle. No one came back. I walked out past 6 sales people sitting talking and no one said a word. No one seemed to care. I guess they met their quota for the month already and it’s only 12/10

I couldn’t be more happy with my salesman Roger Lehman! I was a first time car buyer and he made the process so easy and seamless, I can’t recommend him enough. He wasn’t even the slightest pushy or demanding and he was super easy to communicate with, he made the whole process so laidback which you don’t see ever often in salesman! My boyfriend and I got into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander with a 3rd row thanks to the help from Jonathan Coles. He was beyond helpful and understanding of our situation and made the financing process a breeze for us! We brought our 9 month old and 2 year with us as well and the quick process really benefited to avoid them getting tired and cranky. Jonathon even went as far as to get snacks for my 2 year old! I purchased a vehicle this week from Jim Shorkey in Uniontown. It was a great experience. The entire staff was very nice, and Jen Davis, the sales consultant who worked with us, was great! She was very helpful with our research before we visited the dealership, and was very patient and helpful while we were at the dealership, looking at the van.

The process was very quick, smooth, and easy. We got a great deal, and a great vehicle. We don't live in that area, and were originally hesitant about making the longer drive, but I'm glad we did. The next time we are in the market for a car, we'll definitely be back.

I had a GREAT Salesman by the name of Dayton. He worked very hard to get me a deal and get it financed. The financial department bent over backwards to get the Mitsubishi eclipse cross I got financed. It was a very good experience.
