After agreeing to leave a review for $20 off my next service, which ended up being then just sending me a check. Upon the next visit, less than 1 year later and after ~12 uses of my fireplace, I essentially paid $200 for a service call only shrouded as a in-home sales pitch by Jonathan T. Jonathan seemed more interested in getting home that evening than he did cleaning my chimney, as he did not but rather spend his time trying to upsell me on other products even after I prefaced the visitors very clearly. I work with may people both professionally and as a home owner but this instance was the only one that disgusted me enough to take it to google.

I have over 20 years in real estate and have owned a lot of real estate. I had two other companies look at my chimney for free, where Advanced C charged $300. Then the estimate was well over double the other two companies. The Chimney Guy was around 9k and Advanced was over $20k for the same system. Curtis Chimney gave me a general estimate at around 6k, and they seemed to know more about fireplaces in general. What makes me upset is paying the $300 and getting an estimate so high. Can’t recommend. I knew my chimney had to be lined and I stated that. It is on me that I fell for this, but I think it is poor practice to charge someone that already knows the chimney/fireplace would need to be fixed at a cost prior to use. I would recommend going elsewhere. I went with Curtis Chimney and Hearth and couldn't be happier.

Advance Chimney Sweeps has been doing my cleanings for 9 years now. Their techs and admin people are always friendly, professional, on time and do quality work. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them.

Don't use this company!. Expensive and they only did half the job of cleaning our wood stove and chimney pipe. Their technician wouldn't get on the roof and inspect/clean the cap. That was July 2022. It's now March 2023 and we've had to stop using the wood stove and call Nickos because there is a tremendous amount of creosote buildup oozing from the chimney cap. One star because they did show up on time!!

Ray showed up on time and in a very professional manner. Explained what he was going to do and did just that!

All I can say is, don't waste your time or money going with another company! We made that mistake 2 years ago and our attic caught on fire as a result. Advance Chimney is a top notch company that employs individuals who are professional and knowledgeable. Today, Virgil, Jordan and Andrew came to our home to clean and install a liner in our 2nd chimney. They were very conscious about keeping my home as clean as possible and they were very kind and explained every step of the process to me. Hey kids. If you need your chimney repaired, just call these guys. Sure get some quotes or whatever, but you’ll end up here. Just had 3 days of solid, professional, high quality work done by James and Andrew. True professionals from Advanced Chimney in every sense of the word. Had new brick installed (92 year old house) chimney sealant, and caps put on. They crushed it and were the best to work with. 10/10.
So don’t bother with those quotes and just call these guys.

I have a wood burning fireplace and have had Advanced Chimney clean and inspect for years. They do a tremendous job, are reasonably priced, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I have used this company for several years. They are prompt and do an excellent job. When my rain cap blew off earlier this year, they screwed it on at no cost because I use them each year.

Very professional service in all regards. Prompt, polite, and friendly. Took the time to explain what they were doing and took great care to protect the interior of my home. When the left, you couldn't tell they had ever been here. They also gave me an estimate to repoint my chimney (which I was already sure I was going to need) and to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. They gave me wonderful advice on the best way to do this to keep myself and my family safe. Excellent work!

From the initial chimney inspection to putting in a totally new fireplace system, Advance Chimney was amazing! Everyone that I met was very helpful and willing to explain anything that I had questions about. They were respectful of my home, my animals, and me while they were installing everything. They arrived promptly, wasted no time, and left my house/yard cleaner than it was when they got here! Plus, all of the reminder texts and calls were so awesome and the people in the office were always super nice! I'll recommend them to everyone I know that has any fireplace/chimney concerns.

Advance Chimney was very professional and on time over the length of my chimney repair process last year. I moved into my home and the chimney was not usable because there was previously a chimney fire. Advance did an initial cleaning and video inspection. They advised the best solution was to apply a heat shield to the flue to fix the cracks versus an insert for my situation. There were two chemical treatments prior to the fix. They came and did my annual inspection and cleaning this year and provided a returning customer discount rate. Highly recommend, even though their cost may be a bit higher than other chimney services. I felt comfortable with a peace of mind and satisfied with their recommendations and services.

Great experience! They arrived on time and were extremely thorough. They answered all of my wife's questions and put her at ease. You could here the excitement in her voice when the fireplace and chimney in the home we just purchased was deemed ready for use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

ACS did a fantastic job restoring our chimney after many years of heavy use. They cleaned the smoke chamber and flue, applied a new heat shield and removed/applied a new wash on top of the chimney. We would recommend ACS to anybody that needs chimney repair. Professional and friendly and done the right way.

He (DJ) showed up a little early like we requested. He remembered from the last cleaning. He did an excellent job by repeatedly checking the areas he cleaned and took photos, kept surrounding area very clean, wore a mask at all times which was important to us. He asked where to dump the crud from the stove pipe. We have already scheduled our January & May 2022 appointments. Would recommend them if you need your chimney cleaned.

The guys that came to inspect and clean my chimneys were very professional. They kept my house clean using plastic sheeting. They took pictures of everything and kept us informed, I would definitely use advance chimney sweep again in the future!

Requested a sweep and inspection as we were told that our gas fireplace needed some work when we purchased our home. They had to reschedule at first but gave a discount for the inconvenience. They were able to move our appt up after a cancelation which was great that they offer that. DJ was very nice and professional; called before arriving, wore a mask, and even consulted the supervisor cat. Did a great job cleaning the chimney!
