Recently had the worst experience with JJ from the Uniontown office. I have been with Erie and the Laurel Highlands group for years but after speaking to him would tell you to go elsewhere. He advised me to change my license and registration to a state I do not reside for insurance coverage. When I mentioned it was fraud and that i will not ,he back tracked. How can an insurance agent even suggest that ? Sketchy. Reported him to the office if the president and asked they pull the call. He refused to send me to management to report this .

I was with USAA and my experience of switching over was so easy & smooth. Susan Buza is the best! And I love the little puppies in the office!

Laurel Highlands Insurance Group (Erie Ins) has been a Godsend!! Everyone has aalways been so very helpful but recently Megan Spanbauer, a Customer Service Specialist has went above and beyond to help me. I recently had an issue with identity theft and fraud and was dealing with quite a nightmare. She spent many hours of her time reaching out to multiple recipients with letters, phone calls, emails and documentation to help me get this issue cleared up. Megan was super kind, efficient, so patient and gave me much needed reassurance, comfort and peace of mind. She assured me that she (they) would be there with me every step of the way and she was, EVERY STEP.
Erie has also been wonderful through other issues in the past such as hail damage and a run in with a deer. Both of those instances were completely handled with ease and satisfaction.

Laurel Highlands Insurance Group has been amazing at taking care of my insurance needs. Just a call and I get to speak with someone about adding a vehicle or removing a vehicle. Questions about my coverage are always answered with no problem. Jackie has been great when it comes to checking on my policy and keeping me up to date with things I need to know about my coverage.

Apparently this insurance group discriminates against those who have criminal charges filed against them because it "looks bad for the company" even though literally nobody knows they have a policy with someone with criminal charges. Pathetic. I have a lot of friends and family who will not be utilizing your services, and I also have a lot of friends and family who do utilize your services who will not be for much longer. Erie has been there for us on many occasions. They are very fast and always take care of their customers. We needed to make some policy changes last week and Larry emailed us a quote within 10 minutes. He then made us an appointment for the same afternoon to meet our needs even though it meant staying well past business hours on a Friday.
