If I could give negative stats I would!!

Over three home improvement jobs have been scheduled through lowe’s and EVERY SINGLE INSTALLAION HAS BEEN SCREWED UP!!!!! No one wants to take accountability or help their customers. You would think with the amount of money being spent and the trust being put in these people they would CARE! Absolutely beyond furious with the lack of professionalism and help with this company.

First, our fence; Installed horribly. Not leveled, incredibly rude installation team manager. No communication and no help from lowe’s.
Second, our garage door; Arrived on site without the proper equipment and left the job unfinished “to return another day” yet have heard nothing and no accountability from ANYONE.
Third, our doors; (I took a day off of work and lost money)for our installation being ischeduled for the same day as the garage door and after calling multiple times to confirm that we needed to purchase the handles and get them re-keyed, we were told multiple times that we did so we went and spent a large amount of money on new handles, yet when installers arrived were told they were not the right ones and we needed to have the store specially order handles and absolutely no one told us about this. Not only the handles butnone of the doors had a maufacturing defect and needed yo wait for another door to arrive. After taking the day off of work we were informed that the installation could not happen and we had to wait for the right handles and new door to arrive. …. one month later… the door handles finally arrives for one of the doors… I take of ANOTHER DAY OF WORK!!!! Because if they cant come tomorrow I have to wait 3 more weeks!!! I ask so many favors and so many people to cover for me so last minute but I finally get it covered. I get a call first thing in the morning.. we have the correct handle, BUT ITS MISSING ITS WHOLE MECHANISM!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS Lowe's Home Improvement!!! Is this what you make your customers go through?? No responsibility!! You make your customers lose days of work because of your own incompetence????? No help and no blame being taken by ANYONE!! DO BETTER!!!

Went to the other BIG supply store up the street for a part. Their app said 7 in stock. After spending almost a half hour, with 3 employees, we couldn't find it. I went to this Lowes 8 minutes away and was in and out in 5 minutes. This location is always well stocked, less crowds, but slightly more expensive. I do feel, it's worth the couple extra dollars for faster service. Plus they honor our veterans! Thank you

The employees will not offer to help and watch you struggle. I filled up two of the flat carts with probably 500lbs of concrete bags and lumber for a project. The carts were so heavy that I could barely push them over to the register and out the door.

Not a single employee offered to help me move these two several hundred pound carts, there were many employees just standing there watching, as I pushed them outside to load.

Some random guy helped me load concrete bags because he could see I needed some help. How obvious does it need to be that a customer needs help that a random guy offers to load concrete with me but not the paid employees.

Will shop at the Depot next time for my large projects since employees are lazy.

My wife and I met with Brighid White who was working in the cabinets and counter tops area. This young lady worked with us, facilitated our efforts, and zipped me through to a purchase of some beautiful quartz countertop. I appreciate her efforts and her customer service! Give the gal a raise!

Mehdi and Sal were fantastic!

I opened a credit card and placed an order for a washtower and a grill. They guided us through the process and made everything incredibly smooth and easy.

Went to buy a 28 foot extension ladder and they were all damaged. They weren’t very helpful in trying to find a safe ladder. When you buy a brand new ladder, it shouldn’t have large gouges in the fiberglass. The person helping me with the ladders did not understand that I asked him if he would climb on a 20 foot roof, knowing the ladder had gouges in it and even he said no. They had two more ladders in the back, but he wouldn’t go check them.

Great experience. Needed to pick the right paint for my bathroom & the associate at paint counter explained everything to me. He was extremely helpful. Very happy. Great customer service.

Many of the employees at this location are incompetent and lazy. Management only cares about pushing credit card sales. On several of my visits to this Lowe’s I have not once been asked if I needed any help. Apparently there is high drug use amongst employees. Many of the associates and management team sit on their phones scrolling social media at the pro desk and out back, where no one sees them. They do not take their jobs seriously. Safety is not a priority at this store. They have un trained employees working forklifts.

Find everything you need to build your house or replace windows or doors, or build a shed. Also spring time they have amazing flowers for your garden. Thank you

I bought a shed for Lowe’s to install. Since install over a month ago, I have spoken to the “solutions department” at least 6 times and all they do is direct me towards the third party company THEY contracted with to install my shed. I have multiple paint issues and support beam problems. The third party told me I can just paint it myself again even though I paid EXTRA for a special color and the supports being uneven apparently doesn’t matter even though it cost almost 5k in total. Lowe’s claims it’s not their issue and that it’s the third party’s problem. Well, all they want to offer me is $50 off and that’s it. I will never work with Lowe’s ever again. I have spent so much time on the phones and have never been this frustrated. Take your money elsewhere or you will pay a premium produce for a very bad job that has no quality control or customer service.

I try to be a loyal Lowe's customer, mostly because they are just a better corporate citizen than that other huge box store. But they make it hard by not matching price, service, and availability. Prime example is my annual wood pellets order. This is a thousand dollar yearly expense, but you can't find pellets by the ton on the web page, and the price is always significantly higher than the other guys when I call in to inquire. Lowe's, do better.

Lowe's is Great! Been shopping there for a Very long time and have used multiple locations through many different states... But I have seen some Changes through the years that I think that some locations seem to forget what family means and Lowe's has always been about family, but I think some bad apples really messed it up for most folks in some locations. If I could really give some very important information about Lowe's... I would say check your warranties.. before and after a purchase, if something goes wrong with an item don't procrastinate, because it is the maker of the product before Lowe's that will make things right and Lowe's starts the minute the product warranty ends or they may both just end at the same time.

Aidan helped me and my friend find a microwave, price was high so we passed but the service was that of a world war 2 combat soldier

Amazing staff. Clean and organized shelves. Felt a little lost while looking for something but was quite satisfied with the visit overall.

Went to Lowe’s to purchase a portable air conditioner. Carrie assisted us at self checkout, answered all of the questions that we had, and told us about the rewards program & helped us sign up. Great experience!

I love hardware stores they are the adult toy stores and I love them. What I do not appreciate is the old men that work in the store automatically assume that you are some punk and treat you accordingly. I don't understand how another human can treat another human like that!!! I would never assume because someone looks a certain way that I'm going to talk down to them or treat them like they are not worth my time. And it made me feel horrible and I should not feel like I was not helped to the best of the employees ability and on top of it I had to find the sizes of the skillsaw blades myself and then I had to let the employee know that he, in fact, did have the correct size blade. So I told him that he did and did not purchase anything because of how rude the employee was to me and my friend. So hopefully this employee learned to not be bias, mostly because I usually enjoy my experience at Lowe's and it really bothered me that I was treated like this.

What can I say? Today I was reminded why I bleed orange. Came to Lowe’s (Concord) and was first rudely spoken to by Joe at the pro desk/lumber end for asking about a package of R13 pink panther insulation that he threw outside (with some force). I asked if it was marked down being’s the condition it was in and how he was handling it. His response no it’s trash. To which I said ok and went to get a lumber cart near where the torn bag of insulation was. At this point he screamed after me as if I was a 5 year old “don’t touch it please”. -I’m a 35 year old adult- don’t need to be spoken to like this. I said I was simply getting a cart and got no response…. Anyway after that did my shopping. Had to back track a few times as other employees seemed to have no clue where certain items were in the store. Finally get to check out. Had 2 different transactions I had to do because I was buying for myself and my 70 year old mother. Women at check out very nice, however had to put my card in 3 times due to the fact that 2 of the PVC trim pieces were missing labels and couldn’t be found in the computer. My mother finally walked to the other side of the store to get a replacement with a label. Overall we went through this horrific experience and saved $5.00. My advice… skip this place and drive the extra mile up to Home Depot. As That is what I plan on doing from now on. Other Lowe’s locations are great. This one horrible.

Scott in lumber was very helpful and courteous. Really made my experience easy and made me want to come back (and no I am not just leaving him a good review because we share a first name )

Spring is here and garden prep has begun. Lowe's offers Veteran discounts even for those who served their 4 years but didn't retire from service, and for our active duty soldiers.

Purchased concrete mix and cinder blocks to be delivered. Purchased on Sun. Cashier said delivery would be Mon. I am notified Mon delivery will be Tues. Ok not a big deal. Tues rolls around am told no... it will be Weds. Annoying but still doable. Am told weds between 7 and 11 am. Great. Weds am look at the text...nope Thurs. Go to the store am promised it will be there Thurs. I have a mixer and all ready for Weds. Thurs is supposed to rain. Guess what that will do to concrete bags!!!! Cancel the order and load the bags myself a few at.a.time while the associates watch. 60 yrs old with Afib. Perfect. And all this with a Lowes Pro business account. Perfect.

Great people to work with thanks again, 11/1 staff helpful but thinly staffed except at register, 4/8/22 staff still thin at register. 6-12-22 like everyone Lowes prices are rising. There has been some reorganization of items as product cost and availability are major factors.5/27/23 store fully stocked, but like everywhere prices reflect the messed up economy, like everywhere prices are increasing. Good service, good quality. 12/14 as with all stores merchandise has been shifted around. 6/21/24 stores are under pressure to contain costs and that's tough to do as you can't predict inflation effect till afterwords.
