Is what it is. Store is always stocked, clean, plenty of help around. You can go to an actual cashier if you want to. It's handy that you can look on your phone and it will tell you what aisle and bay the product or fitting is in. Not as good with fastner section as I think they could be. I think they should have a ton of bins with bushings and socket head screws in all metric, SAE, different materials. It would be a pain in their butt but someone will probably buy a drink on the way out or a pair of work gloves they dont need. Just my opinion. Choices can be slim.

My husband and I were in the Concord, NH Home Depot location tonight at 8:15 pm, June 4, 2025. We had two items, however I had left my debit card at home. We went to the Customer Service to ask for help purchasing our items, and looking up our Home Depot credit card. We have done this before. We have also paid for purchases at the Custoner Service Desk many times. There was a woman at the desk (longer blonde hair) who turned her back to us, proceeded to have a conversation with a male employee, and when she turned around, we were friendly and asked if she could look up our credit card info so we could make our purchase. She told us she could not because she had to keep that area open (as she spread her arms wide open to show the customer service area) for returns or customers coming in. She was not friendly. My husband was annoyed, and said we would just go to the cashing out area, after she told us we had to go there because she couldn’t help us. We were at the “CUSTOMER SERVICE” desk. Where they help customers, and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE to customers. Yet, she would not help us. There were absolutely no customers there or in the store that we could see. It was 8:15 pm, and seemed empty. She most certainly could have helped us. Like many other employees have. The unprofessional demeanor, lack of customer service and work ethic was certainly displayed by this employee. If we have to experience this type of attitude and lack of service with this employee in the future when picking up ordered items, bringing returns back or needing customer service, we will bring our business elsewhere. Customers should not have to deal with this. She should understand that the customers pay her salary, and customer service means helping customers. Shameful representation of Home Depot.

Ordered flooring for half of the first floor of our house; upon delivery, half the order is damaged because it hadn't been secured on the pallet properly, which set our remodel back by two weeks.

Not having learned my lesson, we order flooring for the other half of the house and are told it will be delievered within a FOURTEEN-HOUR window, between 6a-8pm. Not wanting to sit in my house for 14 hours straight, I call to see if we can narrow the window at all. "No, that's a standard delivery wondow," they say. "If you wanted it shortened, that should have been done at the time of placing your order. for an additional $20."

Well, gee, it would've been fantastic if someone had told me that. Never again, Home Depot - never again.

“Customer Service” is an absolute joke. The older ladies in particular. They seem to believe that since that they have worked for Home Depot for awhile they know every single product there is to know.
We asked a simple question regarding how we were charged for some drywall. On April 27th 2025 we went in to get drywall, my boyfriend picked out 3 packs of 2. Today on May 16th we go back, he picks the same drywall he had before expecting to be charged nearly $18 for 2 not a single piece. The older lady at self checkout immediately started insisting that packs of 2 don’t exist and could seem to only have the competence to repeat “they have never been bundles.” She then brought us to customer service where immediately the other old lady insisted we were wrong and she knows this because she has been there for 19 years.
Whatever happened, if we were charged wrong in April then these two should’ve actually taken the time to calmly explain that. Instead they treated us like we were a big inconvenience in their day and did not care to even hear what we had to say. Customer Service is the face of your company no matter where you go.
I serve older people everyday and no matter how frustrating they can be and refuse to listen to the words coming out of my mouth I have never spoken to them the way we were just spoken and treated at this location. Thanks.

Great service I went to five stores before this and they couldn't help. I looked at first but without even asking an employee came up and helped me. Thank you Berry for helping me find the product I was looking for. Berry should get a pay raise for not only helping but talking to but also giving advice to the customers he helps

the gentleman in the appliance department on April 13 in the morning was the best .went to hooksett the guy was no help wouldn't show me fridge cause it was boxed said I'd have to buy sight unseen.so I went to concord and bought it .set up delv and away we went thanks again

Had to replace fridge & needed to do it before costs go up anymore then already have. Couldn't decide between online purchase and in store but I needed to be in store to actually see this big ticket item purchase before I could pull tune trigger and buy it. I've needed a new fridge for almost 9 months, luckily I have a small backup fridge in basement but NEEDED TO BUY THIS! I hope I don't regret it.

Every Home Depot I have visited is huge! This one is no exception!
Truck rental, online order pickup locker, LED lightbulb disposal box, self checkout, a rotating flooring machine and a helpful staff.
The Home Depot website was accurate on the unavailability of ice melt at the Concord store and the availability at the Hooksett location. Very helpful.
If you like Home Depot, I recommend this one.

...locking up an entire aisle of items, forces me to go online and research the tool. Seek price comps and second guess any instinct to drop it in my shopping cart, I don't believe you're discouraging theft, instead discouraging sales

Just had a set of $2,000 GE stackables delivered with all the intentions of having them set up stacked, just as they're displayed in the store, but no. Turns out you need to be in the know and ask for the stackable kit when you order your washer/dryer. My coworker and I both paid for delivery and set up of stackables that "couldn't be stacked" because Home Depot didn't sell us the kit. Doesn't sound like a coincidence it happened to both of us. I think Home Depot purposely doesn't sell you the kit up front so you're the one responsible for stacking them. Very frustrating. We do also have a Whirlpool french door refrigerator that we love and purchased without issues.

Came to pick up some items to finish our bathroom project. We couldn't find the window size we needed but did find the vanity we needed and also picked up the bathroom towel accessories new towel bars and toilet paper holder. The store was very clean and pleasantly surprised organized. The staff was friendly. The paint department was super helpful. Over not a horrible experience and we did find pretty much everything we needed for this specific project.

I have always been pleased shopping at Home Depot, but mostly because of their customer service. Recently, I went to the Concord, NH store to return a defective product within the stores policy of "90 Days". I met a very pleasant and friendly employee in customer service (KENNETH) who informed me that unfortunately, the product I wanted to return was not in the 90 day return category. Regardless, he STILL allowed me to return the item and issued me a "Store Credit" instead of a refund which I greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work and definitely recognize Kenneth as a valuable employee and team player!!

Very impressive crew Izzy in flooring is a rockstar , she was juggling multiple customers all at once like a pro. Super helpful , super knowledgeable , all with a friendly smile. Can I nominate her for employee of the month with some paid vacation Cudos to Brenda at the pro desk as well , showed me some tips with the HD app. Thank you, super happy customer experience. One of the nicest HD I have been to lately.

The only thing I got to say good about this place is that there's always plenty of room to walk around. There's never very many staff around they're cutting it kind of lean now. You can't find anybody to help you find anything you can't find anything to unlock one of the cages. And when you do find somebody they always act like they're busy Now and then I will find a nice associate that will help me with the smile

It’s Home Depot, the unofficial clubhouse for DIY enthusiasts and confused spouses alike. Wander in for a simple garden hose, get lost somewhere between light fixtures and power tools, and emerge hours later with a cartful of stuff you didn’t know you needed. You’ll be greeted by the smell of fresh lumber – it’s like walking into a forest, if forests had price tags and snack aisles. The store layout? It’s a maze. Good luck decoding those aisle signs without a local guide in an orange apron. Where else can you pretend to know about carpentry, debate over fifty shades of beige, and still leave feeling like you can single-handedly build a new deck? Yep, it's Home Depot.
