I have used Banks Collision in the past and I have always had a great experience. This time was not I was not impressed with the work that was done. It took from July 1 to July 25 to have my vehicle repaired and when I went to pick it up on July 25 it wasn't even completed. Only half the job was done the estimator never put in the full order. I needed to return the rental vehicle and was told that they would call the insurance company and have the rental extended. August 5, I received a bill from Enterprise for the rental car because it was never extended. This time they did an awful job of fixing my vehicle, it looks horrible.

I would definitely not recommend them to anyone, and I will not be returning to them in the future.

I was very pleased with the whole staff that helped me and who worked on my CRV 2020 from the beginning to the end everyone was very friendly and professional they told me exactly what they were going to do to fix my back end of my CRV were I backed into someone into someone and when they called me to pick it up I was so surprised how it looked it was like having a new car they did a fantastic job I would recommend Banks to Collision Center to anyone a very satisfied customer

I typically do not leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this collision center. I was originally quoted a one-week turnaround for front-end repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the process extended to over three weeks due to multiple delays and errors.

At one point, the wrong part was ordered for my vehicle, and I wasn’t informed until less than 24 hours before the rescheduled pickup date. To make matters worse, a salvaged replacement part was ultimately installed. When I visited the shop with my mother to address the repeated delays—after having my pickup rescheduled three times—we were met with a unprofessional attitude from the older receptionist.

Upon finally retrieving my vehicle, I noticed it began to jolt almost immediately after leaving the lot. The ABS and check engine lights also turned on. When I brought the car back, I was informed by Scott that the issue was due to an exhaust leak causing a misfire. However, I had recently had the exhaust system redone and had been driving without any issues for several months prior to taking to banks, making that explanation seem unlikely.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the repairs and the level of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this collision center and do not plan to return.

The repaired my car after it was hit while parked. They were very friendly and professional. They helped me understand the insurance process. They kept in contact during the process while waiting for the parts to come in. When they parts did come in, they quickly made the repairs and the car looks as good as new.

Couldn't get any worse body panels were not lined up wind noise from them incorrectly aligning my window burnt rubber on my back bumper from presumed burnouts. And wires trapped in between metal requiring whole bumper to come off just to free the wire to change my headlights. Despicable people. And if you go through progressive they will deny it to the very end both the shop and insurance absolutely would consider this place a scam including progressive. Do better it's not hard.

I’ve had to bring my car to Banks twice now for repairs and will again if needed. I have had no issues with either repair. They do a great job and I would trust them with any of my cars.

If there were 0 options for the review, they would get it from me. First of all, they don't get the job done on time. They promise a week and a half and they do it in three weeks. When called, they do not respond to the status of the vehicle. Took off the vehicle and immediately felt the air coming to the passenger door. I bring the vehicle back and together we confirm that there is a sound of air in the door somewhere. I make an appointment with him to fix it and leave the car. When I took the car, I immediately heard the air rustle somewhere at the door. These people are not professional and responsible.

Very friendly team that answered all my questions with ease. I worked with Meera primarily and she went above and beyond to assist me with the insurance claim. She called throughout the repair process to give me an update and it was ready days before it was scheduled to be. You wouldn't be able to tell my vehicle was in an accident. High quality workmanship.

My experience here was 10/10, and I am really impressed with the work done. I slid off the road on ice and crashed pretty hard. There was significant damage. I had my vehicle towed to Banks as the tow company referred them, and I had never used them before. We will be back if needed, and to the company as well if we ever need a new car. The staff was very friendly and the work was done quickly in my opinion. Not only does my Tahoe look brand new on the outside, the inside was cleaned to brand new perfection as well. This is impressive to me, as I have 4 dogs and it was not clean upon arrival. They may not be allowed back in it!

I had high hopes going into this. I hit a deer this year with my truck. This is the second time this year. I sent my truck to them because they had good reviews and my insurance company had them in network. But after this experience I wouldn't ever send my vehicle back to the. My truck has been there well over a month and still not complete. Every time I call I am told they have to order one more part, and that it will be a few more weeks. At one point they weren't even looking for a part they were just going to wait till the end of the fallowing month for a part to come in instead of looking for one. We had to call and locate one so that it would be sent in. The in house adjuster is unbelievably lazy and could care less about the customer. My repair is about 16k in and they just don't care. The supervisor I have spoken with has been helpful to move things along but with out going over the adjusters head nothing would be getting done. I hope to get my truck back before its paid off but who knows at this point. I was told last week the truck would be done this week and today shockingly they needed to order one more part... Weird If you did your job the first time and ordered the all the parts the first time this wouldn't be an issue. Stay away if you want it done right!

I have to give MAJOR kudos to Banks Collision. They did a phenomenal job with my car repairs! I have never needed auto body work and hope to never need it again. But after getting rear ended, they took good care of both my car and my needs. The process, though longer than I expected, was smooth and still only took about two weeks. I had to do very little overall on my end, which made things even smoother. Liz did a great job explaining the initial process and making sure that everything was taken care of. Amber was also very helpful along the way. Both ladies run a very smooth operation in the front end and keep the very busy center flowing. Scott was excellent to work with and is clearly a huge talent in the field. Like I said, I had to do very little on my end and have walked away feeling very confident to recommend them strongly to anyone who needs them in the Greater Concord and Manchester area. Well done!

I just had my car sent here for repairs of front end damage. Not only did Banks work amazingly with my insurance company, but they were also efficient with the work. My car was there for a week and a half and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. The damages were completely repaired and I couldn't even tell it had work done. I am very impressed with this shop and I will be recommending it to friends and family.

I just got a message from them that they would like to charge me $3000 in storage fees while I've been waiting for the insurance company to sort out their position. Now, the insurance company doesn't want to pay the storage fees and I didn't agree to them so lawyers will need to get involved. Doing the math they want to charge something over $100 a day in fees and people should be aware these folks are crooks.

The work was great. I was very impressed. The only gripe that I would have is that the car sat outside, untouched for a couple weeks after I was told to leave it so work could be started. Incidentally I do need to return, different case this time but hopefully they will bring the car in within a day or so of the time given and not having it sitting outside while wasting money and paying for car rental

Where do i begin? This was the first and best experience I’ve ever had needing to bring a vehicle in for body work due to being rear ended 2 weeks before Christmas! The whole team was very respectful and responsive to my needs. Holly who was my go to girl was extremely INCREDIBLE. Not only did she keep me informed with detailed voicemails as I couldn’t always answer my phone, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with and for me while dealing with an incompetent insurance company (travelers). Holly made it extremely stress free! Meanwhile I wasn’t calling or asking questions day in and day out because well you know (this whole world needs a little more patience). I am extremely satisfied 1,010% with my experience and if I ever do need body repairs again (I hope and pray I don’t) I will for sure return to this facility! Keep up that great work BANKS COLLISION CENTER!

Banks is awesome. The staff (everyone from the damage assessor to the repair team to the employees who cover the front desk and field phone calls) is professional, capable, and prepared to take on uncooperative insurance companies when they fail to approve needed work. At their own initiative Banks employees keep car owners apprised of every step and help them with everything from rental cars to negotiating the many needless roadblocks apparently thrown up by virtually all insurers. I am so grateful that I'm posting this review on Google, something I never do because I dislike the fact that the poster's name is thrown up on the internet for eternity.

If I could have no stars it would be better. They had my car for over three months and told me three separate times that my car was fixed, each time I went to see (45 min drive one way) if my car was fixed I was sorely disappointed. The first time the fender was still wrinkled and the bumper wasn't even attached. (See photos) The next time the bumper was attached but the fender was still wrinkled and there was new dents on the passengers door and front fender. On the next visit the fender was better but the body lines didn't line up. At this point is was decided that the fender needed to be replaced. Three weeks later I finally have my car back and I asked to have my deductible refunded because of the 3 month headache that this has been. They refused to refund me because the work was completed to a satisfactory level. I will never use this so called business again. I will also do whatever I can to let people know about the terrible customer service.

Went in with four issues on my gmc Sierra. Three of the four were resolved. The last remaining issue and the most concerning was not addressed. I was told that it was addressed prior to picking up the truck and spoke to the manager Tim prior…he reassured me that the problem was addressed.. After picking it up, I noticed the fourth issue and immediately sent out emails. I called the collision center the next day and asked if could speak with Tim. I was told he would call me back. Never received a call back and in fact had to call them back. I was handed off to one of the estimators and was told there wasn’t anything further that they could do for me. I was referred to the gmc service dept at Banks. I will not be going back anywhere near Banks! Horrible experience all the way around!!!

Seemed like a great bodyshop to use for repairs for my vehicle I heard nothing but good things about them so I gave them a shot, my vehicle was vandalized and needed bodywork, due the the type of vehicle I have getting parts took a while which isn't a huge deal my biggest problem with banks collision is that it seem they rushed my vehicle out of there shop, being without my vehicle for about a month I picked it up first chance I got, I then looked over it in the daylight and noticed some issues with the body panels not lining up and my passenger window not seating properly, as you can see in tge pictures this was not a issue before i brought it to them, so I addressed it with them personally they took my car back and "looked" at it then proceeded to tell me they will not be fixing my issues because they belive my vehicle was in a accident prior to me purchasing it( my carfax is clean) my vehicle did not look this bad when it arrived on a tow truck and when I addressed it with them the second time to get things repaired they said they will not honor the repairs nor do they have the capacity to take my vehicle in, they seemed to rush my car out and not care about the quality of the fitment and basically told me it is not there issue I now have to fix there horrible job out of pocket,I WILL NOT BE RECOMENDING BANKS COLLISION TO ANYONE

Repaired my car after a run-in with a deer, done in less than two weeks, car even came back cleaner.

UPDATE

Had “radar obstructed” on dashboard within two days of service, all safety features on ‘22 CrV hybrid stopped working. Called Banks and they said the radar is located on the front windshield and wasn’t part of their service for my car. Took car to Honda service center and the radars at the front bumper (exactly where the deer had damaged) were badly bent and nonfunctional, had to be replaced.
Got a call back from Banks weeks later for a review and I explained what had happened, no apology, only thing I got was “oh! you got it fixed”.

My repairs were done very well. Unfortunately my vehicle was at Banks for a week and a half instead of the day and a half that I was told it would take. Updates were promised and not received, my phone message not returned-I had to go in person to find out what was going on. Though the work was done well, I would not take the chance of being without my vehicle that long again.

Oh Liz. A deer ran into the side of my car on the Fourth of July and all was lost. My baby was damaged and I thought I was doomed to an administrative nightmare. I had 3 or 4 exchanges with Liz at Banks and each time she just went above and beyond in answering my questions. Generally: parking was a breeze, car rental was a breeze, body work was great (but what do I know). Communication was great. They found a long lost joint (Score!) I had lost in my car. Just generally very happy with Banks.

I wouldn’t exactly categorize my repairs as “general”. I needed my navigation screen replaced due to an incident with a flying squirrel ( the squirrel won)! The entire team at Banks Collision Center was excellent! They kept me informed as to when the parts would arrive & when I could expect the repairs to be completed! My navigation system is like new again! I highly recommend them! They were swamped with work & took the time to stay in touch, complete the repairs beautifully & on time & most importantly to share a laugh with me about the situation!

I debated even wasting my time writing this but if it saves one person the nightmare situation that I had to go through it’s well worth it.

At no fault of my own, I was rear-ended and was told by the other parties insurance company to bring my car wherever I wanted. I have never been in an accident and purchased my vehicle from Banks back in 2016 so I defaulted to bring it back there, thinking I would be in the best of hands.

After weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company and Banks collision my car was finally ready for pickup in February (weeks after the initial accident); delay excuses included: their mechanic broke his ankle, shipping was delayed, parts weren’t available, insurance communications, you name it.

I finally get back my car… I’m a happy lady. Fast forward to June when I start noticing a faint but gross smell in my car then one day I find green mold growing all over my back seat weather tech mats and items that I bring since the house have a distinct mildew smell. I’ll spare you the long story…

The rear of my vehicle was never properly repaired and due to those faulty repairs there was 5+ inches of standing water in my tire well turning my car into a MOLDY rainforest. THANK GOODNESS I brought it to another certified GMC dealership to water test — they confirmed it was a broken seal in the rear of the vehicle. I contacted Banks and brought it back to them as it was under warranty from their repairs month earlier. They claimed it was a ripped water seal issue that they “missed” during the initial accident repairs.

On several occasions, Banks attempted to give my vehicle back, understating and denying there was a mold/mildew smell (“it’s a cleaner smell” or “it will go away with time”) The car reeked of mold. They told me they hired Servepro to fumigate the car; well I called Servepro personally and they don’t service vehicles. Banks had NO idea how to mitigate the smell. They used cleaner on the leather that totally dried them out and at the end of the day the car still reeks of mold and mildew. Nationwide appraisers estimated it would cost over $22,000 to replace all plastic items in the car to “maybe” get rid of the smell; deeming the vehicle a total loss.

The insurance company denied the future claims stating that it was the faulty workmanship of Banks. This is when Banks started getting defensive and demanded that I need to take my vehicle back and “figure it out with the insurance company”

Tim insisted it was the insurance companies ownus to pay for the damages as they took responsibility for the initial supplement submitted… he requested that I file a complaint with the state of NH (aka doing the dealerships “dirty work”) trying to get them out of paying for my totaled vehicle.

After receiving the state of NH’s findings and over 8 months of dealing with this nightmare it was confirmed the damages to my vehicle were entirely Banks' responsibility; and their lack of due diligence and faulty workmanship.

I would never recommend anyone to this repair shop. Not only do I doubt their ability to diagnose and service/repair a vehicle; their business tactics are a disgrace to the Banks brand. The lies, manipulation, and lack of ownership was truly disgusting; not to mention the fact that they tried to script the damage as insignificant and demand I accept it back. I wondered to myself if they would have played it this way if I wasn’t a young female.

I am not sure if they are actually trying to sell this vehicle to anyone but if you bought or know someone who bought a 2016 white GMC terrain SLT with black/grey seats I am very sorry. I am sure they were hoping someone with loss of smell might actually purchase this vehicle which is a complete health hazard.

Got a new engine cradle, radiator, front bumper cover and transmission here. It was phenominal. They kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an accurate estimate very quickly and made the whole process extremely easy for me. Would definitely recommened going here if you get into accident.

My Jeep was hit by another driver. I had it towed to BANKS COLLISION. I've gone to Banks for years because they are local and can be trusted to get the work done at a fair price. It's nice to know that when you've been in an accident you can choose the repair facility that you want. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner and looks great.

This is the second time we have used Banks Collision for auto body repair. Throughly impressed with the friendliness and knowledgeable staff.

They worked directly with the insurance company making it really easy for us to just drop off the vehicle and get the repairs done. They called to update us when they were waiting for parts and gave us an estimate of when it should be complete and held to that estimate.

Having the Enterprise Car Rental onsite was very helpful as well and kept us going while our vehicle was being repaired.

I would definitely recommend Banks Collision.

I am the owner of a 2017 Cadillac CTS 2.0 Turbo luxury sedan. I purchased this vehicle brand-new from Banks Chevrolet and in the same year during the winter had a incident where the vehicle slid off the road at low speed and hit a snowbank and incurred minor damages. The vehicle was less than a year and a half old when the incident took place. I brought it to Banks collision Center so I would have some continuity. This was an error in judgment on my part. The vehicle required a full replacement of the front bumper cover and paint work (no body work) on the left rear door and quarter panel as a result of scratches. The car was ready approximately one week after dropping it off and upon first inspection, heavy runs were noticed in the left rear quarter panel and the paint did not match in texture or color. After some time talking to the manager, they agreed to repaint the door, quarter panel and other affected areas. The second time was no better and still did not match the vehicles color or texture. Keep in mind this vehicle was only a year and a half old and had approximately 15,000 miles. This happened one more time until I finally accepted what was still an inferior product. Fast-forward another year and a half: Now at this point, the front bumper cover, which was replaced with a brand-new one started to lose all of the paint. I made another appointment and brought it back only to hear the body shop manager claim the splotches of missing paint were somehow due to rock chips. I fervently disagreed because I’m not an idiot and he finally conceded it must be a problem with the paint products they used. Again, they took the vehicle back in and repainted it. All seemed well after that event and I’m still waiting for some other failure to develop. In all fairness, at least for me, the manager did step up and concede the issues laid squarely in their arena. After some bickering about all of the issues, the manager preformed a full recon of the vehicle at no charge. I do give props to the manager for admitting their faults. However, I should have never had to take the vehicle back in the first place much less that many times for paintwork that was so obviously flawed. I fervently suggest not sending your vehicle to this establishment regardless of whether you purchased it from Banks Automotive or not. Simply spoken: their paint work is comparable to that which comes from a "Rust Oleum" spray paint can and was applied by a person who is legally blind. I’d like to say the issues stopped there but, either they lack a quality control process entirely or the person in that department is the same legally blind individual who applied the paint. To this day I still own a $60,000 car that now has a flat looking paint appearance on the rear quarter panel and door which doesn’t match any other part of the vehicle; it’s an absolute and utter disgrace! Regardless of the monetary worth of any vehicle, each "end customer” deserves to receive no less than what they paid for, deserved, and are duly owed.
In the ending, Banks Collision Center (as it stands) is a stain upon the fabric of the brand name “Banks Chevrolet”! My overarching hope for issuing this scathing but fair review is that it evokes some true change within the establishment and moving forward, Banks Collision Ctr. will try to cultivate a workforce and managerial team that is better equipped to provide the customer with a better overall experience.

I was a victim of a hit and run and brought my car here for repair and I couldn't be happier! Everything looks amazing, you can't even tell that at one point it was bashed in. Friendly people and fast service. If I ever need my car repaired again from an accident, I know where to go! I would definitely recommend you going there as well!

Had my front end fixed after being in a collision. Part of my grill flew off second day driving because they ordered cheap parts and not a VW grill. 7 months later used a automatic carwash for the first time because I was in a hurry and the paint on my front bumper chipped all off. They literally just painted the bumper and did not prime anything, the paint is just on plastic. Poor quality and attention to detail...I am not happy with this collision center at all!

My car had a stolen catalytic converter, ruined bumper, and had been keyed. Banks gave it back to me looking better than it had in years. Every part of the repair looks really, really good and they cleaned my car too-- down to folding the blanket I had in the back seat! In addition, their Covid protocols are exceptional. The woman at the desk picked up my keys in a Clorox wipe and handed them to me in the wipe so that she never touched them. Everyone wears mask and they keep all indoor transactions brief.
