Amazing service! Brian is the best! I bought a big Honda generator here because they had it in stock when most places did not. The we’re so helpful with the purchase of it, loading it onto my trailer, and the whole transaction was top notch! So helpful and they treat you like you are their only customer. Stopped in to grab some essentials today. Very clean and organized place. I asked Holly at the paint department a question about something. She was pleasant, and brought me around to find 4 different items. My cashier was pleasant as well. Market prices and seemed to have a plentiful variety.

I’ve been a customer of the Moultonborough branch for 26 years and there’s not a day that goes by that me or one of my employees doesn’t go in there. I’m always amazed at the level of service we receive and the effort that the employees go to in order to help us get everything we need.
Their product selection conveys all our needs.

Bought a Webber Grill at Aubuchon Hardwear in Moultonboro NH. The grill was assembled.A nice young man wheeled it out to the parking lot and help lift it into my truck.And off i went!!!

As always, all personnel are very friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone who needs help with anything that Aubuchon supplies.

If an item isn’t in the store they arrive in a few days Pick up is easy and loaded for you.

Ordered a small kiddie size pool online for my puppies during this hot weather. 10 minutes later my order was ready. Two minutes inside. And I was on my way home. Dogs are much cooler and grateful as am I.

I almost always find what I need at Aubuchon and the people who work there are very courteous and helpful.

The staff is always helpful and there is a very large selection of all kinds of products! My "go to" hardware store - which has a lot more than hardware!!

Once I figured out the website all went well. I was notified that the order was received, I was notified when the order was ready. I was greeted by a friendly worker who helped put the order in my car. I would do this again.

While it was busy, the new trainee at the register took time to help me. She was very gracious and friendly. Thanks

I went into my local store and asked about a wood stove fan. A friendly staff member, who knows my name, told me I could order on line. I then went to my wood stove store, and they too did not have one, but told me the brand they prefer. When I went to Aubuchon web site, they carried the same brand stove people recommended. I placed order, and it arrived almost a week early. I picked it up today, and its really working well! BTW, I have had a woodstove since 1998- took me this long to learn about these fans and get one- duh!

Went in looking for well water test kits. Instead of telling me where they were, the associate took me to them, then, when I was ready to check out, he opened a new register for me! Now that's customer service!

Well, today was the second time this week I’ve had to help someone load their vehicle, today an 80 year old man needed 6 bags of compost, he waited in the rain for help that never happened, I went over and loaded up his order in the pouring rain, I went in and said something to Robert the manager, and he just laughed at me and said I need to be there more often, he had walked to the door and just turned around. It’s too bad they advertised great service, hell they only have a few good workers, maybe the manager should take lessons on service and politeness
