Jim the appliance salesman was good, however, the delivery team was awful. Our delivery was supposed to be on Monday the fourth. After waiting all day,and after numerous phone calls, we found out they tried to deliver to the wrong address. We didn't receive any notification to the status of our delivery.
We received our washer and dryer today the 5th. We were told by Jim the delivery personnel would set up and connect the appliances. When the delivery was made, I was told they were going to leave the appliances in the garage and we would have to bring them in and make the connections. I saw the notation on the delivery instructions, garage delivery.
We are both in our seventies with back and leg issues. After a phone call to his boss, it was agreed to bring the appliances in and make the necessary connections .
Why should we have to go through this BS just to get new appliances. It should be seamless. Hope the appliances are better than the service. Oh, we will certainly spread the word about our experience, especially since we didn't get any compensation from 3 Tilton store mangers when we asked to be refunded the delivery fee.

An extremely disappointing trip to Lowe's in Tilton, New Hampshire. I wanted a second battery for a small saw ( Skil) that I had purchased at the Concord location. The tool department had many battery operated tools, but not one battery - and the new tools don't come with a battery! The employee in that department apparently did not like a female questioning him about the lack of batteries for tools that require a battery. We went to talk to a manager who told me that he has no ability to order anything for his store - the policy is, take what we send to you. So, a shelf filled with tools that require a battery, but not one battery to be found. This is beyond ridiculous! I always direct people to Lowe's over their competitors, but I'd say that Lowe's needs to wake up. I also bought items in the garden center and had placed some items near the register and told the clerk that I would be back for them. When I came back for these items, they were gone. The clerk, who sat and scrolled through her phone constantly said she had no idea what had happened to my items.( They had been sitting right in front of her.)

Never will shop here again. Not one little thing in my remodel went right. They hire all outside contractors and nit one aspect went well. I'm not to hard to please and don't leave reviews but take heed , do not buy a thing from this place unless it's maybe a hammer or nail. They're sales associates are awesome. They sell you product very well and are very pleasant. After that it's a disaster. Very disappointed

February 8, 2025 At approximately 4:10 pm, Hubby and I went in search of a wood splitter. Michelle, directed us to Customer Service which was Tina and Dan. We were directed then to Nicky! Then we ran into Will whilst waiting our turn. What exemplary employees these folks are! All quite helpful and congenial! Total assets to your company! We appreciate them all and hope they are all recognized for their individual contributions to your business!

Was expecting our delivery today. Delivery driver rude and belittled my wife. Just because there was an inch of snow on our driveway. They also said they be there in 35 minutes and were over an hour and a half late. I have since canceled our order. I hope Lowe’s learns to hire more professional delivery companies. I had called to complain and the service department was just as useless and the driver.

Found everything I needed

Couldn't find a price for an item even when scanning the UPC ot typing it in exactly as the label said. Employee could not find it either.

I visited Lowe’s a month ago with my uncle to purchase ceiling tiles, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Right from the start, we were greeted by friendly employees who were eager to help.

Not only did they assist us with finding exactly what we needed, but they also went above and beyond by giving us a few extra packs after noticing some damaged ones.

The customer service was fantastic, and it was clear they cared about ensuring we had a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Lowe’s for future purchases!

I recently purchased cellular shades and the stores installer measured and installed the product. My previous shades were a much better fit and the new installation actually allows you to see outdoors with the shade fully closed. The installer acknowledged this was a problem but customer service told me that the fit is like my previous shade (which it is not) and that the solution was to order new shades at my expense if I was dissatisfied.

We would love to give them a good review, but unfortunately we can't. We ordered doors and storm doors from Lowe's in September 2023. They were supposed to be in by November.We just got the storm doors put in. They were fighting between their installs on the size . They kept changing the size of the doors. Then they tryed to put in a storm door that was way too short. The installation on the storm door was terrible... 8 months later this The installers Got the first storm doors and installed tham.
We were put in the middle. We were going between then Lowe's and then install. They would not come to gether and remasure. They would not talk to each other. It was terrible, They never apologize to us. Therefore, we will never buy windows doors., carpit ,appliances.Or anything large from lowes, again, we will never let them installers install anything again.

Nice clean store,wood quality is better than home depot. Plenty of parking handicapped accessible entrance. Good service pricey on some stuff. The tool selection is really nice.

Building materials still high priced,I wish they would lower the lumber prices to pre-covid times. Great store very nice helpful employees. Tilton NH Store is the best

When you place a large order, plan for delivery, move everything to receive order, take off work to be there, driver goes by your home twice, house number in big red numbers at street, you chase down driver who won't stop, you call their number and they won't answer you call customer service and they say they will call you back and DONT. Now yhats NOT a good business practice!

Lowe's has been my go-to for years. The people are helpful, the goods are quality and fairly priced, and they have a good returns policy.

Did curbside pickup. Associate was very helpful. He came over just to introduce himself and tell me they were working on it without me having to ask. When load was ready, he brought it over and insisted on helping load it. Great customer experience makes the whole transaction enjoyable and reflects positively on the company. Highly recommend

I placed an online order and received notification that it was ready. I checked in through the app and was told my order would be brought out shortly. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes with no sign of it, I was forced to leave. Two hours later, I received a call from the store saying they were attempting to bring the order to my car but they couldn't find me. This entire experience was inefficient and poorly communicated. If the store cannot provide a timely pickup service as advertised, they shouldn't offer it at all.

Now I remember why I stopped shopping Lowe's....Self checkout! Hire cashier's way faster and I know the person in the front didn't scan half of her cart full. Cashier's are more efficient and scan 100% of the items. I waited for 20 minutes for one item I thought would be quick in and out. Should have gone to home Depot but got off the highway heading to tractor supply. Lowe's needs to wake up......just having self checkout is ridiculous.
