From the initial appraisal to closing, everyone in the roofing process with Eirie homes was 100% professional, polite, courteous and helpful. The fact that they don’t want repeat customers because the job should be done right the first time and that they guarantee/Warrantee there work in such a manner reflects that. My roof looks great and I won’t have to worry about it for 50 years based on manufacturer and installer makes all the difference. If your installer won’t back it, they probably cut corners and void the warranty.

We choose the mold retardant fiberglass shingles. The staff and crew were great to work with and the job was done in two days. Clean-up was amazing and left me with nothing to do but admire the job.

Relentless harassment. Came out and did an inspection for an estimate but refused to give my husband a number or quote because I wasn't there (he's a fully competent and functional adult) but insisted on coming back a few days later when they could speak to both of us. He didn't like the feel of his interactions with them, said they really exaggerated how bad our roof was (we know we need a new one, hence why we're gathering quotes, but had already had two other inspections that were similar to each other and not presented as extremely as these folks, nor were the three we got after them) and that it felt like a high pressure sales pitch for their product and that they were likely wanting to come back to upsell us on something that is out of our budget.

Texted and told them we didn't have time for another meeting, weren't interested in a sales pitch, and to please just send the quote so we could review it. Also stated "if you can't do that then we will move on."

Their reply was to text me at 6am to state they don't do virtual appointments and would need to come out for an inspection, measurements, moisture reading, blah blah blah... All things that they had already done. Since they seemed to lack basic comprehension of the clear English words I'd already used, I didn't bother responding. Since then it has been a nonstop barrage of multiple calls daily, starting early in the morning, through the weekend, even on the holiday!

Funny that 5 other companies have been able to come out and give us a straight forward bid as requested. As such, one of them will be getting our business. Don't waste your time here unless you enjoy having your phone blown up.

Update: I blocked the number and they still continued to call 3-4 times a day for at least 3 weeks time (see photos)! Ridiculous.

From start to finish Erie Home Was quality. I never felt pressured. The quality of work was top-notch. Cleanup was done every day and we never had to worry about walking on any nails around our house. The finished product is beautiful.

Job was done in a timely manner, two days to complete and looks really nice. Found fourteen nails that they missed on cleanup. They did not do a follow up on the complected job.

Johnathan Venable is an amazing sales rep. He explained everything to us not leaving anything out. We will start the new roof soon. Thank you J for your service to our country and to all the Erie team that has served as well. Thank you

Liam was great. Awesome customer service and his beard is a 10/10. In fact his beard was so nice I didn't even notice they replaced the entire roof on my 30 year old home. When I turned around and saw the finished work I was astonished. Great people, great work, great customer service, and even nicer beards. Erie is the best.

Liam is amazing. He spent valuable time with me explaining the entire process. Inspected the roof outside and inside in the attic. Explained materials used. I never knew what a roof entailed. Definitely recommend Erie Home for roof repair/replacement.

I was told that the job would take 2 days. I payed a lot of money for this job to be done in 2 days. Wednesday, a truck pulled up and I agreed to let it sit there for the next couple of days while my roof was worked on. Thursday the crew came and removed the roof. Friday they started the roofing. They came back on Saturday. And then on Monday they called and said that it was completed. I came to check out the roof with the supervisor and climbed up to check the job. There was a small section where the roll of the old roof was reused because "they had only black and the color wouldn't match". I told them that I paid a lot of money for 100% new material and needed that piece to be replaced. We went back & forth that they would replace that section. But would take several more days before they would finally fix it. The day came and they had replaced the old roll of material with the new material. That was exciting until I saw the seam. It was not covered by shingles. I asked that shingles be placed to cover up that seam. I was told that it was already waterproof and with all the glue showing up in the seam that it was watertight. I asked them to cover up that seam. They didn't have shingles for that right there as they had cleaned up and left. It would take couple more days before they returned to have shingles to cover up the seam. This time the supervisor did the job. There was another location which needed a good connection on to the roof which he completed as I stood there and verified. They replaced all the old vents with the new ones across the ridges. I have exposed eaves and nails have broken through. I have been given a 30 year warranty on the installation which I hope was installed according to manufacturer standards as the manufacturer supposedly warranties their product for 50 years. Let's see how well this new roof which I payed a lot of money for holds up as I do tend to get some high winds. Could it have been installed cheaper? Most likely.

Very pushy, the quote provided I was not allowed to keep. I would not go with this company. Wasted three hours of my time. Why would I hire a company that can’t respect my time. I asked multiple time to end the meeting but they wouldn’t.
I don’t plan to call them for anything.

I was very pleased with how fast and clean they were. They even worked through a thunder, lightning and rain storm in order to prevent any leaks. The roof is beautiful

Erie Home Is the Best Roofing Company I have used. This is the Third Roof I have put on my house in 15yrs. The other two Local Companies have been in this Community for years. You call them leave messages, they never return calls. Then there numbers are no longer in service. I feel I have a Roof that is going to last and looks great. Thank you Lynn

The guys that came to our home for a consult/quote were informative and explained the product well. I am giving this 1 star because of several reasons.

1. Extremely pushy sales. They wanted us to sign that day for a $50K+ roof, right after they had a look at our roof. They were not respectful when I told them I'm getting a few other quotes and will not sign until I know what I am getting.

2. They mentioned these great warranties and workmanship guarantees. When I asked for the full terms and conditions they refused to send it to me. They showed me a single piece of paper that was very high level worded and provided minimal detail. No, I was not allowed to take a photo or keep the paper to review.

3. I asked for a breakdown of scope of work (basically a detailed quote) so I can look at pricing and what is vs not included. They said that's not something I would get. All of the other quotes I have received have been able to give me that so it's not an unreasonable ask. So what am I paying $50K+ for? There wasn't a clear answer to that. The answer I was given was "you get a whole new roof" which can have a lot of different interpretations.

4. The guy never showed up to the original appointment date/time. I waited 30 minutes into the first appointment and then called customer service to see if I had the wrong date/time. They said I had it right and were surprised that no one had showed up yet so I asked to reschedule to the week after. In this situation it would be reasonable to call or text the customer to let them know you're running late and if they are able to make the new time or if they need to reschedule. 10 mins late would be fine but 30+ mins late and me needing to take the initiative to call the company to ask what's going on is not the self-serve customer service I would personally pay $50K for.

5. They kept assuming pricing was an issue for us because roofs are expensive so the sales tactics followed what you would get at a car dealership. The sales guy pulled out a bunch of numbers and walked us through the math and then kept going back to "so this is your monthly cost for that roof. Does that look manageable?" I'm not here to buy a car and it's not nice to assume no one can financially afford a roof. There are people out there that plan capex into what they buy and we happen to be one of them.

They seemed like they had a good product and price wasn't something that would stop us from going with this company. The pushy sales, lack of communication, and lack of respect to us telling them what we need (more time to look into quotes for roofs) killed any chance of us buying anything from them.

The company was efficient, getting the job done quickly and cleaning up just as quickly. All level of personnel from installers to managers were great to deal with.

Great and patient sales. Knowledgeable sales representative. The product is innovative and above the standard materials use today. Field manager made a special trip out to my house and helped me to be able to afford this awesome product that will last for many years to come and the plus side......THIS PRODUCT IS MOSS FREE!

I was also impressed with the friendliness and industriousness of the team of workers; from the the sales representative who came to my home to the Management staffs and work crew. My roof was completed in ONE day. Surroundings were CLEANED-UP and I now have a COMPLETE WARRANTY for life on my roof. THANK YOU ERIE HOME'S!

They did my roof in a day in a half ..quality work very fast ..but definitely a bit expensive..but would recommended them if u can afford..

Had a nice spin to using subcontractors instead of his own crews. I can see why they are so expensive....big corporate company out of OHIO. Ill pass, buying local from a local roofing installer who is GAF Master Elite...AND has his own certified crews.

We are so pleased with Erie Home roofing--from our initial interactions with Fred to Paul and Arturo and the rest of the crew. We signed paperwork on Friday, materials delivered Wednesday and the job was done on Friday around 1:00pm. Beyond our brand new fiberglass roof (woot, woot!), the crew left our front and backyard completely cleaned up--zero evidence of any work being done on the house when the job was complete. It's rare to have a completely problem-free experience, but that's what Erie Home delivered!

They went right and completed roofing in two days. The job looks good. The management was very attentive to my needs.

I appreciate everything Liam did when visiting our home! He was well mannered, kind and courteous and I’m really thankful for him.

Bought a house with a 35year old roof. It needed to be replaced badly! Erie came out and gave me a free estimate. I chose the charcoal metal roof. Looks like shingles but it's metal! with a Lifetime warranty!They gave great financing options. I accepted there quote November 1st and had a new roof by thanksgiving! I am So satisfied!

These folks did my 79 year old father’s roof and then proceeded to steal his 32’ ladder (approx value now $500) and left behind an old 24’ aluminum ladder.

Multiple attempts at getting the ladder were met with “our guys said they didn’t do it.”

Of course they would say this.

Do not deal with a company that has this little integrity, much less one that would treat folks this way.

Working with Erie has been overall a good experience. The folks we worked with did what was necessary to ensure that our overall experience was a good one.

The sales team is amazing, yes it took a hot min to get the roofers going but that was my fault do to a misunderstanding but that was cleared up quickly Liam was awesome and even stopped by to check on us months after to see if we had any issues, my only complaint is the pushyness of the company to get a review after all is said and done but still worth it no more ants happy dance

We were shocked at how quick the materials arrived straight from the factory to our driveway, how quickly the old roof was removed and new roof installed. For just over 3200 square feet of area, the roofing was completed in a week. Great crew, great communication with Erie homes. Thank you!

The sales team was very nice and understanding of my funding. They helped me come up with plan to get my roof replace that fit in my budget and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t not need. Antonio and his entire installation team we professional, fast and friendly. They made sure I knew what they were doing how long it would take and worked very hard to make sure we were not unconvinced at all. They even remove old cable wiring and satalite TV dishes that made the roof look ugly. The new roof is beautiful and there are no leaks!!!!!

Fred our sales representative was polite and very informative Fred showed us the roofing type and colors to choose from once we agreed to have the roofing installed Fred said there project manager would call with a date it wasn’t even a week later he called and two days later materials showed up the roofing was stocked the very next day the crew arrived at 8am and started working they were polite and cleaned as they worked through out the day they tore off all the old roofing and replaced with the new the final completion was fantastic they did a final walk around the house for a final inspection for debris and to see if we were happy with the results. I would highly recommend Erie Homes to anyone looking for roofing replacement if you want great quality work thanks again

The crew that was sent out to replace my roof was the greatest. Everyone was kind and professional, and paid attention to detail. The roof turned out beautifully and I couldn't recommend them more, thanks for a job well done.

Josh and Thomas game my wife and I a presentation that no other representative has delved into so thoroughly. I had no idea about the structure of roofing and what the difference would be like. They were more than diligent in working on finances for me. We were very comfortable with them and their service.

The whole team was awesome. From the Sales Rep - Josh to all of the roofers. Installation was done when it was scheduled and everything went very well. Highly recommend them.

Erie home replaced my roof and the installers did an amazing job. They arrived and started working on time every day and cleaned things up at the end of each day. The only areas for improvement were the installation started a day later than promised and I had to keep calling to find this out when the installers didn’t show up. Also it took longer than described (luckily I didn’t believe what the sales people told me on this one). Overall I very much recommend this company.

This was our 1st estimate on our roof replacemebt. Thomas was very professional and thorough. We've come away with a good understanding of what to expect should we choose this company to install our new roof. I hopewe have as good experience with other estimator that we contact.

Thomas Peters the sales consultant is very professional. He explains all the things to be done to fix our roof. He was patient and took time to listen to our needs. From the inspection of the attic from the inside of our house. Took pictures of the current state of the woods in the attic. He climbed to the top of our roof and inspect the whole roof taking notes and pictures. Explained to us in detail the issues and the fix to be done. Including the gutters and the spouts.
