Our 27-year old roof needed a replacement soon. I sent out several quote requests on Thursday night and Isaac was quick to respond. He showed up the second day to do the measurements. He briefly described the whole process and showed me some shingle samples. Next Monday he sent over the quote. The price was very reasonable compared with others. Since this was the first time for us to change the roof, we had so many questions. We exchanged more than 20 emails/texts before and during the installation. Every time he was patient and friendly. Once we decided to hire him, he and his crew worked fast and efficiently. When he found out that the specific shingles were out of stock locally, he notified me right away to check if we had alternative choice. Meanwhile he checked all his resources. He managed to find the exact type from Oregon and had it shipped here. The four days’ work was professional and detail-orientated. At the end they cleaned up everything, as if no big construction project just happened there. Throughout the whole process Isaac was professional, respectful, kind and hard-working. We are lucky to find and hire him!
We hired Isaac and his team for a skylight and roof peak repair. They were wonderful to work with and were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly. They showed us photos and explained the issue to us.
