Erie Home did an excellent job replacing my old worn and damaged roof with a beautiful metal roof. The job did take longer than planned, but I have a large home with a difficult roof height and slope. The install team adjusted their approach on the spot and got the job done. The install team kept me updated on the status and progress. I also got pictures of the install as it was occurring. My neighbors have been gushing about the roof ever since it has been installed. During the installation, I literally had two random strangers approach me while I was outside and asked about the roof and the installation. Erie home did very good job putting a new roof on our home. They laid tarps around the entire house to catch old roofing debris, they worked continuously the whole day. When they completed the job they did a very good job cleaning around the house. They used a magnetic device to collect nails that may have been missed during their cleanup. The company sales associate and the roof installers were wonderful to work with .The installers took care to make sure that all debris and nails were picked up . Two days after the roof was installed we had a horrible wind and rain storm .We experience no leaks or damage to the new shingles .

Recently we decided to have our roof replaced by Erie Home, Chantilly VA, after a very thorough roof inspection completed by DeWayne Williams. The entire process included a full explanation of the process, office contacts, and financing options. The day of our roof replacement went smoothly, and included follow up contacts from the office. My wife and I just had a new roof installed on our home by Erie Home’s new Chantilly, VA office. We are extremely pleased by the work that was done, and we were especially pleased by the treatment and attention given to us by Erie’s pleasant and knowledgeable install manager, Esfrain Ayala.
