Fantastic service. They were very friendly and explained everything in explicit detail. Worked with us to get the best deal, and the roofers did an amazing job for both time and aesthetics. I had Erie Home replace my roof with Architectural Fiberglass shingles since my roof with standard shingles was 20 yrs old.
They did an excellent professional job and the roof looks beautiful and will last 30 yrs.
The crew was excellent! They arrived at 7:00 AM and completed the job on a 2600 sq ft home by 4:30 PM. They did an excellent clean up after.

This company was great from start to finish! The workers started early in the morning and we're done before 5. Other than a new roof you would not have even known that they were here. I have an in home daycare and they did the roof on a Saturday, I didn't even ask them to. So I was excited that I didn't even have to closed while they did the roof. Great job Erie Home!!! I am very satisfied with the new roof installed by Erie Home. This home was built in 1903 as a beach cottage, the installers needed to replace quite a bit of roof decking due to the age. The installation was completed in one day, and cleanup was excellent. New roof looks great!

I have been working with ERIE roofing for three years. I have a nightmare scenario. Within a month they replaced my roof three times. At the third roof, they installed the roof over the opening of my five skylights. I can not open the skylights.. I have been waiting patiently for three years with leaks throughout my home, damaged walls, still waiting for someone to rectify the situation. They keep putting blame on third-party vendors. I would hesitate choosing to hire this company. The warranty is amazing. However, the workmanship is subpar. As you can see through the previous reviews, everyone is talking about various. That is a huge issue when the homeowner is not able to communicate with the installers. They sent out three different crews to my home , and I was unable to communicate with all of them. Still waiting to be made whole by Erie roofing

Had a new roof fitted by Erie Home last week, the workers arrived early morning and apart from a lunch break went straight through until the job was finished. Cleaned every thing up before leaving. Roof now looks superb.

From first intro to installation it was 10 days. Installers were respectful, there was a language barrier but we worked it out. Clean up was well done, dumpster was removed within the day. They made the entire process easy!!!!

Great job. The crew worked well together, very professionally done. The house looks great. The yard was cleaned as the work was being completed.

Absolutely terrible!! The sales rep is pushy and tries to force you into purchasing. Should have stopped then. The company they had install (3rd party) slammed the tiles on my roof to the point i thought they were coming threw the ceiling. They left metal shards and nails in my yard. Had to go around with a magnet so my dogs would not step on them. They ripped my gutter guards off with out saying anything and through ingredients them out before informing me. Left dumpster in my yard for almost a week after job was completed. Changed my contract and didn't put the 3month deferment that was in my contract originally. Took 5 months to get them back out to do trimming so I could open my windows. After reading the new posted reviews I understand why it's on 1.2 stars. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Roof looks great, clean up could have been better. Many flowering plants were decimated by tarps. Better if at least one of crew spoke english. Job on roof is terrific!

The quality of the product is by far the best I’ve seen. Amazing that they did it all in one day even with a thunderstorm in the middle of the day. The one negative we have is it would have been great to have more than one person speaking English.

It was hard to get a hold off them. When they finally came to do the job it was well done. Also, the only reason I'm writing this review is because I've been sent multiple daily texts and emails asking me to do so. If I hadn't been repeatedly harassed to do this review, I probably would give them another star.

Came in and got the roof replaced in 2 days did a great job cleaning up and protecting my landscaping. Also had the gutters replaced 3 days latter my home looks great !

We are very satisfied. Our roof was completed in a day. They showed up about 7am and stripped off the old roof and put down the new one. Installed new ridge vents as well as replaced the existing ones, re-flashed my chimney’s. They were fast, professional, and efficient all around. The salesman’s name was Zack & Ross. They explained the process would be from material and dumpster drop off and dumpster pickup. The crew was fast, friendly, and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They made sure to clean up everything to make sure my dogs were safe on the deck and the backyard. They also took care not to damage the flowers and shrubs or our existing gutter guards. My neighbors complimented the roof. Great job!

My roof was completed in a day they came in stripped off the old put down the new. Fast professional and efficient all the way around. The salesmans name was Adam. He explained exactly what the process would be and everything happened like clockwork from arranging the supply and dumpster drop off the day before the installation right through to the pickup of the dumpster everything was awesome. The crew was fast friendly and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They also took special Care not to damage the flowers and shrubs. Great job!

After a few nervous hiccups about going through the expense of having our roof replaced and solar panels removed for this to happen, we finally agreed to have Erie Home Cranston do the job. The crew started at 7 a.m. and completed early afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and professional. This wouldn't have gone through if it wasn't for Malik Hussain. He took time to come to our house to ease our minds of the concerns we had even though he was in the process of moving to Rhode Island. And he always got back to us quickly with any of our questions. The materials and dumpster were dropped one day before job. Crew arrived at 7:30 am and we're finished at the end of the day. They were polite and answered all our questions. They finished by cleaning up thoroughly snd we are delighted. The roof shows of nicely. I would highly recommend them.

The sales rep Nick Boarman was very knowledgeable about roofs and suggested the best type for my home knowing that we would be installing solar panels afterwards.
He thoroughly explained pricing and process. The roofers were also professional and let me know of any unexpected things that came up. They were also very courteous and made sure my property was completely clean before leaving. I would recommend Erie to anyone looking for roofing.

I walked in on a salesman representing this company trying to hard sell my 77 year old father a 20k roof for his cape in warwick. Tried several times to push him into an immediate contract and wouldn't take "no, I won't make a decision like that now." As an answer

Replaced the roof shingles one day all done GREATJOB kept going around inspecting for a clean lawn after thwy week done

Guys showed up about 7:00 am, finished about 4:00 pm. Everything was cleaned up at the end. Looks great. Has rained since with wind and snow as well, no problems noticed.

I bought a thick fiberglass shingles. I used this company because I wanted what I believe are better products than what the big box stores have to offer. I was thankful the 6 roofers arrived at 8 am and they finished by 2 pm. They did their job well as far as I can see and the crew worked well together.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by the Erie crew. They were very professional and worked hard. When they were done they did a great job cleaning up. The Install Manager was in communication with us before, during and after so we were aware of what was going on. Overall, very happy with Erie.

The salesman came and spent 3 hours withe explaining why their roofs were better than others. I was impressed with his presentation contracted Erie to replace roof on house and detached garage. The crew came and tore off old roof and replaced it with new, more superior shingles than the previous asphalt shingles. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. From consultation to completion, excellent service! I purchased the fiberglass shingles from Erie and it was installed in one day on my main roof with full dormer, breezeway, and connected garage. (Quick turnaround time, completed on day 16 from consultation). The communication from all members of their team was direct and clear without loose ends. The dumpster arrived and departed on schedule. The clean up was great. The craftsmanship and results were impressive and better than expected. The Warranty was the best according to my own research. And the bottom line, their price was the same as 2 other competitors. With all of these variables considered, I would definitely recommend Erie Home.

I was predisposed to using Erie as I have friends that work for one of their sister companies, but these guys really went above and beyond for me.
The salesman actually gained a lot of my respect based on the fact that he almost “down sold” me. I wanted a metal roof, so he went though all the math with me and showed me that it would be a better ideal financially to go with fiberglass. I like that he didn’t immediately jump on the expensive option.
The install team and I did not have a lot of interaction, but they were in and out in two days. They did a great job and I am very happy with the result. I will be using them again for future projects.

I gave Erie home a five star rating. A representative from the company came to my house and gave a great no pressure presentation of materials and how they work together. I was given a realistic timeframe for start, the start date actually came on the earlier end. The crew arrived on the date and the roof and any repairs was done in one day. All repairs were included in the price. My yard was left in better condition than found. The crew was pleasant,hard working, and fast.
I would highly recommend Erie Home to anyone looking for any type of roofing.

Just bought the house and knew with inspection I need a new roof. I looked around and received quotes of 15 to 18 k for asphalt shingles. In The Notheast with its weather , a roof is good for 15 maybe 20 yrs. Now with Erie Metal roof I will not out live the life expectancy of this roof and either will my children have to worry about paying for one in the future.
While it was being installed. So many people stopped on my street and were amazed by the look and how it pops at you , almost 3 dimensional.as I went with the shaker shingles.
The installation was great and installers too. Especially in 32 degree weather. They did a great job cleaning up. I don’t even have to rake my lawn this weekend, that’s how good the clean up was. I would use them again but like I said this will be my last roof on my house
