The crew arrived on time and got started quickly. They were organized. Just about the time they were finished with the tear off, the materials for the roof were delivered. They were in and out in 2 days. Cleanup was done very well.

Our entire experience with Erie roofing, form the bid process, choosing products, the installation and the final product was definitely as good as we could have hoped for.

Ishmael their crew manager was very friendly and the whole crew were hard workers. Did job in one day and when they left after clean up you wouldn't even know they had been there. Looks great.

I believe this is a 5 star company. They did amazing work, I would recommend them to anybody. The workers were amazing and cleaned up after themselves. The supervisors came by and made sure the job was completed.

The salesmen are pushy and try every tactic in the book to get you to sign a contract that day. They tried "lowering the price" and doing everything they could to lock me in even after I stated that I wanted a second opinion and quote and to discuss this with my wife. The priced us and about 60% higher than any other roofing company i spoke with. They try and say that there products are proprietary, they are not. Say they are just a family owned business, they are not. I found the company that owns them with a little digging. The products are iko dynasty shingles and raptor underlayment not patented proprietary products. The opperate just like dabellas just run before they screw you!

best roofing I have come across, saw it at a home show in the Seattle Area 10yrs ago took Erie Homes that long to get to the Spokane Area but it was well worth the wait. couldn't be happier with the job they did.

My roof was a big job in winter weather. They were professional, efficient and friendly.They answered all my questions and the roofers answer my questions during the roofing process. The quality of their products is excellent. I definitely got my monies worth and love my new roof. I even had neighbors call me to say they like the roof.

I was called right away after requesting a quote to set up a free inspection. Two guys came out who were very thorough in both the inspection and explaining their product materials and had a no pressure sales pitch. They offered 3 different rates depending on quality of material and I chose the middle one. It is quite a bit more expensive but will be worth it in the end not replacing it every 10 years like my neighbor.

The quality of materials is superb, and the team is great to work with. They're pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I had a difficult roof to replace. The Erie foreman and his right hand man took on the project themselves and worked on Thanksgiving day to finish the project before bad weather set in. Quality workmanship! Dedicated employees! I’m very happy with Erie’s performance.

Matt and Mike came to the house and told us about the product. They were polite and helpful. We had decided on one product and realized our budget wouldn’t sustain it. So a couple days later we told the guys that we needed to talk about the other product. We realized that was easier on our budget and changed the complete first order and switched to the other. They accommodated us with no problem.

It was a great experience, everything was done with very precise requirements and the crew did a very good job of taking off the old roof and putting on the new roofing, and clean up was very good, I am truly pleased.

I was the first one in Spokane Valley to get the new metal roof from Erie Home. They were very good about bringing materials when they didn't have the right materials on site. The people were very professional. The team they trained did a great job with the roof. We are very happy with how the roof looks. It is nice to have a 50 year roof on our house.

We are extremely happy with our roof. Erie had us scheduled quickly and the roof went on in one long day. We did have to pick up a few things they missed in the yard after cleaning. To their defense they finished in the dark and the items were small. Over all very happy.
