Recently moved into my new house when I realized how much I hated the closed kitchen space and back porch wood finish (thought I could ignore it but is was awful). Had vasa come and after comparing with other companies I decided to hire them. Alfredo was super transparent about everything and even gave recommendations on what colors to use for my porch. Finished in a month (weather stalled the progress). My porch is hanging on pretty well despite the rain and my dogs running all over it and the kitchen finally feels more open (a total change from before). Very satisfied with their work and do recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company!

I had a fence installed to let my pets and kids outside more safely. I was able to choose the style and color of the fence and I think it looks lovely. Now my kids can play with the cats all they want and I don't have to worry about them running off. Thanks vasa!

My aunts basement was really old and overall just ugly to look at. Hired vasa to do the job for us (we tried DIY-ing it but we honestly made it worse). A cabinet and countertop kitchen upgrade with plumbing and electrical. Plus taking floors down to original fir boards. Alredo gave me a comprehensive bid and stayed with it even as a few extra items came to light such as no flooring under original cabinets. He rebuilt the floor where it was needed. All his employees were very respectful of me and my home. Kept the job clean and put away all their materials and tools each night. Big shot out to Daniel who is just an amazing carpenter PLUS. First of all I want to let everyone know that working with Alfredo and his crew was always pleasant. He was easy to contact, quick to respond and always calming to talk to.

My husband and I bought an older mobile home. We had some work done on a shed roof run-off, the living room painted, and kitchen & a bathroom remodeled.

Everything Vasa Construction did they did quickly, even when the countertop vendors (who we bought through separately) slowed us down. We had a trailer door removed and full sized wood door put in. The door was painted and hung very professionally.

Vasa Construction's bids for work were reasonable, and worth every penny spent. Good work at a fair price can be hard to find. If we ever need any other projects done - we'll definitely be getting back in touch with Alfredo/Vasa Construction.

This was such a wonderful group of guys to work with. They were on time, respectful, and lovely humans with immense abilities. They cleaned up every evening and arrived the next morning on time. As long as supplies were
available the project moved forward close to predicted finish. We came up with creative solutions to my unfinished basement, laundry room, stairs, and now I have new little in home gym. Highly recommend this business!

We worked with Alfredo and team to build an extra bedroom in our home. We got a few bids from other contractors and he was the most affordable and most efficient. His team was in and out in less than 10 days. Clean, respectful and so efficient. We then hired them again for a kitchen remodel and they did a phenomenal job. We will always go with their company!

We really like having Alfredo and his crew working on our house and we already have a couple projects we will ask them to do this summer and fall. Alfredo came to our house to talk about our rather large home remodel and right away it was such a relief to realize we had found someone to do our job who we trusted. Others did not want to work with us because we already had a cabinet company and installer picked out and Alfredo said it was no problem and they would work around it. Once we got our bid and work started they were there everyday with several talented people and worked hard. We also loved the feeling his workers were happy and having fun! From Demo, drywall, tile, paint, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, carpentry, finish work, etc. he had someone knowledgeable who knew what they were doing. Towards the end of the job, we had a handful of things we wanted addressed and they were taken care of. We thought the bids were fair and realistic. A few recommendations: To save money, if you don't know exactly what you want, pay a few thousand dollars and hire a design consultant for layout, lighting plan, electrical plan, etc. When you hire one of these design/build contractors they charge you $50k for 3k worth of work. Alfredo often knows what will look good and not and what works well and not but it's not his job to design your remodel. He will do what you ask him. Make sure you have all the materials you are responsible for on hand, ready to be installed. We slowed them down a few times by not having door hardware, paint, grout, etc. Lastly, clarify exactly what materials are covered in the bid and which are not. Alfredo is a great communicator and even better guy. The contractor profession needs more people like him. We know you will be happy with Vasa Construction!
