Zingfix set us up with its roofer, Phil Ramsey. Our roof is big and complicated (gables, steep, etc.), so we knew we needed a well qualified roofer. We got proposals from several. Although Zingfix's was not the cheapest basic proposal, it was by far the most comprehensive. Phil saved us thousands of dollars over the others when the additional work and complications to our project were factored in.

We have all heard the horror stories about roofers. Our project, however, could not have gone better. On time, and under budget. Great customer relations; excellent, polite, considerate crew; a superb final result. Many great compliments in our neighborhood (Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent). We recommend Zingfix without reservation.

This is the 3rd home I have worked with Zingfix on. With elderly sellers that have been in their home for many years it has made such a huge difference and a large difference in their net proceeds to complete repairs, refreshed the home and they have finished two basements for me which added very valuable square footage!

I had an old retaining wall collapse and reached out to Zingfix for replacement. They had Francisco out to quote almost immediately and were ready to work soon after. The process went extremely smooth and the new wall looks amazing!

Contacted ZingFix using their website and within 24 hours I heard back from one of their team. I was able to a get a quote within a couple days and my project was scheduled and completed within two weeks. They offered a really convenient payment program too.
