My experience was great and I would be giving you five stars if you didn’t harass me for the review .
I think when you text someone sometimes multiple times a day, Or even once a day for weeks to get them to respond is harassment!

Erie's team is incredible- they worked with us to figure out what our monthly payment would be, what our budget looked like, and how we could make a badly needed roof work within it. We were very impressed with the materials- both the ones shown in the sales pitch and what was delivered to our door. The team that arrived was great also; they were quick, kept the space free of debris, and were finished with our roof in a day. All in all a fantastic experience!

Erie Home roofing was spectacular. Did a great job, worked in a timely fashion, and finished on time despite the rain. Folks were professional.

The sales team were excellent. They had the experience and skills to help us make good decisions. The hand's on team that put the roof on worked none stop and did a great job.

They were very Professional and on time. The sale person Rob was very respectable and ALWAYS committed, especially when checking with me to see if everything was alright. They finished my new roof in a few hours quicker than i thought they would. They cleaned up afterwards. l would grade them an A Plus.

Ernestor was my sales person and he provided nothing less than excellent and professional service. He worked with me to get the deal done, which I’m so glad he did. The roof color I chose really accommodates my home and adds such great appearance!! I’m a happy customer and highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.-

The workers that did the work on my roof did a good job as far as I can tell. The main thing is that the roof does not leak. The workers were professional, timely, and courteous. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards (no flat tires). My complaint is that I was asked to sign a document that I had inspected the work, which I had not because I am 76 years old. I expect that most owners are not climbing on their roof to inspect. I have a warranty on the roof but what happens in the future if I have a problem and Erie says (Well you signed that you had inspected the roof). They said that they would send me complete pictures of the roof so that I could at least see that. After many requests they have not sent any pictures. I don't anything that tells me there is something wrong with the roof or that there will be a problem in the future. The workers were great but the sales person and the person that houds me over and over to fill out this survey, I don't have a very high regard for their professionalism. They are very clear about what they need me to do but not so much about what they need to do.

Erie didn't disappoint. We've never had anyone check in our attic before doing a roof job as Erie did. Very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Our fiberglass shingled roof is beautiful and expertly done. I'd highly recommend Erie Home for a few roof.

We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Homes and we are very satisfied. It was great to work with Sam, Jacob and Brad. They were all professionals. The crew that did the actual work were very diligent. They cleaned up and left us with a warranty.

Everything went well. They arrived on time like they said, and finished the time they said they would. Beautiful roof!

They were very nice people, kept the yard clean, very perfessional, it was done in 1 day. Clean up was great. Roof is fantastic, very pleased.

While we were only looking for a quote we did end up getting a new roof. Erie was great at showing us all the things that were currently wrong with our old roof. They brought samples of their products that we could touch and hold. They also too their time to explain the product and answer all our questions. The price did seem to fall around the national average for the complexity of my roof so I feel like I got a fair price.

The roofing guys were excellent in their repairing the roof. My roof was in such bad shape they did the best they could. Although they wanted to do a little more but wasn’t authorized to. The sales person was very insistent on getting the contract he cut short his analysis on the work needed to be done on my roof. When the workers got here they found a bigger problem with the roof. All in all they did a good job. Happy with the new roof not totally satisfied.

The representatives explained everything thoroughly before the roof was installed. The installers did a great job, they were
on time, they did not waste time and they cleaned up completely. My new roof is beautiful.

Erie Home was great. From sales call to installation it was a totally positive experience. Installation was as promised, on time, and cleanup was immaculate after the roof was completed. I can’t say enough positive things about Erie Home. I highly recommend them.

I was not happy the salesman offered us differed payments until July but apparently didn't get it in writing from the bank, slick, very slick. It was the reason we didn't bother to get more estimates. Was later discovered we could have gotten a new roof for half that price. It was the wrong color too. I had chosen blue to reduce cooling cost in the summer as dark attracts heat. We ended up with almost black, with blue in it. I'm very disappointed.

SALES DID A GREAT WALK THROUGH AND MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD THEIR CONCERNS. CREW HAD GREAT WORKING SKILLS. ALTHOUGH WE HAD A COMMUNICATION ISSUE THEY STILL CONCERNED WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

The crew from Erie was quite fast and efficient. The roof was installed in one day and the crew walked the ward cleaning up all of the leftover debris which was greatly appreciated. I don't plan on getting a new roof soon, yet would definitely use Erie again.

Roofers were professional and thorough. The roof took two days because they repaired underlayment that had been weather damaged. The initial inspection had identified the damage prior to the estimate so the roofing job included the repairs. I am very satisfied with their work and my new roof.

Erie roofing is a great company to have replace your roof! They scheduled my roof and they came on time and finished on time! They made sure there was no debris left behind and if you looked at my yard you couldn’t tell they were there! My roof looks amazing and I am a very happy customer!!!

Our experience was not as good as most of the other reviews we read. The biggest issue we had was that the salesman was not clear ( maybe vague)about what we would get when we could not afford the metal roof. He showed us the best products, including the interlocking 3 channel rain drip edge, ( that only comes with the metal roof) which we really liked, as it makes it unlikely that the wind and rain would could penetrate. We could not afford the $30,000+ quote so we decided on the asphalt shingles because of cost. After we agreed on a price the only thing he said about the drip edge was that it would be white not the color of the shingles nor were we shown the basic edge. When install date came my wife was home but I was at work. She called me upset telling me that we were not getting what we paid for. After reaching out to the install manager he was the one who told us that the 3 channel drip edge only comes with the metal options and is not interchangeable with what we purchased. By this time the installers had already stripped the roof and started installing the asphalt shingles. Now it was too late to do anything accept complain. It didn’t matter. They put rain gutters screens on our gutters as an attempt to make it right but fell far short of making us happy.

Erie Home put a new roof on our house. They showed up on time and worked quockly and neatly. We are very pleased with our new roof.

My roof was old, it had a couple of leaks, and needed to be replaced quickly. And Erie Home came through with a quick installation date. Everyone was polite, professional, and very attentive to details. Clean up was quick and thorough, and the whole process was done in one day. Thanks, guys!

The installation of a metal roof on my single-family home built in about 1912 and having an extension built in the mid-nineties took place over a day and a half.
A crew of 5 men and one woman showed up promptly at 7 AM on the first day and worked until 8:30 PM. Fist light to last light.
The second day started again at 7 AM and ended when they were finished at around noon.
The crew was very courteous and one spoke good English but it helps the human-to-human interaction to be able to say a few words in Spanish.
The clean-up was thorough.
After the crew left I climbed on the roof for a non-professional inspection. All shipshape!
I remain completely satisfied with the workmanship and in awe of the rapidity and professionalism of the whole process.

They were here early they waited till we got up and then they started working. They did an excellent job they never left a mess everything was clean and put together.

My experience with Erie Home was most pleasant. The Sales Agent, Site Forman and installation staff were very professional in every aspect of the roof replacement. All questions to the Erie Home staff were answered in a timely manner. The Erie Home Team informed my wife and I of the progress of the roof installation as well as any situations that came to light during installation of the roof. After completion of the job they cleaned up all trash and old roof parts. Also they covered roof warranty as well as the 30 year warranty on the workmanship of the
roof installation. Every aspect of the job was covered fully, from financing to 1 1/2 hail rating and 130 mph wing rating. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or repair.

I had an excellent experience with Erie Home. To start off, out of 4 quotes for a new roof, Erie was the only company to actually go into my attic and inspect the roof decking. John found several areas of great concern. After spending 3+ hrs explaining in great detail what needed to be done. The deal was struck. Turn around time to order material and have the installation completed was fantastic.
The work crew could not have been more pleasant, considerate and careful of my property. The job only took one day and everything was left/returned to it's original condition.

The guys that come to my house were very professional and when they told me the job would be perfect they were right there at it! Clean up was great have no complaints at all of their work. I easily rate them five stars!!!

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Buck arrived on time for the inspection and was very professional. He spent a lot of time checking the roof and attic. He explained everything he found. That was on Wednesday. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received a call from Brad the next day to set up installation for Saturday. Saturday morning the workers arrived on time and began work. I chose to leave while they were working because it can be a little noisy. Brad called while I was out and explained that bad weather was coming in and it wouldn't be safe for the guys working and they would return to finish Monday morning. We had some bad storms move through my area. They made sure the parts of the roof without shingles were covered against the weather and secured. They returned Monday and completed the roof. Everything was cleaned up and removed on Monday. My roof looks great! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I wish I had taken before and after photos.
