Sales team is quick to respond and eager to work with your needs, goals and resources. The scheduler works with financing and pulling the resources needed for your project, the Installation manager works with you to schedule everything, goes over the contract to ensure that all the work is done to your stated desires. The installation team is quite efficient and respectful of your premises. Afterwards the Installation manager will inspect and go over things with you to make sure the work was done to your satisfaction. I am quite pleased with this experience. This roof is expected to last a LONG time.

Got my new metal roof from Erie homes, looks amazing and the work was done quickly. Even though they was quick with there work, they left my yard as good as when they came. So happy with my new roof!!!!

Brandon and Brandon were very thorough going over every detail and problem with my 25 year old roof. They showed me everything that was going to need attention. Some I knew about, others I did not see until they expertly showed me what was happening. In choosing what you're of roof to replace it with, they explained the pros and cons and helped us stay within a reasonable budget with no pressure.
On the install Hector's crew was quick and thorough. Even fixed issues that the inspection didn't catch along with ones that I was going to tackle. The cleanup afterwards was very thorough. Couldn't even tell that they'd been there all day
I've been very impressed with professionalism and speed of the project. Overall, very much worth every penny to have one less thing to worry about for the next 2 or 3 decades.

My experience with Erie home was painless, they give you good quality work, but they are not cheap, but everything is inflated doing this time I would recommend them if you need roof, the roof that I had installed has a life spam of 60 yrs. And it comes with a 40 yr warranty

Very pleased with every aspect. Workers on it immediately kept the site clean, everything into the trailer. I came out while it was only the decking and could see that it was a great job. Noticeably quiet in the house, not only will water not leak neither will sound.

Very friendly informative cooperative extrely knowledgeable about roofing. Very satisfied with results. They came out on time and finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up everything. Quality of the roof and the workmanship of the installers was extremely well executed.
Dealing with the salesperson and the company doing the order was somewhat misleading and promised dates were not kept.
Overall experience has been very good and hopefully those things will be changed in the future for them.
They did correct them and get them back on track

very thorough inspection of our roof, outside and inside. The crew were very detail oriented and careful with the installation of the roof, as well as with the cleanup. The warranty document was presented to us after a walk-around to inspect the roof as well as the cleanup. From sales, installers to installation manager the entire group were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

A roofing experience gone right! They demonstrated a quality and customer focus combined with expert skill at their jobs from the inspection to cleaning up after the new roof was installed.

The inspection, review, and discussion process helped me understand the cause and effect for several problems with my roof and different options for moving forward. Was able to inspect and observe at multiple points during the install. It was quality work with a focus on doing it right instead of using minimal material or rushing to finish.

Joe was very very nice and very quick !! He explained everything through and through and even some things about roofing that was very good to know !!

I’m very satisfied with my new roof! The guys were fantastic to work with, everyone from sales to the work crew! The work crew was great about putting tarps down to catch nails and wood-shakes. When completed they did an amazing job cleaning up! Since i was keeping the metal off my roof, they stacked it up for me and placed it in my barn!

Erie Home made the deal happen as I was going to wait. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Nice bunch of people.

I had contacted Erie through a Facebook channel regarding roofing replacements. Our roof was an old three tab at the end of its life and insurance has already said they washed their hands of it. I had multiple contractors come out and look over the roof and prices were all over the place, but no one really had what I was looking for until Erie came out, and that's their warranty and after the installation service that comes with it. A true 30 years of warranty on an impact resistant roof with inspections for the next five years to make sure it's doing what it needs to be doing. Do they cost a little more? Yes, but is it worth it to know who installed it and who will be backing it? Also yes. I've been in the industry and have installed roofing myself and knowing who and what is the most important thing as fly by night folks can leave one hanging in the event of a failure. I am satisfied with the way they took care of the process from in home consultation to install. Alai was helpful and patient. Kyle was communicative on the materials and delivery and start up. So far so good as we've had a couple of toad floaters since install and everything has stayed water tight. No we have to paint the house because of how nice the roof is.

I loved the work and craftsmanship of the company. Joe the salesman was very informative and willing to go above and beyond to get us what we wanted. The team that came out to roof our house not only made sure everything was cleaned and picked up after job completion. But also did a complete tear down and 37 1/2 square roof in a day. Quick to address any concerns we may have. And fix something that didn't look right to us. Highly recommend

This was the best experience we have a had with a roofing company. From the consultation to insulation. Jeff came down and was super personable. He took the time to break down everything that needed to be done and the cost of both of the options we were presented with. The installation team was polite and very efficient. It was installed in one day and they did an excellent job in making sure everything was cleaned up out of our yard. Three days after install we where hit with a crazy storm wind and hail and the roof held up wonderfully.

Terrible experience with the “Marketing Manager” Brandon at ERIE. he gave me a quote on my house (keep in mind he told me it was affordable).. was not affordable, he quoted $48000 for GAF shingles.. for 1,000 sq ft with one gable on it!! When I told him that is a little too high, he then proceeded to tell me he can’t go down any further on the price. I told him the quote is simply way to high and he proceeded to tell me I won’t find anybody better than his company and when my roof fails in 10 years from not going through them and going through a “unreliable” company. Then give him a call and the quote with still be the same. If you are in the Moore/Norman/Oklahoma City area, please do not waste your time with the unorganized, unprofessional company. Terrible customer service!!!

Salesmenwas professional and personable. We was able to haveanew roof within 12 days. Roof was completedin one day. Crew was exceptionally concerned about our property. Everything that didn't make in the trailer was picked up and disposed of correctly I was grateful for how they took care of our property and finished it all in one day. Best company we have worked with.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote stating before hand we’re going to compare several companies. Salesman, Brandon was extremely pushy wanting an immediate contract . I replied 4 times that no , we’re going to discuss this in private, make a decision and let you know. He continued to badger so I stood up and left..he then had the audacity to tell my husband I was being disrespectful when he was the one not listening to the customer. Most responsible people do not make a quick decision on spending $35,000-$50,000 . No matter how great your product due to his disrespect, not listening to the customer attitude we will not be purchasing from you.

A little pricey, but quality is the best. Did a great job. Surprisingly fast job completion. Workers were proficient and friendly. Top notch performance. Very satisfied.

From the initial meeting to the installation it was a quick and easy process! We are extremely happy with everyone involved and the final product is gorgeous!!! I called to get an estimate because I wanted to compare prices amidst other companies. I told the people that before they came over. When the man arrived, he started out very polite but turned very rude when I declined to purchase. I told him I liked the product but it's not in my budget at the moment because I'm taking care of a sick relative. I said in a few months that I'll be ready to get a roof. He became very pushy. He stated how he had a veteran discount, and why wouldn't I want to get the roof now? Told me it's a no-brainer. I can worry about finance later. The lack of empathy, along with the aggressive attitude, because I didn't purchase was overwhelming.
I wasn't deceptive because I stated I just wanted a quote. I felt disrespected and PTSD triggered in my own home.

I had two guys come out yesterday and did a full inspection for me but they wanted to come in my house and I don't like that. They wanted to speak to me and my wife together and I said no. Speak to me only and the guy was very pushy and was starting to get rude and I asked him to leave. Why can't you just give me a estimate without having to go through all the process of talking to people? I understand that's how you do business but he could have just talked to me by myself as I could have made a decision and I would probably went with you guys but now I will not very very pushy

We decided to contact ERIE HOME for a brand new roof. We felt it would be a good decision and really improve the look of our house. We are more than pleased with the final product. Our house could not look better and now we will not have to worry about replacing a roof ever again.

Erie made the process of getting a new roof seem effortless. We signed the papers and a week later we had a new roof. They cleaned up all the debris, the roofing crew were very through in checking the yard for nails. They offer the best warranty I have ever seen. I feel like my new roof adds a ton of curb appeal.

I was treated with great respect and it has been a pleasure working with everyone from installation to customer service and sales. I would recommend them for anyone looking to replace your roof.

Had my roof installed March 2024, went with Class 3 fiberglass architectural shingles. Definitely higher priced than some of the local options, but 30 year transferable warranty pushed it over the edge for me. Still seemed extremely high for 4600sq ft of roof at $37000. Overall, it did reduce my homeowners insurance by a third, and I wish it was more affordable (I might have upgraded to the metal class 4 shingle instead). Time will tell if this company holds up.

Very pleased with the results and really the whole process from the salespersons to the finance department and Kyle Erie point of contact of installation was very considerate about the date we had schedule Kyle knowing we had just returned from a funeral. I said no need to reschedule go ahead proceed with installation.

The meticulous way this roof was put on was amazing! It looks gorgeous. The installers were professional, and cleaned up the job area all 3 nights they were here.

I wanted to get an estimate on metal and fiberglass roofing. I was impressed with the product and I'm thinking about going with them, but I was pressured into making the decision immediately for their best price. If ii go with them I expect to go with the best price quoted for that day

Basically got the job done in one day. Cleaned up as they went along. Used strong magnets to pick up nails. Did an extra good job looking for nails around the driveway. I was able to ask questions as they went along that were always answered. Recommended!

Crew worked diligently in good September heat. They were on time and stayed over time both days because our roof is so big. Product appears to be as presented to us.

The process was fairly easily and the company made sure I always had contact info. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and quick to answer the many questions I had. Best of all, I love my new roof and I think it has really changed the looks of my house for the better.

Erie Home started the roof replacement on August 28th and completed it in 4 days. The crew came early and worked long days to make significant progress. Each evening the crew would clean up around the house grounds. The crew members were either well trained or very experieced in doing full roof replacement and worked diligently each day, even with the extreme heat. The install manager and site supervisor were easy to work with and went the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The overall quality of the product is excellent and the installers are first rate.

They had it installed in 2 days. The workers where will verse in installation procedures. They were very courtesy and explained everything to you. They left no trash or building materials in the yard. Rain storm few days after installation and no leaks found. Extremely happy.
