Very professional from sales visit through completion of installation of new roof and gutter guards. Old asphalt shingles removed and new fiberglass shingles installed in two days including a couple sheets of plywood replaced. Allstars on-site were very professional and cleaned up all debris, nails, etc and hauled away. New roof looks great. Good for another 30 years.

This is the first company that I have ever had respond to a call at 10:00 in the evening. This shows me that they want your business. Salesman came out when he said he would, looked at the roof inside and out. Saw areas that needed attention and areas that were still good without trying to sell a complete roof job. The work was done in one day as talked about with salesman barring one day later because of rain. Crew did good work all the way around. I liked the improved materials that are used with this company such as the underlayment, drip edge, ice barrier and shingles themselves. Roofing these days is a little pricey compared to years back but if you want quality then you may have to pay for it, this company is selling quality.

The roofing team was courteous, professional and timely. They came early on the morning and by later evening we had a beautiful new roof. The old roofing materials were cleaned up and hauled off leaving our yard looking like it did before they started. I would recommend Erie to anyone needing a new roof .

No one wants to have to replace their roof, but ours was leaking. We researched and kept coming up with Erie/Home. We made contact and things went fast. Erie Home provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond the entire process, from explaining the process and showing the actual product to great team who completed the project. We had an impending snow storm with definite roof damage and made sure they worked me in beforehand

On February 3, 2025 I met with Kyle from Erie and he spent the next few hours explaining the product, the process, the material specific to each step of the process, inspected the project area, acquired data (i.e. measurement, etc) and reviewed color samples. The deal was made and the process began. Material was delivered that week as scheduled and on February 10 the roofing crew showed up to do the work, estimated to be done in one day, which it was (a snowstorm was forecast for the following day and it did). The crew worked non-stop and they finished at dark, cleaning up the site before they left. I am very happy with the end result.

The roof installers were spot on. Did a great job. Took the time and care to clean everything up and put things back that they had to move before starting the job.

The folks at Erie home did a great job installing my new roof. From the sales process all the way to the final step they were thorough and professional. The guys installing the roof worked from early morning till right before dark to get it done. It looks great.

Two Erie Home reps visited our home, as scheduled. They already had a birds-eye view from their satellite system of our roof and with a few answered questions, picture's taken from the inside attic ceiling, they were able to comprise (with phone calls to their main office supervisor) an offer to remove, repair and replace 3 roofs on our 2-story 98 year old farmhouse, along with a lifetime, one-time transferrable warranty! We were able to see, feel, and handle their product samples as they explained, in detail, how their trained crew(s) start/finish a roof in as little as one day!
Ours was done in less than two.
They replaced rotted slats with new ones, removed the old tin, and they brought a deep-bed dump trailer and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves! Had their own tools, generator, and the supplies for our new roofs which were delivered the day before.
A solar fan was placed on the roof and sealed, gauranteeing 'no leaks' as another part of our contract. Solar! No electric wireing was necessary.
I took pictures of some of their work to share with family and friends. The team of six worked well together, adding ice sheeting and weather-proof padding, (flashing, wick-away water strips all the way around each roof), under the metal fiberglass shingles which are the perfect barn-red, to match our shutters.
We are to watch for any possible issues as time passes and send pictures IF NEEDED, and they will return to handle any possible issues if they arise. Oh, there's even a up to 120mph guarantee if shingles come loose for any reason or a mildew/mold issue arises!
We are happy, so far, with our new roofs and the process in craftsmanship.
There are few more details, and with that being said, we highly recommend them for our area, in the Heart of Virgina.

Erie Home installed a roof in my home in record time minimizing household disruption and inconvenience. The salesman was knowledgeable, informative and professional. The workers and installers were hardworking, methodical with regard to the installation, they worked through extremely hot weather and completed the job in a very timely fashion. I had Erie homes install a new roof on my home. The contractors they had doing the install did a quick efficient job. They completes the work cleaning as they went and did a thorough cleanup at the end leaving no extra materials or debris. They were exceptional professional.

The roof was installed within 10 days of the estimate. Justin, the estimator was meticulous in his examination of my old roof and detailed just what was to be done. The roofing crew showed up minutes before scheduled and wasted no time getting to work. They only took 20 minutes for lunch and worked through a light rain. At the end of the first day, they cleaned up everything and left the yard as they had found it. The next day was only a half day's work and there was no slack in their performance. Because I have more than a layman's knowledge of what was done, you can take my word that it was excellent quality from the estimate to the installation.

The crew was awesome, my roof needed a lot of repair and they worked tirelessly until it was done. Roof looks great and they cleaned up really well after. I’ve got dogs so I looked in the yard for nails and couldn’t find one.

The installers were timely and worked quickly. They were good about cleaning up after each days work. The roof replacement was done in a workman like manner and seems to be of high quality. The materials used are of high quality.

I was asking legitimately questions for this guy.The only thing I asked of him was to cut the chase and give me an estimate on my roof.His respond was that I was making him uncomfortable. From the free roof inspection I knew I was in good hands. TJ was knowledgeable and made me comfortable to make the big decision on a roof replacement. The installers did an exceptional job, completing the project in one day and I couldn’t even tell they had been there afterwards (except for the fact I had a beautiful new roof).
