Erie Homes did a fantastic job on our roof. It has been a few months since they completed the job and we have had quite a few severe storms with very damaging winds and have had no issues with our new roof. They did a great job cleaning up after the job and a did it all in one day. I have many peaks and valleys on this roof which they did a great job with. The materials they use are fantastic and will probably outlast me at 62 years old...Great Job and Great Company!

Outstanding. Everything that was promised was delivered. The team had an excellect work ethic and they cleaned up after they were done. Including all the plants and yard items where they were before they started. Could not ask for anything better.

Crew arrived early and quietly, had I been sleeping, I would not have known they arrived. Worked quickly and roof was completed in one day. Would highly recommend company. Their Salesperson, was very diligent and as we changed product and set up financing he returned for changes without pressure. Dry nice company

They did a great job. I love my new roof, several people have given us compliments on how great it looks. Subsequently, today we are having inclement weather; however, I am confident that my new roof can withstand it.

Erie Home did a outstanding job of explaining the process of installing their metal roof system. The 50 year warranty was a feature that sold us on this product.
The team who came to install the system were very professional. They cleaned up all the debris from the old roofing system. They left our home looking much better than they found it.

They came, sat down, and discussed the difference between their shingles & metal roof and everybody else's shingles & metal roof. They expressed me. Deciding on the type of metal roof was extremely easy. They stayed in contact with us. The process of getting our roof put on our house was quick. They were very helpfull in a time of need. Smooth process and quick labor. I would definitely recommend to others for there roof.

Scheduled an appointment, received multiple calls and emails to confirm the appointment, and they did not show. My husband and I left work early to make the appointment as they insisted we both be there, so we lost time and money for them not to even show up.

Edit to Add: we rescheduled with them after the first no show, and this morning we get a cancellation text! I have never seen a company lacking so much. Two missed appointments!

The Erie associates that came out were very friendly. They answered any and all questions that we had. The workers that replaced our roof were also very nice and worked till the job was done. They also cleaned everything up. I highly recommend each of them!

The workers were on point. They were very professional and kind I got a phone call telling me when and why they were late and the time they would arrive the next day and they did as promised. Erie Homes is a top flight organization from start to finish. I was highly impressed with my representative within moments of meeting him. He was thoroughly knowledgeable but also open to the least question. It was extremely obvious that I was working with an honest man. The Men performed their work in such a professional manner it was unbelievable. They kept the worksite neat and safe at all time, when they were finished they cleaned up behind themselves and answered all questions l asked. Travis and Angel were awesome! We are fairly new home owners and our roof to be replaced and from the beginning Travis made us feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to us.
