The people was very friendly. They did my roof and one day they started at 7 o’clock in the morning. They finish at five. They clean up after their self. I love it. They’re a good job.

I’m truly grateful to have talk with the team at Erie Home about my horrible roof. Yes it was in bad shape. The sale rep patiently explain to me about The condition of my roof and the material that they were using to replace my roof. I’m so pleased with the process from the cost to the cleanup. The workers showed up on time and finished the work plus cleaned up the area. When they finished the job and we went out to review the work, my neighbor also came out and complimented us on how beautiful our roofing looks and what a wonderful job the workers did. I was scheduled for a layover however after the guys started removing the shingles they realized I had already had two layers of shingles. I was advised they can’t put another layer of shingles on top of the second layer. I was advised they have to do a complete tear off. I had to wait until the next day before the roof was done. The installers returned the next day and completed the job. The roof looks great!!!

The Group of worker’s did a good. They looked for issues that could have caused any problems with the project!! They cleaned up after themselves too! They are all hard workers from 7:00am to 7:00pm they shingled 35 squares in one day!! I was tired watching them!!! The only thing we thought the cost was was alittle high for shingling of the top of the old shingles. Though they replaced the old dege that was white with black dege. It really sets the new shingles out better for curb appeal!! The Forman was really good in what he does, and goes up and out of his way to please us!! Thankyou much!

They did our roof. They did a wonderful job! It looks fantastic! We love it. They did it all in one day! Pretty impressive! They put down netting all the way around the house so if anything fell it wouldn't damage our landscaping. They had a dumpster for the old roofing paper, nails and shingles in our driveway. Before they left they picked up after themselves. Very nice workers and boss!! We recommend them!

The workmanship looks good. A little mix up in the beginning when the men arrived, but we got that straightened out and the rest went smooth.

Erie workers did an excellent job, fast and effective. In approximately 8hrs . , the job was completed. Plus 10yrs warranty for premium protection and 20 yrs more for beyond premium protection that includes repairs and replacing the failing Erie ‘s product. I am pleased with the work done on my roofing project. The workers arrived early around 0700 am., and within 8hrs. The job was done. They did a nice job cleaning up. I love the fact that I have a 10 year warranty with a 100% coverage for every item that has been installed on my roof. Plus 20 years warranty for repairing or replacing the failing Erie products.

Company was easy to work with and continued communication was great. Installers did a great job and everything was cleaned by the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Erie Home is the absolute best!!! Ricky Teutli sold us with his extremely detailed presentation and their exceptional fiberglass shingles and underlay! Wow! He addressed our many concerns and worked out payment details with extreme patience and consideration! The installers were punctual, prepared, experienced and friendly! They covered landscaping and cleaned up after install. They completed our large roof in one day even after replacing lots of wood rafters on a cold day! The boss, Jesus, did a detailed check and called twice to confirm our satisfaction! Our new roof is beautiful, unappealing to raccoons, and so secure that our furnace does not work as hard! We can't hear rain anymore because of the shingle technology and thick underlay; they also added fans! The only reason I’m doing four stars is because the kid that came out to the house today for a quote was informative about what was going on with our roof. He told us the situation that was going on. Which we knew already and we wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page.

However the products Erie offered was the same products M&M Home remodeling was going to give us. The price started out at $47,000 then came the high pressure tactics. Dropped it down to $39,000 if we did this. Then still more high pressure tactics. At the end it was $33,400. I felt like I was at a car dealership in my own home. Erie if you guys want people to buy your product. Don’t play high pressure tactics. People don’t like that shit. So that’s why we are not going with your company. Cause of high pressure tactics and we are going with M&M for the half the price and the same products.

The install manager Kevin Vance from Erie Home was available every step of the way for any questions or concerns I may have had. The installers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. They completed my tear off and re-roof in one day's time. The finished outcome is amazing. In the future I definitely will highly recommend this company.

Two sales guys came took measurements. SAID they would get a quote next day by email. It was dark I let them around. The next day they sent Ricky Teutli, he wanted inside I agreed on the condition that if hr took pictures I would get copies. Then we met under my security camera he said he was email8ng them. He never did. He wanted 48,133.00 then pressured me to try to get me to sign right now for 43,244.00 a price I see right about what other bigger houses got. The other sales rep the day before said there was a disabled or veterans discount. Rick Teutli said it was then included in his quote, that's the lowest. Demanded I sign a contract right then or no discount. I said I had to have a written estimate. He said he would send by email. I called him at his no on card to remind him. He wouldn't return calls for 3 days. His office people never called back. I asked if they vetted or background there workers he said sure but I never heard back. Seems it's an issue and over pricing a simple home on a regular City Lot. Obviously questions unanswered and fast talking for doing a ambiguous contract I suspect they don't like me or permitting. I am tired of calling when I planned on spending 40k with my insurance company already helping. I just don't get it no communication, even texted and called Ricky 3 times before posting this and resent my email by text. It appears they don't want anything done in writing.

Our new roof is terrific! The sales representatives demonstrated the products used, answered all of our questions, and worked to make payments affordable. The roofing crew showed up exactly on time, did a marvelous install job, and cleaned up afterwards. The project was a bit more expensive than expected, but it was well worth it.

Erie Home installed a beautiful new roof on my home. They were polite, professional and did a very good job. They tore off the old roof and installed a new metal roof in one day. There cleanup crew did a super job. I would highly recommend them.

I have a new Erie Home roof, and I am very happy with it. I asked a lot of questions, and Ron, an excellent salesman, answered almost all of them on the spot and brought back the other answers quickly. The hardworking crew arrived in the morning and was gone by suppertime.

Removed all shingles and replaced any damaged decking as needed.
Installed new aluminum drip edge.
Installed Ice and Water Guard 6ft up from the edges to prevent ice damming.
We encapsulated the home with our 100% waterproof Erie Home ultra underlayment and fastened to the roof with cap nails.
IKO Dynasty Laminated Architectural Dimensional Fiberglass shingles which are impact 3 rate to prevent hail damage, made with a non-biodegradable fiberglass core, ceramic stones to prevent streaking, and a reinforced armor zone nailing strip to prevent blow offs.
Installed an upgraded ridge ventilation system which will help ventilate the attic, kill mold growth and lower attic temperature.
Installed new neoprene vent pipe boots.
New step flashing from roof to wall areas.
This Erie Home roofing system is a 50-year rated system which we warranty for 30 years, and it is transferable for the next 10 years.
This roof will withstand 120 mph winds.

This roof was expensive but I felt it was worth it. If you are looking around for the least expensive roof then this is not it. But, I figure given the 50 year rated system I will not have to purchase another roof in 15 or 20 years.

The young man in charge of full-time raking, running the magnet, and cleanup worked constantly. I could not believe it, but the first time I cut my grass on my riding mower, I found 2 nails in my tires. I got them fixed, and Erie Home reimbursed me for the repairs.

I am happy with Erie Home and am comfortable thinking I do not have to do anything with this roof for a long time.

Erie did a great job installing a new metal roof on our old house, with challenging geometry, in a tight urban environment. Our only complaint is that they weren’t able to use our first choice for the shingle style due to the constraints.

Not satisfied at all with my roof. I'm actually embarrassed!!! My neighbors next door and across the street had their roofs done well over 5 years ago and their roofs still look beautiful. I had mines done in April 2024, and within 4 months I had to call Erie Home because the shingles started to lift and buckle in 2 different areas. They came out to "so-call" fix the area. But now 1 of the same areas and another area is lifting. I am so disappointed.

I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, craftsmanship and overall service! From the initial consultation team to the final inspection, the entire team was incredibly responsive!

Roof looks beautiful!

They came out and inspected my roof and said that for sure it's bad and it's 3 layers of shingles on there and quoted us $44000 on metal roof shingles complete removal of old shingles and replacement of new metal shingles with underlayment and the garbage of single layer of shingles and tar paper it's not the 3 they said it's only one layer I'm very upset they over charged for 3 layers of shingles when I am seeing only one layer of shingles with the tar paper smh why would a big company lie about how many layers of shingles we were still doing a full replacement regardless you can see it's only one layer of shingles

Our roof is beautiful! All the bad wood was replaced. Workers were efficient worked quickly and cleaned up any mess when they were done. The young men that first came out went up in our attic and found a leak that we didn't know was there, took pictures of the bad wood so we could see exactly what the problem was. Everything was corrected. A job well done!

Erie came and inspected my basement, made a plan of correction, worked with me on finances, completed the job and were professional and courteous. Basement is dry and looks so much better. I would recommend for wet basement problems.

I love my new Erie Homes roof. When Brandon and Omar did my free estimate and showed me the pictures it was worse than I thought . Rows of missing shingles ,cracked plastic around vent pipes that had started a leak in the kitchen the pictures said it all. They showed me exactlly what would be done to fix the problems and I watched as that was precisely what they did when the roof was put on.Thank you everyone no more leak.
