Recently called to get my roof looked at on my office, it went well to say the least. I picked up Joel's card at a restaurant where he had left them and gave him a call, he came out the following day and did the inspection. He showed me multiple pictures of damages and explained what causes them and what they can lead to. We called my insurance and it sounded like its going to be approved!!!

I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing. They put a new roof on my home roughly 2 years ago and when the flashing was coming up a little, just recently, they sent a crew out to repair it, no questions asked. Dakota and Christian were very helpful and great to work with.

Joel was amazing and super fast. He came and was straight forward with the process. He did my inspection and marked my roof but it wasn't enough to get my insurance involved. I will be waiting on the next storm to call him back and hopefully we can work something out.

I wish I never met these people. I'm 15 months deep into this and it's been a total disaster. It took several months to get the claim approved, then the real nightmare began. I was told I had "the best crew" to come do my roof. Turns out it was some crew from another state they didn't even know. Their work was pretty poor and required a total of 5 visits from different crews. Every time they touched the house, something else was left damaged or broken. My composite deck took damage, gutter guards were supposed to be removed but were not, flashing was not installed at all (causing a roof leak) and had to be re-done, corner trim on the siding was broken. I was bounced around to at least 4 different POCs because the employees kept leaving the company or taking other positions. The company did work with me to issue credits, after bugging them about it enough, but if I could go back in time I would have just told them "no thanks" and went with any other company around. So now I'm left with water stains in my master bedroom, broken siding, bent gutter guards, and a sloppy looking roof.

When I do get a new roof I wont be using this company. I choose companies that care about the people in the community. Violating our county ordinance on door to door sales and posted "No Solicitors" signs, then making excuses about why they don't have to follow the law (which an individual I spoke to on the phone did), isn't caring about the community. I have their salesman on video from my security camera. They specifically violated Section III, paragraph D, and if they didn't have a permit in the first place they possibly violated Section I, paragraph A, of Floyd County Ordinance FCO-2024-23 Governing Door to Door Solicitation in Floyd County, Indiana. Fines can be levied against the company as per the Ordinance. I notified the Sheriff's department. Best Choice Roofing needs to do better.

Best Choice Roofing put on my roof and did a great job. I was pleased with the roofers who answered any questions I had. They also put on a new roof at my church. I'd use them again and recommend them to you. The main reason I would recommend is because of their employee Zane Ping. If you are looking for a roof just call and request for Zane to call you. Zane was the one who found the hail damage on my roof and he was willing to meet at my house when the insurance company came to explain his findings. Sure enough, the insurance covered. After the crew came and installed the roof, Zane came back and got on the roof to do a thorough inspection himself. He had the crew come back for a few minor adjustments which was really nice to see.

I am not going to lie! One of the best services I have every encounter! I just recently bought my home, and they were beyond understanding! Took there time! Went In a very detailed about the pros and cons! I would highly highly recommend!! Ron was an excellent spokesperson and I would highly recommend him, or his team!

Have two different signs that say no soliciting, no estimates, no salesmen. Asked the guys who came to my door, they said they saw it. I said thanks, asked for their paper so i can never use this company. I'll tell everyone I know how this company cannot be trusted to follow the simplest of instructions that they acknowledge they knew about. Why would I let you do a dime of repairs when i can't trust you to follow simple rules and instructions?

This company needs to reevaluate who works for them because they’re hiring some scam artists. Had someone knock on our door saying we had some roof issues, we were aware when we bought the house that it needed to be repaired in the next few years, but said they’d reach out to our insurance on our behalf. Already gave us some red flags but we’re first time home owners. Insurance called us today said it’s normal wear and tear not the “hail damage” they told my husband and some how were missing shingles. The insurance rep said it looked like they had been done by a human not a storm. Lo and behold we go outside later today and there is a shingle in our tree line. Nobody this companies roofers and our insurance inspector have been up there. Really shady employees!

Drew was out right away when I gave them a call. They did a quick inspection to confirm damage, and guided me through the claim process. I was taken care of quick and efficiently.

Using the Best Choice Roofing was the best choice I made for my roofing needs after the 2024 July storms that hit the Louisville Kentucky area. Zang Ping of Best Choice Roofing, made the process of inspecting the roof and dealing with the insurance company plain less. The roofing options where unless but Zang has been a great help with explaining all the pros and cons. Through this whole process Best Choice Roofing has been there. The customer service is excellent and I highly recommend Best Choice for your roofing.

The storm damage inspector Ron was great. He was able to accurately and concisely explain the damage and helped me start the process. Zane was awesome explaining the estimate and helping me to make smart choices on what was best for my home. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and doesn’t know where to start!

Currently in the initial stages with BCR and they've provided a headache free experience. Their contractors have been helpful and communicative through the insurance/claim process.

I had several estimates and roofers come to my home and none of them had taken care of me until Best Choice Roofing. I also had issues with my insurance claim during the process and BCR were there with me through the entire process. I appreciate how prompt, responsive and attentive they were! And I love my new roof!

Dillion from Best Choice Roofing stopped because he noticed that my roof needed some attention. My husband passed last year and I knew I needed to address it, so I allowed them to look at it and give me an estimate. They were great. They assisted with the insurance company and got all of the paperwork processed for me. They gave me an estimated date of 4 to 6 weeks to come do my roof. They called after we had a major storm come through to see if I had any new damage, which luckily I didn't. It has only been three weeks since I signed my contract and they put the roof on today. I didn't realize how messy of a job a new roof was but the crew that came out cleaned everything up nicely. They did a little rearranging of everything on my patio but I believe that was so they made sure nothing got damaged and really easy for me to put back to normal. I am very happy with the service that they did and the new roof looks wonderful. Thanks Dillion and Best Choice Roofing for assisting me through this process and getting my roof done in a timely manner.

After several estimates- I decided to go with Best Choice Roofing.Dakota with BCR came by after he noticed some shingles had blown off. We spoke for a few minutes and was very pleasant to talk to. We scheduled a time to measure the roof and showed up on time. Dakota was never pushy or forced. So far, he has shown up on time to meet me or call back when I needed him to. And the price seems to be very reasonable.

Best Choice Roofing recently came out to replace my roof after I sustained damage from a recent storm. They were very professional from the first consultation to the last communication to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with the work they did. The crew was assigned to work on my house on a Friday, and the job took longer than expected, so they came back and worked several hours on a Saturday to complete the job while ensuring the least disruption possible for me and my family. The roofers were polite and efficient, and Eric and Zane did a top notch job setting us up and overseeing the work. Highly recommend.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. First, we placed our order in August and it took 3 months for the roof to be placed. However, during the waiting period we were called multiple times with misinformation about our roof. Specifically, we were told our roof was delayed and then the next day was delivered; once the materials were dropped in our driveway, they sat there for a couple of weeks before installed. Then the icing on the cake, the wrong roof was installed on our home which explains why the material for our roof miraculously appeared right after being told it was delayed (again) - it was the wrong roof! The top part of picture is what we ordered, the bottom is what we got!! Completely contrasted with our brick color and we are stuck with it!!

After trying to resolve the fiasco in a civil manner, we agreed that we would not have to pay our deductible or any other money out of pocket, only the second insurance check. Eric Fuery, regional manager, told me personally zero out of pocket for us and furthermore never once stated that should the insurance company delay the check we would have to pay out of pocket because I never would have agreed to it. Additionally, had we made BCR completely redo the roof that they messed up, they would have been out a lot more cost. For reasons outside of our control, the insurance company delayed sending us the check and never once in any sort of way did BCR tell us that they would put a lien on our house revoke our warranty due to late payment. So, we got stuck with the wrong roof and because the insurance company delayed sending us the check, we then had to deal with harassment from BCR for payment and further collection procedures. This is how BCR does business- they mess up and then harass you, unapologetically. Mr Fuery spoke with me again after we were advised that our warranty had been revoked; he advised that he will right the situation and apologized, but now ignores and did nothing to stop the harassment of corporate office. He knew the agreement and he did nothing; he cannot be trusted at his word. We went ahead and paid the balance to prevent further harassment from BCR, but I will never recommend this place to anyone. They messed up our roof and their entire practice is shady, at best. My advice - go somewhere else!!

UPDATE: This IS BCR standard! The second insurance check has been paid and their response is a lie! They have NOT tried to correct anything! Eric Fuery literally called me and told me he would further discount the balance owed by second insurance check, to please give him 24 hours, I got silence. Except from his corporate office that called me at work and told me they would file suit on us for the money because that was money “owed”. The corporate AR’s name was Renae Sims. When I advised that I was at work, she responded “I don’t care”, believe it they do not. Even when they mess up and you do the civil thing to resolve the matter, they DO NOT CARE. The when I said I am stuck with a roof I did not want on my house and now you have revoked my warranty and put lien on my house due to delay in insurance her exact words “well you have a roof don’t you”.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will mess up, delay and make unfulfilled promises. Take heed to the warning on the reviews!!

I should preface this by saying that I am not a customer. Instead, it was my sister who hired this company to replace the roof on her new home. The way they have treated her since is shameful and feels a lot like a scam that should be illegal.

Firstly the initial installation was delayed multiple different times for a total delay of multiple weeks. After installation my sister found evidence that the workers had been drinking on the Job and after inspecting their work she found that they had done more harm that good.

The roof installation was done poorly, flashing cut with jagged edges and not lying flat, spray paint used to cover mistakes. On top of that there was significant damage to the aluminum siding on the facia and soffet of the house and in other places. Spraypaint has stained areas of the siding as well.

The real crime is how they have handled the situation since the mistake. Consistant excuses, delays, and ultimately no solutions. The company clearly uses subcontractors who are not prepared to handle the job let alone to fix one that has been poorly done. The representatives has giver my sister the runarround for months now. She is being pressured to pay for an incomplete and poorly done job. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They are probably the worst choice you could make.
