I would say they did a great job excellent due to the weather condition, it continue to rain May the 12th through the 16th and they were able to put that roof up. working a day and a half. Work was completed.

I recommend this company to everyone, the owners are very nice and the work is excellent, I had a new roof and gutters replaced on my home and I am very satisfied.

A&S did a great job on a flat roof repair over my front porch. The old flat roof/installation was in rough shape. Additionally, recent storm damage had gutters and soffit damage around much of the perimeter. Due to the prior installation, there was also problem areas that provided easy access for squirrels, and who knows how many generations of squirrels I've had up there.

I received a total of 3 quotes from different contractors. Each contractor approached the job a bit differently. One just wanted to rehang the soffit and gutters, and would only patch the problem areas on top (admittedly the cheapest option, but not by a huge margin). The next was going to rehang the soffit and gutters and replace the top, but there was no plan to replace the potentially rotted wood which was visually exposed. Then there was A&S, which did it all. Removed the old flat roof, replaced the rotted wood at the edges, wrapped everything, sealed off potential squirrel entryways - for 2 days after the job was done, I heard them trying to gain access again (unsuccessfully!! I hope they've moved on).

The A&S quote was only just slightly higher than the next closest bidder (negligible amount in the grand scheme of things), but they actually replaced all the problem areas - which the other estimate either would have just patched over or added unforeseen costs during the job.

Very clear communication of what they were going to do. Great attention to detail. I do plan to use A&S in the future for other roofing needs.

First I called Andes to get a quote to repair my soffit in two different places. They came out, spent 3 hours at my house using a drone and taking over 200 pictures. They finally quoted me over $2000 for the repairs, then asked me for a time they should expect to hear back from me. A couple days later I received a card from them in the mail, then a couple phone calls reaching out. Some people may like this level of service, but to me it was overbearing. And, of course, the price was more than I was expecting.

Then I called A&S. They came over, spent about five minutes looking at the area to be repaired, and quoted me $700. They came over a few days later and finished the work in one day. It looks great! I was very happy with A&S and would definitely call them again if I needed more work done. Highly recommend!

I had a leak in my roof and called A&S on Monday, they came by Tuesday gave me a fair estimate to remove siding, add missing house wrap, install flashing and replace damaged shingles. The estimator showed me pictures of the repairs needed, and gave me an estimate on the spot. They said they would be back Friday, which they were. After a few hours work was completed with pictures sent to me to verify work does as promised. Great service and easy to work with, I highly recommend.

Hello I recently had some roof repair done by A&S. I want to say they did amazing work. When I first reached out to them they provided great customer service they where able to come to my home the next day to review the damage. My carport roof was caving in. They got an estimate to me right away. My insurance company approved and they were able to fit me in very quickly. They came when they said they would, came to my home first thing in the morning and worked until it got dark. They arrived the next day bright and early got job finished..The structure of the roof looks more stable they way they anchored the boards and I believe will hold up for many years. They provided a warranty on their work and they are insured. They were very professional and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I would definitely use them again.

A&S Roofing did an amazing job on our house. They replaced our 2nd floor shingle roof, re-flashed the skylights and chimney, and did a lot of repairs to the trims, soffits, etc. Everything they did was professional and to my satisfaction. The owners are very responsive and really listen to you. They work hard and take care of everything you requested. The costs are also very reasonable.

I called A&S earlier this week for a leaking skylight in our kitchen and they were able to fit us in today and came and did all the work. I could not believe that I could actually get quality work, a good price, and all of it happening so quickly! I will 100% be calling them for any future roofing work.

We were hit by the April tornado in Prospect.
Damage to our roof and numerous large trees down including four trees blocking our access.
A and S came out that night. Cleared our driveway and access road and tarped our roof.
A and S worked with our insurance company to get a quick and fair settlement.
A and S worked with us on roofing choices and options and we got a high quality roof and also had some preexisting problems addressed. Also fence and other damage was repaired.
All work was professional and crews were polite and efficient.

A&S replaced my roof at Grand Lakes Drive. They are very professional and kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. They made sure I was pleased and satisfied with the product they used and the process of the roof replacement. I calles them and in the same day, they inspected the wind and hail damage. They advise me about what to do. I had never submitted an insurance claim and they advise and supported me.
