After a bad storm damaged my roof, my wife and I decided to give Best Choice’s Roofing a shot at the repairs. Jarrad Mack with Best Choice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his craft. Throughout the entire process, Jarrad remained extremely communicative, thorough, and detailed. He was personable, friendly, and easy to understand, willing to explain anything we did not understand with the process. On Best Choice’s side, the process was seamless and painless. With our insurance company, the process was a bit more difficult, as our insurance company did not want to adhere to its own coverage policy. However, both Jarrad Mack and Deziree Franklin personally battled on our behalf, going back and forth with the adjuster, until the insurance company finally agreed to own up to their policy and our rightful coverage. In short, their dedication and hard work got me and my wife the best possible solution to our situation.

Let me start by saying I’ve had several roofing companies come by and “try” to help us get our roof taken care of. Until Dezi came by and got started I had basically given up hope on roofing companies. Working with her and this company has been great and restored my faith! Deziree Franklin with Best Choice Roofing showed up and showed out! She came out and did an inspection the Very Next Day after I contacted her, gave us a game plan, and executed from start to finish. My insurance company gave us trouble from the beginning, but Deziree never skipped a beat. SHE TRULY FOUGHT FOR US AND WON! She was on site to meet with my adjuster, she argued pricing with my adjuster to get what was owed, and even involved my agent and local building inspector to achieve the approval for my roof. THIS WOMAN KNOWS HER STUFF! The best part is, I had absolutely no wood costs because she was able to get that paid for as well. 5 stars is an understatement for Deziree and this company! The roof looks Amazing, the crews work hard and clean up SO well, and I am overly ecstatic to have a brand new roof for the price of my insurance deductible Well done DEZI and BCR! I will be referring them to Any and Everyone.

This is a company that I can highly recommend. From the estimate to the completion of the job, everything that was done was first class. The decking underneath the old shingles was hiding much rotten wood and I am delighted that it could be repaired and made sound again.

Best Choice Roofing was the right choice for our family. Gunnar Gable completed a detailed inspection of the roof and took photos of all the problems of the existing roof. Gunnar provided options for replacement of the roof with the best material on the market. Gunnar was and is a true professional who provided all the information to make a new roof happen. The new roof was replaced in one day. The old roof was completely deposed of and clean up exceeded our expectations. From start to finish Gunnar and BCR stayed connected with us to ensure complete satisfaction. They exceeded in every way! Also not to forget Brandon and Paul. After my approval, the installation was completed in one day from start to finish. Workers came out about 0730 and were done before I got off work at 4 pm. The work site was left clean with no landscaping disturbed as if they hadn't been there. I'm throughly satisfied with Deziree and Best Choice Roofing.

Gunnar Gable was very easy to deal with. We are over 70 years old and was good at dealing with Elders and making sure we understood the whole process. He helped us pick the colors. We recommended him to everyone. He helped us finance the roof.

We are happy to say that BCR has exceeded our expectations. They have truly earned 5 stars! We truly believe Chris (GM) & Brandon (PM) have a firm belief in customer satisfaction because we have seen it firsthand. I previously wrote a 2-star review discussing some damage done to our porch (during roof install) and dissatisfaction with the subcontractors and their repair. We have been pleased every step of the way with BCR and they continued to impress when our disappointment was expressed. Everyone at BCR was very apologetic and worked hard to make it right. Initially, we were credited $150 to cover the price of the decking that we had to replace, but to our surprise, we received a call from KayLee in the office saying that BCR would like to replace the railing. After discovering the entire porch railing would need rebuilt, rather than just the hand rails, BCR didn't skimp. They replaced the entire thing, and beautifully. Not only was Brandon in contact with us every step of the way, but the general manager, Chris, was as well. We're grateful to see that a business run with integrity still exists, and are proud to recommend Best Choice Roofing to family and friends.

Dom Stevenson and Zach came out and investigated the source of the leak as well as the entire roof.
