Reid with best choice roofing stopped by after some high winds to give a free inspection, he was very nice , showed and sent me photos showing the condition of our roof. We didn’t have damage , but said he will come back after major storms to check for future damage which I appreciated.

My sales rep Myles Jackson was exceptional and honest about everything. He showed me different options and didn’t pressure me into a sell.

Best choice visited my residence. Miles Jackson and also Dylan Henderson. They’ve been really helpful going through this whole process- contacted Nationwide directly, filed the claim..Adjuster came abs inspected with Miles back for that visit. Nationwide followed up with an offer. It was not satisfactory so I talked to Miles and Dylan and they assured me the best way to deal with this would just be communicate directly with the insurance company. I sent an Email response with expressing my dissatisfaction after they stated that there was hail damage on all aspects of the roof.
We are awaiting Nationwide response and that’s where we are in process. I’m excited to see this thing come to fruition.
