I had a few shingles get blown off of my roof during a storm. They were able to get to me the next day and did a great job with the repairs!

Ben was absolutely great with our project. Always on time when he said he would be there. Walked us through the entire process and also explained everything in detail. Everything was lined out for us - no markup on product like other companies like to do. We heavily recommend this company and will use again for future project.

He guided me through the entire insurance process to get my roof replaced, and his expertise made all the difference. What started as a partial denial was turned into a full replacement, thanks to his knowledge and persistence. My home incurred serious roof damage from a tornado in May 2024….Best Choice Roofing approached me the evening of the storm and offered to tarp my roof the next morning at no charge, and with no commitment to them….

They completed that work the next morning as promised….BCR met with my insurance adjuster, who initially denied a very large part of my claim….BCR helped me with resources to adjudicate my claim through my insurance company….it took a second adjuster, a forensic engineer, and a complaint to the State Insurance Commissioner; eventually my claim was reimbursed in full…it took several months to get there; BCR supported me through the entire process. Once I received my funds, BCR scheduled my roof replacement and helped me choose the best shingle for my home….they sent a substantial crew three days in a row, first day working 12 hours to replace my roof…..

They also met with an inspector from my mortgage company to expedite release of funds…..BCR was with me every step of the way…I could not have received a fair settlement without them…I learned a lot about storm damage that often goes unseen at first by many, if not most homeowners….Sage Sterling and Matt Champ were with me every step of the way….They supported me as promised….very happy I teamed up with them..

We had a very bad storm in our area which caused several houses on my street to lose shingles and even parts of their roof. I called Best Choice Roofing and spoke with the owner, Mike Blair who assured me that BCR will walk me through the process of examining my roof and helping me with my insurance claim. The next day Matt and Sage arrived and were very professional and did their roof assessment in which hail damage was discovered. They walked me through the insurance claim process and which lead to a complete new roof covered by my insurance company. Within 2 - 3 weeks BCR installed my new roof which is absolutely beautiful. They allowed me to select the best, modern upgraded Owens Corning shingle that fit my house. I picked the “Bourbon” version of the Owens Corning line of shingles. The process was flawless, they cleaned up meticulously and installed a 5 STAR roof. Mike, Matt and Sage were amazing to deal with and I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing to everyone. I have been in the customer service industry myself for 30 years - this company is different. The owner and sales staff gave me their phone numbers and answered every question I had and was on site to make sure we were satisfied with the process. Excellent job!!!!

After some wind and hail damage to our roof we called BCR to come over and assess the damage. Matt Champ was easy to work with very personable and professional. He took time to explain the process to us and walked us through how to contact our insurance to file a claim. He met with us and the insurance agent at our house and even went up on the roof with them to point out areas in case they missed it. We were able to get our entire roof covered by insurance and fully replaced within 6 weeks. They worked with us on the dates that worked best with us since we had a pool still open and didn’t want the mess near it. Their crew worked 12-14 hour days until they were finished. Matt checked in with us every step of the way and made the process smooth and stress free.

Our roof was hit by a tornado, with significant damage to the roof. Matt, Sage and the rest of the team responded immediately to cover our roof to stop any water leaks. From that point on, they helped us through a difficult process with insurance to get approvals for a new roof. Once approved, they were quick to get materials delivered and a new roof installed in a short period of time. The new roof looks great!!

What a top-notch company!!! From start to finish, Best Choice Roofing was very customer-centric. They were readily available to answer any questions, and I had many.
