We hired Deer Park Roofing recently for a repair work on our leaking roof. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Starting from the office staff to the roof inspector and then the on site work crew, all worked as a team in a professional and effective manner. The communication was always prompt and thorough. They finished the job in one day. Later when we pointed out a small area of dissatisfaction, the company responded immediately and returned to our house to improve it based on our concerns. We truly appreciate their professionalism from the beginning to the end. We will definitely recommend Deer Park Roofing to other people.

My 130 year old house is safe and sound thanks to Zach and the Deer Perk crew. They redid my original box gutters, shored up my existing rain gutters, and added leaf protection to the ones needing them. Every question I had was answered, every detail explained to me, and every request was fulfilled. The quality of work is exceptional. Everything looks great and worked well after the work was completed. I cannot state how thrilled I am with their work. I will be calling no one else for my gutter or roofing needs.

We've had several projects completed by Deer Park Roofing. I have worked and communicated with Zach primarily to get the jobs done. His communication and his assessment of repair costs have always been fair and honest. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left the area clean. Communication was had throughout the replacement of the roof and skylights. I will always appreciate Zach's time and his patience throughout the process. Disappointing! After 9+ months of back and forth after continued leaks in my new roof, still slow responses from management and no real solution to fix the problem.
Sales team did a good job but if there are any problems you have to chase and chase for a reply and then chase again for any repairs. If any crew does show up, you won't know as there is no follow up to let you know. A real lack of customer service.
I would not recommend using this company.

Deer Park did a very large, complex box gutter job on our 19th century Victorian home. Very few companies in the area have the expertise to do this work. From the estimating by Chase to the work led by Dale, I was pleased with the process and work.
The project required significant labor and certainly had some complications. Most of all, I cannot say enough good things about our project manager, Zach. He was exceptionally communicative with us, made sure we didn't have any surprises with the large project, and was extremely responsive. This was a difficult project that could have been very challenging for both the contractor and us, but because of Zach's skill and professionalism, I am delighted with how it went.

We worked with Zach Outman after our house was hit by a tornado. He was very professional, responsive, and accommodating to our schedule. Most importantly, he showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and followed up with us after the job was complete. Our neighbors weren't as fortunate with their contractors. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a very minor leak creep up over the weekend (turned out to be a nail pop) - called Deer Park Monday morning and they were out by the afternoon to take a look. It took Zach longer to get his ladder off the truck than it did to identify the problem nail and temporarily fix it before the next round of rain moved in.

While he was up there, he found additional nail pops and a few other minor items to address - no pressure or pushy sales, just provided a detailed report with pictures pointing out things that he would address if it was his own roof. Zach and the crew were able to get back before the end of the week, fix all the issues (with a final report including before and after pictures of all the work done), all at a super reasonable price.

Zach stayed in touch via text, letting me know when someone would be at the house to do work or if anyone got delayed, and, in general, is a super awesome guy. Great customer service, superb work, and very reasonable prices. Glad I stumbled across these folks. Hoping it'll be a while before I have any other roofing issues, but I certainly know who I'm calling when a problem inevitably happens.

I had bought a new house and had found a leak after it had rained. I had contacted Deer Park Roofing. My main contact was Zach. He worked with my schedule and made it out quickly. He found the leak fixed it properly and I have not had a leak since. Great work. I will call him for any future work if I need it.

The entire process from beginning to end was very informative and done professionally. Zach was able to give my roof an efficient inspection and break down which repairs needed to be fixed immediately done to small things that he helped me create a plan for, to be done at a later date. The crew that preformed the repairs were all polite and were sure to clean up the whole mess once completed. Thankful to have entrusted Deer Park Roofing with repairs for my home!

I was impressed with every aspect of this company. All the way from the roof inspection/estimate to the final installation. The roofers kept the entire work area clean and free of debris each day. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I also have to give great praise to the estimator. He worked very hard at helping us with the insurance adjuster to make sure we received everything we needed. I give Deere Park Roofing full endorsement.

Great Service! Travis Johnston made the whole job seamless!! Very prompt- came out, inspected and had my estimate within 24 hrs. He kept us informed on install time. He came out the day of install to meet the installers and verify what we wanted. He followed up after as well! I would not have even know anyone was there ( except I have new gutters) - Everything was cleaned up- They look terrific and we are so pleased! Thank you!!

Called with water issue around chimney. Chase climbed on roof and identified the issue and came up with a plan to address and correct. Steve and Damonta came out and spent 8 hours removing, repairing and replacing shingles, siding and flashing. Came up with solution to keep water flowing so there is no resting water. Shout out to the team at Deer Park for correcting the issue before this became a massive expense.

Contracted to have gutters inspected and replaced. We had scheduled to be out of town and told them as such, then they wanted to do the job while we were gone. I don't think so...Then when they arrived, they did not complete the contracted work but billed for work that was not performed. After multiple attempts to contact them about revising their invoice or completing the job correctly, they did send someone out to attempt correct the problems, while we were not home. They still billed for downspout work that wasn't done correctly and I fixed the extension they added to one downspout, because it was installed on the wrong one and I didn't want to wait for them to come back again. Gutters still leak, despite a revisit by their team. They left shards of guttering, nails and hangers scattered around my house foundation and driveway. I was told this was something that they had issues with in the past due to subcontracting the work to another party, so apparently they don't do the work with their own employees?
They discounted the bill for downspouts and I have paid in full, despite not being satisfied with the work performed.
I would not recommend their services to anyone, based on my experience.

These folks are great! Travis Johnston helped me with inspection, came out and assisted me while my insurance inspected for damage (which helped me cover the costs for my roof), and got me squared away on getting my roof replaced in a real timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

The work crew were very respectful and efficient in my roof repair. I had been scammed previously by another roofing company and Deer Park Roofing reinforced my confidence in roofing companies. If you need a roof repair or installation, you won't regret using this company. Scott and the crew were awesome!

I called Deer Park Roofing and another local roofing company for two estimates for a roof repair and gutter toppers for 3 of my gutters. Scott came out and immediately found the hole where water has been coming in, which over time had stained my living room ceiling and a bit of the wall. Since my roof at the back of the house is attached to the house next door, it can be tricky, and was decided the problem is not from my neighbor's roof. The second company came out two days later for an estimate. They wanted an entire structural redo of that area of both roofs (I had been warned they might do this!), at $2600 total, including the gutter toppers. Scott had deemed it as an easy repair job, and along with the gutters, the estimate came in at $825. With expected rains later in the week, I was so happy to see the crew on my doorstep the day before the expected rains, and they finished the job in an efficient and timely manner.
