We aren’t having our roof repaired, but some neighbors in the our neighborhood are. A representative stopped by to inform us they would be doing work and it may be loud at times. First roofing company to ever do this in my experiences. I was very appreciative of the notice and the politeness of the representative. I can’t vouch for the work but the professionalism and thoughtfulness means the world!

They came very promptly and checked everything out and advised me of the issue and it was taken care of right then and there. I would recommend Roof It Right to anyone and everyone. Everyone was great. Great customer service.

Had our roof replaced approximately 8 years ago and skylights installed 2 years ago. Great job on both, quick response time and very professional! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roof it Right for my roof that was damaged back in March. My roof had lots of wind damage from a storm and I called Roof it Right for an inspection. I initially had two companies scheduled for inspections, but Mr. Roof never showed up or even called to say they weren't coming.

Juan came and did the inspection and advised my home was pretty damaged and that I should be able to get it repaired or possibly even fully replaced. He came back to meet with my insurance inspector and pointed out all of the issues that he found. The insurance inspector claimed there was minimal damage and they offered me a very low amount to cover the repairs.

Patty Irias was my contact with Roof it Right. She advised me that insurance companies will do this all the time and that they would help me fight to try to get a better settlement. I didn't realize how much of a fight it would be, as I had to go back and forth with them for literally 6 months. The insurance company kept trying to switch my insurance adjustors and each time they called me it was someone new trying to explain how my home wasn't very damaged. Luckily, I'm very persistent and continued to call and leave complaints. I left about five messages and they wouldn't return my calls. Thankfully, Patty continued to call and email them and say that they couldn't do repairs due to the shingles not matching the color on my home. Eventually, after a six month battle, the insurance company finally agreed to do a full replacement.

Roof it Right quickly replaced the entire roof in just one day. They came back and finished everything up and cleaned up on the second day. They did an excellent job and I could not be happier with with my new roof. They even replaced the missing cover on one of my heater exhaust pipes!

My experience with Roof It Right was excellent! They stepped me through the claims process and helped me select a gorgeous roof for my house. I’ve been in communication with this company since March after filing a claim for wind damage that caused roofing issues and leaks beginning March 3rd. We were provided the contact for a very friendly and helpful employee who is no longer with the company from one of our own family members. Initial discussions were helpful, informative, and relieving. After several weeks of no further communication due to her being our sole contact we began trying to call and were then notified that she wasn’t with the company.
Mark Allen was very reassuring once contact was made again. As of May he mentioned having someone out to tarp due to continued rain damage as we worked on getting an estimate to insurance after the first inspection. Insurance did not approve the full roof as Roof it Right desired, and communication began to further decline. We never received that tarp and water damage has increased.
We had a second inspection report submitted in July, which included a new leak that the inspector reported came from his own nails while pulling shingles off for a sample comparison. The inspector assured us this would be covered, reviewed the roof again as well as inside damage our insurance company had left out of their own report. I began asking for an itemized estimate of repairs from Roof it Right in August, and was told by my insurer that they had been asking for own themselves since April. Roof it Right refused to send it even after I explained I cannot sign a contract with them for any repairs without having in writing on the contract what will be repaired, and that it needs to include their own inspector’s damage.
It is September 29th, and I cannot even explain in words right now the confusion and frustration that comes with the email I just received as I requested once again for the itemized services to be included (I even said you can copy and paste what out insurer agreed to) in the contract so we can move forward. This does not even include the fact that our insurer has not closed our case and continues to state they will pay out more once they also receive the itemized estimates that Roof it Right never provided.

If this is how they treat their family as you market a family-oriented service atmosphere and company dynamic, I am concerned for them.

Highly recommend Roof It Right. They exceeded my expectations. Sergei, Patty, Fernanda, Lilie and the rest of the team communicated well and handled the process professionally. We are very happy with the project and would use them again in the future.

We had a great experience working with Roof It Right and the strong team Sergei has put together. Patty and team helped with our insurance claim and the communication was steady and consistent throughout the claim process. I was going to get my roof repaired with Mr Roof. One of the first biggest homeowner mistake I made, they were terrible. Months later, I called roof it right. *Heaven opens up and shines down a light** Ms. Patty answers the phone. I told her my troubles with my last roofers and like Kobe in the 4th, she had the roof mamba mentality! She took care of the inspection, told me when and what time someone will be there, if there was an issue SHE COMMUNICATED! Yes! Like something so simple as a text letting you know is just wonderful. I don’t know why I had to walk through the hell of Mr Roof to get to Ms.Patty and the Roof it Right angels but it was worth it.

Great people to call for a new roof. We had wind damage recently and they worked with us and guided us through the entire process. They even fought for us when our insurance company said all we needed were some new shingles.
Our new roof looks great. Everyone that we talked to and worked with was helpful and great to work with.

Unorganized with documents that I’ve sent regarding insurance claim and asked me to send the same adjuster quote over and over. Wanted a deposit on top of my deductible that I have already paid on my policy and said they didn’t want to waste too much time with me and I not go through with their company. I asked multiple times for a detailed estimate with pictures (like every other roofing company does) and they refused to put it in the estimate as instructed by my insurance company. After being integrated about other work done from the storm two workers accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud when in reality I just felt you don’t need my policy to tell me what all work needs to be done to my roof. After integration Mark rudely said that company didn’t want to take the time to send me a detailed estimate so I can get payment to pay them. Then told me have a nice day sarcastically. My whole experience was unorganized and unprofessional and I feel profiled for something I didn’t have intentions of doing. Could’ve saved the time and trouble and went with another company all because of refusal to send pictures on their end that was asked for by my insurance company.

Amber was so helpful during the whole process of getting our roof replaced. She helped us so much with our insurance company and quickly got us scheduled for a roof replacement. The Roof it Right team was quick and efficient replacing our roof and completed it in just one day! A wonderful group of people work at Roof It Right and I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs!

Edit: After spending ~$11,000 I would like to feel some satisfaction with a service. I guess I should be grateful that we don’t have water leaking in a bedroom anymore? Every other issue is worse or the same. The area where our gutters (which are now scratched) were reinstalled is showing significant new water damage. I have been calling for 3 days now to try to speak to somebody. Was promised a callback within the hour on day 1. 2 days later and I have left 2 other messages since then. Maybe this will get their attention? They also re-installed rotting wood over flashing. Never mentioned it needing replaced. It started falling off of our house. They nicely came and reattached the rotting wood. Nice of them to offer an actual solution. We would have paid ‍♀️ Now pieces of fascia are falling off too. Why were none of these opportunity areas communicated?! So very frustrating and not thorough at all. The leader that came and did our initial inspection was so thorough—it must die after him. He mentioned several things that needed to be improved, then those things never made it to the work order.

My interaction w/ the gentleman that did our initial inspection & the workers that worked on our roof was sufficient. We had a gutter fall off 2 days after & cause damage to a neighbor’s property, but thankfully she was nice about it. Roof it Right sent someone that night to come reattach it. However, I had the displeasure of interacting w/ Patty Irías. Our insurance had been contacted before we communicated w/ Roof it Right. When I initially spoke to Patty after we had our payout, we were interested in a few of the upgrades discussed during inspection that were most likely not covered by insurance. Patty was INSISTENT (to the brink of pompous) that their company would be contacting our insurance to make sure that every possible line item that could be covered by our insurance was paid out. Insisting that this was something that sets them above the rest & is superior customer service. She explained that some insurances have a premium option that allows for code upgrades, etc. I submitted a copy of our policy paperwork, which Ms. Irías now claims was never received— despite the fact that she had me submit additional forms. We didn’t hear back until the company called to schedule our install—we were ready to not have to worry about roof issues & went ahead. Price was discussed very late in the process. Fast forward to the day we pay our final bill. I contacted our insurance to see if any other items would be covered because we hadn’t heard anything. Lo & behold, they had, had 0 communication from Patty or Roof it Right. So our claim adjuster then sent a request for info to Roof it Right. Patty just called me today to ask why they are contacting them & what exactly it is that they want. I explained that my insurance had not been contacted as I had initially been told they would. She is now saying that I told her that they wouldn’t cover more so they didn’t bother. Which is in contrast to the fact that I sent her screenshots of our premium & the contact info for the insurance company & our adjuster (via email w/ response.) Also why would anyone ask to not potentially be saved money?! Ridiculous. I don’t expect more to be covered, admittedly, especially at this point in the process, but Patty was insistent that they would be ensuring that every penny that insurance could cover would be found. It’s just poor customer service to tout that your company goes above & beyond & then to not do it and act like any part of communicating w/ an insurance company is confusing. The invoice itself— nobody went over why our job went a few hundred over the estimate. Nobody walked us around to explain what installation/work plans were before or after. Just overall abominable communication. I have felt like an afterthought at almost every turn, things communicated after, rarely before. Patty seems to be too busy to work with clients in this capacity.

I used Roof It Right in 2020, rebuilding a chimney cap, replacing gutter guards, gutters, etc. It was obvious the crew really knew what they were doing. When a roof replacement was needed this year, I again used this company and am glad I did. They seem to take pride in their work and the quality has made me sleep better at night.

I would like to thank Patty at roof at right for all the hard work she did. She stayed in contact with my insurance company . She made sure everything was done . I would like to thank Brian the team leader. He made sure my roof was completed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their hard work. Thank you

They are great! They even helped with filing my insurance claim. They are honest, courteous, prompt, and competent. I highly recommend them.

They showed up and done exactly what was expected of them in a timely manner and I got a quality roof with a great warranty. Mike and Amber have been nothing but professional and fought vigorously with my insurance company, the insurance company initially denied my claim and once Roof it Right stepped in and fought on our behalf we were approved. The fight took months but Roof it Right never gave up! I highly suggest them to anyone.

They came to my house and told me “insurance companies hate us because we get you the most for your roof”. They supplemented everything that could possibly be wrong with the roof, giving us a 30k estimate on a roof that every other roofing company quoted us on as 14k. They are scammers. The insurance company denied the claim and now roof it right is trying to charge us for their terrible estimate and lack of professionalism. And an employee by the name of Patty is TERRIBLE. Please run far away from this company!

Thank you for taking the time to provide a response, though a dishonest one. Your response is inconsistent with what we were told upon inspecting the installation of our windows. When the owner of the company visited the house to inspect the windows, he agreed that there was air coming through the side of windows due to incorrect installation (the gaps are very noticeable). Importantly, we are not discussing whether the windows are higher-end or how expensive they are (even though it was your company's recommendation to install the ones we have). The issue we are experiencing stems from incorrect installation by your company. To state facts correctly, upon our complain your company sent a technician to try to fix the problem since you agreed there was a problem. However, that technician failed to correct the problem. A year later (and after many many phone calls), you sent a second technician who stated that while there was a problem, he did not have the training/qualifications to do it. It is our believe that our expectations are within what any household would have. It should be safe to expect that after installing new "energy efficient" windows, the electricity and gas bill would be lower or at least the same as what the bill historically was. To our surprise, our bill was significantly higher (and continues to be) since there is air coming through the side due to incorrect fitting of the windows. We can provide solid evidence to back that fact. We will refrain to focus on the main issue, which is the incorrect installation of our windows and this company's inability to perform and guarantee a quality job. Our hope is to bring awareness to potential clients and help inform their decisions.

Original Review: We installed our roof in 2020 and they offered to also install windows for us. Roof it right did a terrible job installing our windows. Very single one has air leak due to poor installation. They wouldn’t fix it and don’t even return our calls. The roof work was ok. They have had to come back to our house to fix things nails and shingles. Will definitely NOT recommend this company. I felt it was necessary to make people aware of this awful business. I will add this review everywhere so people know what they are getting into when they hire this company. DON’T DO IT!!!

I had squirrels damage my vent stack flashing leaving holes in my roof. With rain expected the next day I called multiple roofers but none could come out same day.
I tried Roof it Right and they came out immediately and stayed until dark to ensure my roof was repaired.
Quality repair work performed and also received excellent advice to paint all the flashing with black spray paint which should help prevent future squirrel damage

Roof It Right put on a new roof for me last fall and they did an excellent job, as usual (they had done other work for me in the past). Everyone that I worked with was professional and pleasant at all times. Amber in the office was exceptionally helpful; we felt like old friends at the completion of my project. I highly recommend this company.

We have a 12,000 S.F. commercial building and Roof It Right helped greatly in implementing a repair system that extended the life of our roof significantly. Will certainly use them again.

We had extensive damage to our roof due to a snowstorm! The damage was not known until we noticed brown stains on our ceilings and walls throughout the house, garage and basement! I filled a claim with my Insurance Company and hired Roof-it-Right as my Contractor to do the repairs to the roof! They came out promptly and covered the badly damaged area with tarp! Unfortunately due to prolonged inclement weather the repairs to the roof were delayed , and a portion of the the roof collapsed into the attic, down through the attic, into my living room! It was devastating! I could not get any assistance from my Insurance Company, I was lost! Fortunately, I was blessed with a five star Contracting Company; who promised me they would take me through everything I needed to know,! And they were as good as their word, if not better! I worked personally with Roof-it-Rights CEO of Customer Relations, (Michael Hanke ), who taught me every detail of the claims process from start to finish! My Insurance Company was no assistance whatsoever, after 13 years of doing business with them and a first-time claim! I am so grateful to have had Contractors like Roof-it-Right who are honest, knowledgeable, caring business professionals! The owner, Sergei came at stated time to my church and inspected our roof, gave us a very detailed report within a very few days.
It was the fasted, most detailed, and most competitively quote among two other top roofing companies in our area.
I was impressed with the company's professional business approach.

I supplied material to Roof-it-Right on one municipal and one retail project. They gave an accurate assessment of my roof. They didn't come in trying to replace my roof but only to repair the damage. The repairs were very reasonably priced within my budget. This is the only company I will use in future repairs or replacement.

We remodeled our kitchen in July 2021. James and his team were great! We replaced our countertops, back splash, installed a gas cook top and reconfigured the shape of our island. James was responsive, his team was professional, we have recommended him multiple times.
