Needed a new roof and gutters after storm damage caused loose shingles and water damage, after getting a quote from 3 different companies I chose AIC Roofing And Construction due to the extreme professionalism and thoroughness of Lucas who came out to give the estimate. He explained in detail everything about the materials and process and I felt secured in my decision. The team came out within a couple weeks and did an amazing job on the roof for my house and shed, then a few days later the gutters were replaced. The on-site supervisor Abraham, came early and placed protection boards over all the windows and the AC unit before install began. He explained when they needed to replace any damaged wood and pointed out the areas fixed. The workers were efficient and they cleaned the area nicely once completed. Overall I am very happy with the work I received from AIC Roofing And Construction and will definitely use them again in the future!

I recently had these guys replace my existing roof with a brand new one, and I have never seen people working so FAST! They were fast, but very efficient. In only 3-4 hours, they were completely done and all but 1 of their trucks had left! By the way, the 1 truck was still there because either the owner, or the person in charge of the project, was walking all around the property with some sort of magnet to get up anything that might have remained but went unseen! I have never had any other company out here to do any kind of work that had that same kind of commitment(and courtesy, in my opinion), and I will definitely have them come back and do any of the other things that they do that I might need done! 5+ STARS

Excellent company! Easy to work with, very reliable with high standards of excellence. They took impressive protective measures such as blocking all windows with plywood, placed a wooden box over the AC unit, covered all plants and hedges surrounding the house then placed additional tarps along the perimeter of the house. They were very thorough with the clean up and nail recovery from shaking bushes and downspouts to loosen stuck nails. The team completed the job in one day. The project supervisor also remained on property the entire day. They also seemed to easily handle additional repairs discovered once the tiles were removed. The final inspection a few days later showed that the gutter covers needed adjustments and the owner of the gutter company came to fix the issue himself. Remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I have been in the customer service industry and am attuned to excellence and this company nailed it!

The workers were very responsive, cared and kept us updated on everything. The communication was outstanding and when they said they would be at our house, they were at our house. I was blown away by the service provided by AIC. Everyone that I had interactions with was so customer friendly, professional, and I'm so proud of the work they did. I could write a book about the 5 people I worked with directly, but big kudos to the onsite foreman who reviewed every shingle laid down and even had any shingle with any minor issue pulled and a new one installed. I do not write many review, but I had to for AIC. I HIGHLY recommend them for your home repair projects.

Based on references from friends, I contacted AIC to inspect our roof that had been replaced by an another local company. AIC was immediately responsive, and very professional. Night and day difference, compared to company X. They provided a very professional, unbiased inspection, with recommendations for repairs. They triaged the list as what was non-negotiable for roof functionality, what was cosmetic. I was able to provide this to company X to make the correct repairs, which they were incapable of detecting themselves. The representative from AIC came back on his own time a few weeks later to re-inspect the roof (it wasn’t even their project). Customer service like this in the construction industry is almost non-existent anymore, but AIC did restore my faith that good contractors still do exist. Thank you.

AIC Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. They are very professional and care about their customers. They covered all my bushes and flowers and put up boards to protect the windows. After they were done they cleaned everything up and you would never know they were here. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend AIC Roofing.

Professional, honest and punctual! After meeting the salesman, at our home, we were updated daily on the progress of matching our roof color and, within one week the repair was made without incident! We will definitely recommend this company (AIC), and will use them for our roof issues in the future!

We had damage to some roof shingles caused by some tree branches that were rubbing against the shingles. AIC did a marvelous job with this repair. They even did another small repair while they were up there on the roof that we had not discussed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work. AIC is an exceptional company. We just had our roof fully replaced at the office. It is a 18 unit office complex and they did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure that all tenants were safe when entering and exiting the building during the replacement. Big shout out Marty and Abraham for being on top of everything during the upgrade. Would recommend them for any commercial and residential roofing needs!

AIC Roofing replaced our roof three years ago, and we were pleased with their work. A few months ago, we had a roof leak, not due to the workmanship (which is exceptional); and after their inspection, it was determined that a new skylight must be installed ( replacing a 3 yr old unit). We had the pleasure to work with David M. and Santos, exceptional people, super nice and very patient. They explained the process and the scope of their work in details. Also, they did some extra work to make sure we have a great roof for many more years. I would not hesitate to contact them again. They stand behind their warranty and their crew is top notch.

It was a small job , and they did not hesitate to undertake it. I was kept informed on my job, as t o when materials arrived etc. They had blocked my driveway, but were so pleasant when asked them to move it so I could get my wife’s car out of the garage. I am thrilled with the beautiful new roof AIC put on my home! Getting a new roof is scary—it’s not cheap and if you pick the wrong company, it could be bad for what is probably your most valuable asset—-your home! From the very beginning I felt comfortable with this team. They texted me to remind me of our appointment, showed up when promised for the quote, explained things thoroughly, answered all my questions. There was no pressure. Once I decided on them, they kept me informed every step of the way—when supplies were ordered, when I was scheduled, when supplies would be delivered to my home. The day of the job, they covered my windows, protected my landscaping and went to work! They took pictures EVERY step of the way—-showing all they did, the few boards needing replaced, the area after the boards were replaced. They worked hard ALL day, cleaned my yard after, and my roof looks beautiful! But they still weren’t done. They let the roof sit a few days then sent another supervisor out to climb up on the roof and inspect there were no loose shingles, missing or popped nails, etc. I’m so pleased with the job they did! I strongly recommend them!

The carpet installation was excellent. The quality of the carpet is very nice. I was pleased with my options and how clean and efficient the installers were while in our home. I am now having them to another level of the house because of how pleased I am with the first install.

The 1st Team Member I met was Drew. Drew was very polite, very friendly, and thoroughly explained AIC's "step by step" approach. I chose to confidently sign and move forward with AIC. The 2nd "Team" member who contacted me was their Production Manager Joey, again very polite and knowledgeable. He reassured me that he would provide support and information concerning when the materials would arrive and when the roofing crew would be on site. This was very comforting to have someone who was constantly in control of your project and constantly keeping you up to date. When the project begins, the 3rd "Team" Member contacts you to go over what is going to be done and if you have any special requests. I had Taylor as my Job-site Supervisor. He was on the job-site every minute that the crew was working on the roof, giving directions, taking pictures all day long and posting them on AIC's link to document their quality of work. A week after the completion of the roof, the 4th Team member called me, Dave. Dave is highly trained and skilled in the roofing industry, and he set up a time where he and I could go over the roof and inspect it together, making sure that it was installed with the craftsmanship that lives up to the reputation and expectations of AIC. Once Dave gave the roof his stamp of approval, the warranty certificates were signed and given to me. AIC is like a professional basketball team with Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Players involved with the process. I was very impressed with the “Team” approach of AIC that led to a beautiful roof replacement for my Commercial Building and would highly recommend them to anyone.

AIC repaired some siding damaged in a windstorm on my house and did a terrific job. I was very pleased with all aspects of the work, and the supervisor and crew were personable, polite and responsive. I would hire AIC again.

AIC replaced our roof after hail damage. They did a great job getting it all done in one day. They did a very good job on cleanup after the job. I have only found one nail and that was hidden in the grass.
They were great to work with and I would be glad to work with them again.

I suffered Wind damage from one of the storms. Several pieces of siding were blown off the house. Some were torn and had to be replaced. Since my siding was old, I opted to have the whole side replaced along with various others pieces around the exterior of the house. I receive a quote that was modified a couple of times. Once agreed upon, AIC came out and installed the new side and repaired the other sections. Their crew was polite and friendly. They were perfessionals in their work and cleaned the yard up nicely. I would recommend AIC to do your exterior work for you. I am a customer and will utilize them again.

We used AIC to replace our siding last month, and the experience from beginning to end was easy and of the upmost quality.
