Wanted to leave a review even though we used a different company. Best Choice representative (Kade) was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Their cost estimates were inline with the rest of the proposals we received. Kade was quick to hop on the ladder of our 2-story and securely place a couple tarps where the wind blown damage occurred, took pictures and walked me through the damage and provided an honest opinion on the roof’s condition. Keep this company on your radar if you’re getting estimates.

Very fair quote and excellent customer service from Josh and Cade. Free inspection was quick and comprehensive and they always answered calls and communicated well. Highly recommend

We had a storm wind with high winds and I found a shingle in my yard. I called, and Josh and Dylan came out the same day. They looked at the roof, said it was a small repair and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely be using this company for all of my roofing needs in the future.

Josh and his crew at Best Choice are nothing short of amazing. Every step along the way, Josh has kept me informed on the roof replacement at my house. Was impressed with Kade Hammond, who knowledgeably inspected for damage on the siding and roof from the March 14th storm here in St. Louis.

Best Choice Roofing lives up to their name. When faced with water leaking into your house you want to get it fixed quickly. Kade and Tyler were able to come out and tarp the day of the leak, and then winter set in. The tarp held well through the snow and ice. The new roof was put on just days before high winds and tornadoes. The office even texted to check on us the day after the storm. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a roof in the STL area!

My roofing saga began with an active roof leak. Josh with Best Choice Roofing responded very quickly and had my leak repaired.
Then another couple of leaks popped up a day or so later. I reached out to Josh and he had a team on it very quickly. I just had my roof replaced by Best Choice and cannot recommend them highly enough. Josh explained the entire process and helped with the insurance process. Josh and Tyler managed my anxieties and answered my questions in a timely manner. Jene, the office admin, made sure I understood the process, as well. The crew that put the roof on had an outstanding work ethic. They were here very early in the morning so that they could start work as soon as it was light enough outside. I never once looked out and found any of them on their phone or goofing off. They cleaned up well after the job. Communication and customer service was outstanding through the whole process. It is very hard to find competent, reliable companies in today's world, but I found it in Best Choice Roofing.

This was by far the best company I have ever worked with from start to finish.

Had my roof replaced last week-company was fantastic from start to finish. Tyler was a great guy to work with-due to his efforts I was able to get a lot of the expenses covered by my insurance which I had given up on. Tyler greatly assisted with the claim and his experience and knowledge was the key-again cant say enough good things about him. Roof was completed in one day and the work was excellent. Would absolutely advise anybody who needs a new roof to give them a call-GREAT company-Bill/Ofallon

I would 100% recommend! Everyone was amazing. Scott, Ronnell and Josh communicated everything step to us so that we understood the entire process. The roof was done beautifully. We even had a critter find its way into the attic after the roof was done. It made its way out on its own, but Josh was willing to come and help us scare it out. Everyone went above and beyond, and we are so appreciative. We even have them scheduled to do the roof on our rental!

I discovered Scott and his company on Nextdoor after the hailstorm in May. Scott replied to my initial email within minutes and came by the very next day to inspect our roof. He guided me through every step of the insurance claim process, staying in constant communication and even following up with my insurance company when things were delayed. Scott also took the time to sit down with me and explain the insurance paperwork, which was incredibly helpful since this was my first time filing a claim for our home. He made everything so simple for us to understand, made us feel comfortable reaching out to him for anything, and I feel he truly cared about us as people other than just another customer. On roof install day, the crew was super nice and got the job done in one day (our house is on the smaller side). I cannot recommend Scott and Best Choice Roofing highly enough and I would choose them every time over any other company in the future. I'm so thankful I found him on Nextdoor, and our roof looks fantastic!

Best Choice Roofing knows their stuff. Started with AJ Rosenberry, who knocked on my door a couple days after a hail storm. Then to Scott Baird who pulled all the info together, worked with my insurance company, help me select roofing, explained everything really well. Jene in the office very responsive and pleasant to talk to. Then there was Josh Palozzola, the crew chief. Great guy. He listens, hears what you have concerns about. Very attentive to detail. He did a great job. The crew, Respected my property around the the house. They put down tarps all around house to catch old roof as they shoveled it off. They cleaned up beautifully. Job well done! I am very pleased with the roof choice!
