I was looking for A/C drain line cleaner, no luck but he made some calls and his manager suggested the Husky a/c line cleaner....save the day ,I got what I came for...guy from hardware didn't give up..now that's customer service. Got home used it... unclog drain line. Thank you

What can I say, I love Home Depot. They just need people that are true pros in the key departments, Electrical, Plumbing and Hardware, unfortunately just kids hired that are CLUELESS about product knowledge. Boo

We are so happy to have this Home Depot close
to our home. This visit we went to purchase a new light fixture for our powder room project. Though the selections were not great, we found a fixture that we liked and it looks fantastic in our newly painted powder room.

Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in store and the store itself was well organized and stocked. Had an issue where I ordered some shelves for delivery because I don't have a truck and the delivery drivers (from third-party Temco Logistics) just left the two pallets at my house; said "we're paid to deliver it, not take the pallets" and left.

Called in about the issue and the acting manager, Rueben, took down the details and called me back about 45 minutes later saying that an associate was on his way to pick them up. Problem solved with two easy phone calls. That's customer service! Thanks Rueben and Mark!

After 3 trips here (different spans) customer service is HORRIBLE. 1st trip I went in looking for light bulbs and fixtures. Not greeted once but also couldn’t find an employee around. Finally I approach a group of 3 employees just chatting amongst each other. 2nd trip was similar, I was in garden section whole time struggling to find product with no employees in the area. Again, had to walk around main entrance to find one. 3rd time I get a call saying my quote was ready to pay, I go into store and employee is confused and says go to flooring someone is back there. I go to flooring and find no one. I head back to employee at customer service and let her know no one was back there. She says there should be and I say well there is t. She then makes a call and tells me to go back. I go back and still no one there, I start walking around the store shouting out for help. Employeee started helping me but couldn’t bc she wasn’t a specialist ‍♂️ So she than calls around for a specialist. Man I honestly hate coming to this store but have no choice. I hope new Lowe’s provides better customer service

Customer service/ the walkers that work there
They don’t now want to help in any way when you ask for help they walk off and they will walk past customers with their head down I have to use the app to find any thing I’m looking for this is not looking so good for a new store Maricopa I honestly would drive to chandler to actually get customer service which is sad maybe the manager needs to be looked at on how the staff treats the customers

Top notch customer service. Jarrin immediately asked me if I needed help as soon as I arrived. Helped me get the grill I wanted, fully assembled at no extra cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Bonus points for complimenting my truck. Assisted me in loading it. Best Home depot experience I've had, and I've had many. I've been managing Quality Assurance and customers service reps for almost 20 years. Mentor this gentleman and coach him up to a leadership. I know talent when I see it.

From the time I walked in I felt strange at different home depots I've actually get great customer service when I walk in I get a greeting and I don't have to look for someone that works there. they always ask me If I need help finding something.
I found one man that worked there that was helping 4 people and those four people weren't impressed either. while there was 3 or 4 people standing around just talking to each other. I tried speaking to them first to see which aisle I needed to go in because it was my first time in this store they didn't hear a word I said and just kept talking

I'm currently visiting for NC and doing some repairs to a house that I'm selling, and by the help that I receive from Mark I was able to complete the Job. We received the best service today in the rental department all thanks to Michael! The process went super smooth, and even though there was a little bit of a wait he was very polite and thanked us for our patience both when picking up and dropping off. He really had a great attitude, and even gave us some ideas on how we could best fit what we needed to in the van that we rented, which was very nice and super helpful! All in all we were very happy with our visit today!

I was able to go in and grab what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Checkout was easy and there were plenty of employees around to ask for help of I needed it. I was greeted on my way in and thanked on my way out. Great service!!

Customer Service was bad, my group were helping the associates do their jobs in helping us. Stock was very limited for a home store. When we finally got an item to checkout, nobody, including the manager, knew about modern programs like paying over time, and their system messed up the checkout process a few times. They really didn't want our money, but I needed the item today.

Went in to start a kitchen upgrade. The two ladies talking seemed to busy for paying customers. Gave up said we could either go to chandler location or Lowes. Did purchase some cleaning items, issue at self check out (they have no real checkouts anymore) and needed help. Again, had to asked the 2 employees to break away from talking to help me out. This place needs to understand customers are not an inconvenience but the reason for a paycheck!

We were so excited for this store to open, but we're totally let down tonight. We walked in wanting a quote on carpet. We looked at the options for about 15 minutes with no associate in sight. Then we tried looking for someone. The guy in the cabinet section asked us to be patient while the person in flooring was helping someone, but there was no one there, no customer, no associate. 5 minutes later another employee walked by who I asked to help us. We were told the person was either gone for the day or on break. It was 6:30pm. We had been there 25 minutes. We gave up.

Then we tried to buy a set of drill bits with an E-Mastercard my husband received as a gift from his employer and the person at the self checkouts said they couldn't manually put in a card number. What do you do when someone's strip is bad and can't be swiped?

We left with no carpet quote and no drill bits and wasted a 40 minute round trip drive and 40 minutes in the store. I can't tell you how disappointing this is. Not sure what good it is to have a Home Depot if you can't get assistance. What a waste!

Home Depot has always been my store of choice, but the Maricopa store needs some work. This is the 2nd time I have to drive to Chandler to get an item. Today I was looking for basic triple 10 fertilizer. It says it's here but it's not. No one in the garden center so I left. Also please clean the bathrooms.

beautiful springish day with lots of little kids and pets out. slightly concerned, especially as I meander through the garden center looking at all the pretty flowers that my grandkid would love to touch with her toddler hands and realize I'm looking at some that are highly toxic, including some from the deadly nightshade family and NOT a single sign of caution.

Please provide some form of cautionary information and recognize that many people purchase plants for how they look without being aware of their potential toxicity to people or pets.

This rating more so applies to the response of management from an incident in the parking lot. It is my contention that one of their employees' side-swiped my car. I filed a claim against his insurance company, but they could not request the video saying it was because he was an employee. The police did come out and filled out an incident report, but they also could not request the video being that it was private property. Mind you I did not witness anything, but it was obvious since I had been in the store a short time and there was another vehicle parked there when I went in. The paint transfer also matched the color of his car, and the height of the damage matched as well. My insurance could not get the video ether and the only way for me to confirm is that, if it exists but unfortunately management refused. You would think Home Depot would want to know if one of their employees damaged a customer's vehicle. Anyway, I will not be shopping at this location.

I went in for the first time and needed some drywall for my laundry room project and I was pleased to get assisted by LT. he came to me and helped me lift 4 12ft pieces of drywall onto my cart. I was worried by looking at the length that I wouldn’t be able to get them home in my small Tacoma so he delivered the drywall in one of the Home Depot box trucks as a courtesy! That was beyond the easiest interaction and without thinking twice he resolved my worries. I had two interactions with LT now and I’m happy he works there ! Definitely hope he is there every time I go in cause he is very knowledgeable as well ! Thanks LT!

So far, so good. It has been pleasant to be able to find the odds and ends I need, cheaper than I ever could (if they had it ) at Ace. Location and parking leaves a lot to be desired, but it is the Maricopa way.

Doesn't have inventory in the store that I need. You have to order online.
Great to have David at the Pro desk. He and the staff at Home Depot Maricopa are very helpful.
Lumber is not a high rate lumber. You have to really dig at times to find straight lumber. Lucky for myself I can use the second or third lumber at times. Seems to be more on the available supply end than the store end.

Too many people work there that don’t do anything. I counted eleven Home Depot employees with some sitting down by checkout. What do you even do for Home Depot? It’s horrible when you need help and nobody will offer any. Asking just sent me on a scavenger hunt with a worker that had no knowledge.
