Had my roofing done a couple of days ago by this company and let me tell you the people who work here are amazing and so professional, had a great experience with them all. I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for any roofing issues they do it all!!!

My roof had some serious issues. After consulting with three roofing companies, we decided to go with Venzor Roofing. Manny was very thorough explaining what needed to be repaired, and he had photos to help us understand. When the job was complete, he also took photos to show us. I highly recommend Venzor. They were great to work with.

I live in Province and needed some minor roof issues on a 7 year home. Manuel the owner gave me an on site quote and the work was performed the next week. I was provided with pictures before and after as some of the work is not visible from the ground. I would contact him again if needed.

As a woman navigating home repairs, especially roofing, I was hesitant and unsure of what to expect. It can be intimidating not knowing who to trust. But working with this company was a breath of fresh air. He communicated clearly every step of the way, personally oversaw the work, and followed up without me having to chase him down. I especially appreciated the before and after pictures, which were so helpful with my husband being at work and not able to be there in person. From the 1st communication til I watched their tail leave, the work was top notch, the communication was constant and Manny was always checking to make sure we were happy, going above and beyond. They even offered to.paint a facia board that our painters had missed. Our home was left cleaner than before and our roof looks like a million bucks.

I have written this review 7 times realizing each time that I wrote an amazing review that NONE of you would have read because it was too LONG!! So here is the short version. Manny and his crew were recommended to me by my daughter. We were just beyond pleased with the job that they completed for us. They replaced our nearly 20 year old roof with an amazing new roof that is not only STUNNING, but also a major technical upgrade that includes a new ventilation scheme. This change will produce an 80 - 90 percent increase in the amount of air exchanged in my attic thus rendering my home a MASSIVE efficiency upgrade. It is just amazing, but even more amazing is the attention to detail regarding EVERYTHING on our roof. How it was sealed, installation procedures etc. The proof is in the results and ours were spectacular!!! Hire Venzor and you will come to know what we do already! They are a team that produces exceptional results. PS these photos barely capture the stunning changes our house went through.

Thanks Venzor Roofing. We needed several roof repairs, cracked, loose unsecured tiles, broken mortar balls etc. We also needed a new fascia board around our patio overhead that went bad over the years due to weather. Manny and his team were great. They did a great job. They were clean, very professional with great communication throughout the entire process.

Manny and his crew did an awesome job! They were able to fix slipped and cracked tiles, reseal our vents, clean, re-secure pigeon abatement AND replace missing underlayment and tiles. Communication was great, the crew was awesome, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Venzor roofing provided top quality service for an issue we had with our roof. A few tiles fell off the roof during a previous monsoon season. Venzor roofing responded in a timely manner, provided an assessment of our entire roof, replaced some cracked tiles I had not seen, and repaired a few mortar ball joints. My name is Jim Stoker, my wife Sue and I had a ceramic tile come off our roof, from a server sandstorm. Plus we needed our flat roof of our patio checked for age related issues. We called Venzor Roofing, because our neighbor had seen an advertisement for their company in last month Maricopa magazine. Anyway we called their number and left a message. Within, maybe 30 minutes, Manny called us back. We were so surprised and definitely impressed with the quick response we got. Manny said he could come look at our roof in the next week. However, I had an out of state medical appointment that I couldn’t miss. We told Manny of our time restrains, and he was so kind to work us in. He arrived and used a drone to take pictures of every side and every angle of our roof. We talked about different options for restoring our roof back to its original and functional state. The very next morning we received not only the bid for repairing our roof, but also all the pictures, showing close up views of all the details of our roof. It was so very amazing. We immediately signed the bid, which was very reasonably priced, and Manny helped expedite us a schedule that would accommodate our time restrains. Everyone of Manny’s crew that interacted with us, was very friendly and respectful. They cleaned up after each stage of the roof repair, and always asked us if we had any questions. At the same time, Manny kept us updated on his crew’s arrival time, and what they would be doing.

Most people would agree that, lately, customer service is poor amongst businesses and it seems that it is wide-spread. I promise you that if you need roofing service performed and you choose Venzor Roofing, you will be amazed at how well Manny listens to you, then goes the extra mile to take care of your problems. I was worried that I would be charged for things not actually performed from the estimate and not actually knowing what was done. Manny used a drone to take pictures from every angle and of every little problem and corrected each and took pictures again after the work was completed. He himself was not 100% satisfied the first day after his workers were finished and had them back to fix things I didn't even notice and with no increase in the bill. In fact, he took money off, because the estimate included something that didn't need to be performed and I would have not even known about it. He is honest, respectful and his company will be the only one I use or will recommend to my neighbors for as long as I live in the area.

Free estimate. An upfront contract with everything spelled out. Before pictures illustrating the scope of the job or repair and after pictures showing the work done, in all its stages. This time, a drone was used to give a bird’s eye view of my roof. Venzor Roofing is my go-to choice for my home.

These guys are incredible. I had them out to fix broken tiles which had accumulated over 15 years and they got it done well, verified via drone. A couple weeks later a pest control company came out to install some pigeon deterrent on my roof and accidentally broke a couple tiles. Venzor noticed this on a random follow up inspection and offered to fix the additional tiles for fee!

Came out in a very timely fashion, was right on time with a timeframe he gave me, recommended him highly

Manny arrived on time, made sure everything was discussed between the two of us before he started his work. He explained how the process worked, what would be done and completion time. (He was done within less time than expected) He showed me thorough pictures of the areas before, during the process and after, and best of all, you would never know he was here! Everything was in pristine condition when he left, every little speck was cleaned up.
