Needed a few tiles replaced and wanted someone to replace the end tiles nails (which were way too short by the builder).

Scott started the job. AJ finished it. Both went above and beyond. They were on-time and extremely professional.

The end tiles are now properly attached the house using much longer wood screws.. The replacement tiles look great. AJ who finished the job really took his time on getting the one broken end tile I had to fit perfectly! Thanks for going above and beyond!

My wife and I recently had them come out and assemble a big gazebo we bought from Home Depot. I cannot say enough about how professional, and absolutely awesome these guys were. They took a lot of care in what they were doing and did everything the right way. They are an example of what old values and integrity used to be in this world. Please give them all your business, you cannot, you will not find better quality workmanship and caring.

They were on time and knew their stuff. Had some roof tiles that were shifted. They did a roof inspection and replaced broken tiles. Auper cool guys and very informative. Prices were very fair and work was solid.

Fantastic job installing the base for my 20 foot flag pole. Scott went that extra mile. Will diffently use Rent A Vet for future projects.

I have used RAV Services twice now. First, I needed tiles replaced that had fallen off my roof. Second, I needed additional loose tiles screwed down, as whomever initially installed the roof used nails. Scott performed the services both times. He was punctual and did a great job. I will use RAV Services for any handyman project in the future!

I was very happy with the same-day service that was provided. The job was done well. The professionals were polite and conscientious, and everything was cleaned up and perfect when they were done. I'll definitely be calling again the next time I need something done!

I can't even put into words how amazing Scott has been to us. We used him the first time in 2016, when we moved to AZ. He installed our security cameras and we have used him for all other things we needed repaired. He is very reliable and straight forward. There is no over charging or suggesting more work than necessary. He wants to make customers happy, and if your on a budget, he still makes sure he gets it done, no matter what.

We also had issues with pigeons and wanted to get a quote, because a pest control company came out and quoted $1800. I thought that was ludacris, so I figured I would call Scott. Turns out, he already does pigion proofing. Scott came out again, and instead of charging us to do somthing that we could get paid for by our solar company, he informed us many companies cover that expense in the maintenance contract. We would have never known any different, but he is not the type of man that will take advantage of anyone. He saved us a ton of money!

I have found there isn't much Rent A Vet can't do. The work they have done for us has been phenomenal. I have never once been disappointed. Whether it be, electrical, plumbing, cameras, drywall or painting. They have done a better job than we could have ever imagined.

I would definitly recommend this company and Scott to all of my family and friends. Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Great walk thru experience. Absolutely worth the fee just based on the feedback during the walk thru. Highly suggest if you have a lot of things to talk/ask about. For $32.50 (and that fee goes towards your repair!) it’s a steal and it gives you warm fuzzies to put vets to work!

Estimator, Scott, contacted me before the appointment time, met me at the site in a timely manner, was friendly, described the work and talked about the job. He knew what he was doing so it only took a few minutes to do the estimate. Thank you for your time today.

They have done work for me in the past when I was selling my house. The prices they charged me for very simple things that needed to be done, even left my realtor in disbelief!! Then I thought I'd give them another chance & I asked for a quote to put 2 armoires together. They quoted me one day almost $300, then the next day I get a quote (through text) of OVER $300!! Then that person that sent the text quoting a higher price sends me another text saying "oh, sorry, I see they already sent you a quote!"
You guys are WAY over priced. I feel you completely take advantage of people (women) who aren't able to do the work themselves.

The job was finished easily. The technician explained things to me like I'm a functioning adult and listened to my concerns before he started the job. I will definitely use your service again! Thank you

I received a very polite email from the owner telling me that she credited out the portion for the bike hook.

Not a great experience

The technician they sent was very nice and professional and this review is not about him but the company.

I had requested to get two tasks done: installing a new patio screen door and installing a bike hook on my patio ceiling. I received a quote for both and approved it.
The technician spent 90 minutes on trying to put the door in and then realized that it didn't fit. I take responsibility for that and was willing to pay for it, which was about 50% of the quote.
The technician also explained that he couldn't put the bike hook at the spot where I wanted it because there was no wooden stud to support it. I decided not to have the hook installed.
I got an invoice for all work completed. I called and asked that the bike hook fee would be taken off the invoice since I cancelled the task. The answer was: we bill you for finding out where the wood stud is located. I said that took only 5 minutes.
To make it short: I received an updated invoice with the same total only to see that the price for the (not performed!) patio door install was increased by 50% and the bike hook job that I cancelled was decreased by 50%.

I had been excited to hire this company because they employ veterans. I can only hope they treat their employees better than their customers.

Did a great job putting a table together to hang on the wall with no instructions! Very nice and helpful. I’ll call them again.

They came to the house within 2 hours of calling them to install a dog door. We ran into a ton of issues an hour long job turned into 5 hours and the guy just was amazing he worked the problems and got everything installed perfectly and never gave up. I will be using them again I was so impressed by this company. Also even though the job took way longer than normal at no fault to the person they didn’t change the price I paid the same price they told me even though the job was ALOT harder than we thought it would be. This is just hands down the best service ever no one else can compare to how awesome this company is.

Rent A Vet came out and got the job done. We had never had the dryer lint cleaned out of the vents in the 11 years we have been here. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best of yet, they were very courteous and the amount charged was a fraction of the cost of most companies out there. Having them give us a quote on some other work and will be using again! I am in the real estate business. So you can bet, I will be referring you guys out!!

Final running of wires needs to be finished. TV working but cords were not long enough so have ordered them and Tech will return when I receive them to install. Thanks Guys!
