S&H Remodel and Maintenance

Over the past few years, I have used S&H to replace an instant water heater, a sprinkler backflow preventer and washer/dryer hose bibs. They have also repaired a number of persistent leaks for me! I appreciate their expertise, workmanship, customer-focus and reasonable pricing. Quite satisfied, I now rely on them for all my plumbing needs.

I’ve had Logan work on a few projects that we’ve worked on and he has been amazing! They’re always on time they’re fairly priced and they always do a really good job on the work that I’ve sent them.

We rented a house, and the pool was terribly maintained. They brought our pool back to life. Out of everyone we searched, they are the best priced for what they have to offer and the fastest. Customer service is top notch with speedy response time.

Excellent work. Project done in a timely manner, excellent workmanship, under budget, we are very happy. Everything we requested plus. Kept us updated throughout the project. Transfered our den into a very functional bedroom. Moved doorways, wood floors, a beautiful closet, and a lot of usable ports and plugs. Can't say thank you enough.

I’ve been using S&H for almost a year for my pool service and since then they have done a few jobs for me. Yesterday when I got up for work I noticed my water heater had gone out, S&H came right out diagnosed the issue and gave me my options, I decided to have them replace it. I was able to then go to work and return to a hot shower and a new water heater! These guys are awesome and trustworthy, every time I’ve used them I’ve never had to worry about a thing.

the way these guys work is hard to find changed my water heater no issues and grate communication something hard to find im looking for things i need fixed just to get these guys back happy to have honest Maintenace guys for any trouble

These guys really know their stuff. From the moment they looked at my water heater (which someone else installed), they knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it fast. They took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew what to expect, and they were honest about any potential bigger issues down the road. Super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

Logan's the man! Came out and fixed an issue I've been having with low pressure on my filtered water line. He even took a look at my water heaters condition and gave me a free estimate on re-flooring my home! Big thanks to Collin too for getting my issue resolved PDQ.

S&H always kept my above ground pool nice and clean. Hunter would come out twice a week to service my pool, and was always very flexible to switch days around for me whenever his scheduled days wouldn’t work with mine. Can’t wait to use them again next summer!

I called S&H up for a quote on replacing my hot water heater. I told them exactly what specifications I was looking for and when I needed it done. I originally spoke to Collin who answered most of my questions but referred me to Logan who is the primary plumber for S&H. Logan answered every question I had no matter how dumb it was. Believe it or not, I have no plumbing experience outside of hooking up a garden hose to a spigot. S&H's price came in at $100 less than other big name plumbing companies and I wanted to support these guys so I went with them. They came out two days later (their soonest availability) and completed the job on time and within the time frame that was originally given. Everything about the install of the new unit looked great and we once again have hot water. I am very happy with not only the job they completed but also the entire process surrounding it and how great Logan and Collin's customer service was. I will definitely be using these guys again next time they are need and Maricopa should consider itself lucky to have a business like this within it.

Amazing service! They fixed our door and replaced the shower heads in no time at all. I would highly recommend them for any repair services!

I broke my mother in laws sink (fyi don’t fall off the counter into the sink) and called S&H and they came out within an hour to fix it for us and when we had issues later with it they came right back out again to help us! They were very professional and helpful. I am so grateful for the help and how fast they did it!

They had a crew come in and completely redo my old aluminum wiring in my house they redid all the wire did the dry wall texture and paint and can't even tell they were here. As well had them lay some tile flooring in a few rooms and it turned out beautiful! 100% recommend for all residential needs!
