We shop here quite often for materials and/or products to help us with our everyday jobs. I always look forward to chatting with the old timers they have working here. Such a wealth of knowledge and experience!

Many times, I’ll go in expecting I’ll be in there for about 15 minutes, and it turns into 45 minutes because I can’t stop talking to everybody. Highly enjoy my time here.

This people keep hanging up on me before they even answer the phone ! They put me on hold for over 30 mns and when they pick the phone up againthey just hung the call!! Disgusting
My order still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks and still no answer even after I talked ti managers

Never again. Every appliance order has been a disaster. This was the last time. Waited all afternoon and past the delivery window. I tried to call the store for an update. The employee knew nothing and could not find my order. At 6:50 pm, the delivery company called me, said they were running late and could not drive after 7:00 pm. They needed to reschedule the delivery. They offered to drop off the refrigerator without set up and could not take my haul away. I don’t have room for two refrigerators, and cannot wait a week for it be set up. I requested a refund and I will get my refrigerator from somewhere else. Have had numerous bad experiences with Casper Home Depot but this was by far one of the worst.

Me and my older mom went there to get cement I asked for help to lift it in the cart three people blow us off and told me they where to busy doing other things and the cashier paged for help and no one showed up and the people who said they where busy after she lifted it her self was up front standing around doing nothing what happened to customer service and customer coming first know a days

If I were to provide a rating for this establishment, it would be a resounding zero. Regrettably, the inventory appears to be lacking, and the employees seem to be ill-equipped to assist customers or possess any knowledge of their products. Customers are left to painstakingly articulate their needs, as the staff members simply gaze back with vacant expressions. Furthermore, the merchandise is subpar, with bags being torn, ripped, half-empty, or damaged. Whether it be quick Crete, mortar, plaster, or Paris, this establishment is nothing short of a farce, as are its employees.

I love going to this store and pretty much all Home Depots. Every employee has a smile for me with lots of knowledge. If they don't know they find someone that does. All with a smile.

This place saved Christmas! The tree we got was affordable and absolutely the best ever. Thank you, Home Depot! And yes, these pictures are all the same tree! It changes colors! See what I mean. Oh yeah! The tree is just wearing a mini skirt.

The office staff & customer service are the worst to represent HOME Depot! Was caught off guard & given the runaround when asked for a rep l had spoken with just a few before. She was at lunch, hadn’t been there in 3-4 days, or on another line! When the operator was asked about a manager, said she knew 1st name but not last name! Spoke rudely over me as l asked for management info!

The ‘on duty’ manager, Dave, was cordial and quickly helped me with what l needed regarding my dishwasher purchased through Home Depot! I explained to him l was in the customer service field as a manager for over 20 years and if this rude & unprofessional office staff worked for me, they would be told not to return the next day!
Customers deserve better treatment by those representing the Home Depot reputation!

Should these employees still be at the Casper Home Depot, l pray no other customer encounters this unprofessional
staff. Fortunately, if true, conversations were recorded for training purposes! Home Depot upper management can hear it for themselves! Good Luck!

Marcus McCloud from flooring department was outstanding. Thank you for your time, attention to detail, and eagerness to help. Went above and beyond and it was a pleasure working with him. We won’t buy flooring without asking for him. Great Job!!

Repeatedly the customer service is horrible. The employees actively try to avoid the customers. I tried to get help for over 30 minutes with no success today. One employee actually said they would get to me eventually. This is not a one time incident. I will spend my money elsewhere. This has gotten worse as time goes on. The community would be better off if they just left town. Nothing but greedy corporate mentality

I have always had a much better experience at Home Depot than other home improvement stores. Returns are easy and reasonable, staff is helpful and kind, and the store is well organized with an app that allows a person to lookup the exact place their item will be located. Thank you for a great experience!

Ordered $6700.00 in siding only to have to cancel that order because they couldn't add on to it. So I reordered paid 8000.00 only to be told they couldn't refund my $6700.00. They said that it was a card issue and that corporate would call me back in 2 days. Never got the call. So now I can't finish my project because it takes 4 weeks to get a refund sent by check. It's a corporate scam to keep customers money so they can make interest off the probably millions in refunds they tell their customers they can't refund and have to wait for a corporate check. I will never recommend or shop at a home depot again. I only gave 1 start because I have no option .

I want to give a huge shoutout to Brian in the Gardening section at Home Depot. He was extremely helpful and patient with me when I showed up just 8 minutes before closing, needing to find something to plug an oil fill port on a Predator 301cc engine for my MiniBike build. Brian deserves a raise, and Home Depot needs more employees like him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the store and quickly thought of solutions that might work for me. He even helped me locate everything I needed. I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family to ask for Brian when they need anything from Home Depot. I have no doubt he will take great care of them. THANK YOU very much for your help, Brian. I really appreciate it.

My daughter shared about her great experience with Appliance Specialist, Nancy Stevenson at Home Depot. When our stove’s element went out we too decided to check out the July 4th promotions going on, and ultimately decided to change out all our existing kitchen appliances. We had our dimensions off, and I ended up changing my mind on finishes and reordering again, but Nancy had patiently dealt with canceling and reordering, taking extra time and finesse with our inconsistencies and home’s structural challenges. Nancy Stevenson was outstanding assisting in all aspects of product knowledge, finding best prices, preparing us for delivery and walking us through order processing.

Jake in the lumber area was amazing! We needed some 4ft by 8 ft boards cut several times for our kitchen product and he took great care of us. He even helped us load the cut wood into our truck. He turned a daunting trip into a breeze.

I purchased a $149 tree last August from Home Depot in Casper. When I purchased it I was told if the tree didn't survive the winter, they would replace it.
The winter was mild, but it didn't live through it. I went back in June, to give the tree as much of a chance as possible. Home Depot is now saying they only have a 90 day guarantee on trees. In Wyoming if you purchase one toward the end of summer, it would need to be growing by November. Winter starts here in October. Their guarantee is a definate fail. They will never pay since you have to wait until June to ensure the tree will not grow. Perhaps they should either consider the Wyoming winter for the length of their guarantee, or not have a guarantee at all here. At any rate, I have a hard time shopping in a place where they no longer honor their word, especially in a town with so many good choices.

I made a $249.00 purchase w/ Home Depot credit card and forgot to apply 10% off coupon I got in the mail. Went back in an hour later.
Women at returns desk laughing, told me I'd have to bring everything back in and return it then rering it. I had 6ea 60 lbs bags mortar mix and asphalt roll of roofing!

Went in today to get a new dishwasher, with this being my first time and having a learning disorder the staff and management took their time with me to make sure I understood all the steps in getting the right dishwasher to replace my broken dishwasher.

Store 6001 (Casper, WY). I had the worst customer service today, 6/1/24. I ordered a riding mower on 7 May 2024. Products were canceled on 10 May 2024 without a refund until I contacted customer service on 17 May 2024. The mower did not ship until 3 days after the original delivery date of 5/22/24. The mower arrived at the Casper location on 5/30/24. I went to the store in the morning to inquire about my order. The guy working the customer service counter did verify the unit was in the receiving area, but had yet to be assembled. He then had the supervisor come over to talk with me. At this point, I was becoming very irritated that I had to wait nearly 2 weeks over the original delivery date. I informed the supervisor that I requested to speak with a manager and was brushed off.
So 2 hours after arriving at the store the supervisor informs me my mower is ready. He then proceeds to lead my wife and me out of the store and around to the receiving area, then point to my mower and walks off. Never took any time to answer any questions or assistance in moving the mower to the front of the store. No assistance was offered in loading the mower either. The employees involved this morning was as far from professional as one would never expect. If I could rank less than 1 star I would

I am updating this review to warn everyone not to buy LG appliances from Home Depot or anywhere else. I have been trying to get LG to honor their warranty on my NEW refrigerator for a MONTH. Of course, Home Depot will not stand behind what they sell.
Brian, Jason, and Michael did a great job delivering and installing my new appliances. They were punctual, friendly and very careful not to damage anything as they moved the old ones out and the new ones in.

Home depot verses menards? Home depot all the way. Even if i lose my husband in there, it only takes me a few minutes to find him. Menards??? 30 minutes and several phone calls playing marco polo to find him. Home depot wins hands down!

Home Depot, the big orange box store. The good: I am glad we have a Home Depot here with a wide variety of tools, lumber, plus home and garden supplies available. I am glad it is conveniently located with a large, well-lit parking lot. The items they stocked are neatky stocked
The not-so-good, the bad, and the ugly: I swear if I walked in to home Depot and walked up to a cashier at a cash register l, and asked where the checkout is, is get the same crickets and same blank stare that I get when I ask for ANY type of help here, from "Please can you send someone to unlock the case so I can buy this (high dollar) tool", to, "Excuse me, where are the downspout extensions?"...
Home Depot is after all a D-I-Y store, so it isn't all that unusual.to have to DIY" the shopping part too. ‍♀️
