Probably the best experience I've had with a mechanic of any kind. The guys at Park County RV went above and beyond to get our camper to their shop, get it fixed, and get us back in the road, saving our vacation and saving my pregnant wife and I from being stranded 1200 miles from home! And even after all of that the price was very reasonable. I cannot more highly recommend them for any RV repairs you need.

Great service. We were traveling through and had a loose transfer hitch. Marty the owner dropped everything and fixed it right away. I highly recommend Park County RV.

They fixed my RV fast and did a great job, in and out in just two and a half hours! All this on short notice too!

Had brake trouble on our travel trailer- they got us in next morning and had us back on the road within three hours. Price was fair and Marty (the owner) was very generous with his time in giving us needed advice.

I was traveling through Cody on vacation and had damaged my AC unit in Casper. I contacted Marty at Park County RV. He immediately made the replacement of AC a top priority. Even though he didn’t have a replacement in stock he expedited getting a replacement unit and had me back in business within two days. I could not have asked for better service. Great place to get excellent RV service.

Had an issue with our rv, Marty was knowledgeable, and gave us the best solution for the problem we were experiencing. Got us in the same day!! Now we can get to the next destination without worry.

I've had a couple campers repaired it winterized by Park County RV. Thet always seem backed up, but I was able to make an appointment quickly and their service was fast and affordable.

Three Ford dealers could not handle the simple installation of wiring our Ford F-150 so that it can be towed behind a motor home and be able to count on the transference of brake lights and turn signals as they are applied on  the motor  home. We have contacted other RV dealers and service people in Montana, South Dakota, and in Wyoming, but could not get an appointment to have them do the work within 1 or 2 weeks, as we were traveling. However, we contacted our salesman, Jake Vigil at Fremont Motors in Sheridan WY to see if their other dealership in Cody, either could do the work or could refer us to a good RV service facility, there. He said they could not do the work either, but that their Service Manager had recommended "Marty at Park County RV in Cody, close to their own facility".  Jake called Marty at Park County RV and explained the situation, and Marty agreed to see us as soon as we got to Cody. Thanks Jake!

Upon arriving to the campground in Cody, we called Marty and set an appointment for 8:30am the very next morning, fitting us into his already busy schedule.

Actually, we expected an RV dealership (sales, service, parts and camping store, but Park County RV is actually just a repair facility with Marty, who is the owner, and two other technicians. They work much like our friend J. T. did (and the company 'Lonestar RV Center' still does) in Harker Heights TX. These are guys that don't just settle for following the instructions that come with a product, and are then stumped if things don't work as they are supposed to. These guys find alternate ways of solving whatever problem comes up and don't give up trying until the solution is found.

Septic line cracked while traveling. Worked us in and got repaired fairly quickly. Price was reasonable. Waa greatly appreciated so we can get back on the road.

Marty was very knowledgeable, when I called from some distance away and being towed in, marmots had eaten my coolant line, he knew exactly what was up. He was fast , just incredibly helpful. Thank you can't do better. And if you need a tow, get Zac from Bear Mt tire in Cody as well, they are blocks apart

Repairs completed in 4 hrs. Wanted to get us back on the road asap. I would recommend them to anyone needing trailer repairs.

Marty and Jeff are beyond excellent. We had a water leak coming from out of town to visit Cody. We called them. They stopped everything to find a leak and fix it and we were back on our way within three hours. We feel like we were blessed. Thank you Marty and Jeff

An awesome RV service center !! We went to them twice w/o appts. and they helped us right away. The fixes were simple for their knowledgeable staff but would have been HUGE problems for us if not fixed. Thank you so much !!!

Was travelling through on a 8 mos round the US trip w/ my family and an axel broke on my travel trailer near Cody...The boys at Park County RV got it done on short notice...Thank you Park County RV for saving the day!!!!!

The leaf springs failed on our 5th wheel when we hit a big bump between Yellowstone & Cody. Park County RV got replacement springs ordered and installed in 2 days. Great shop to go to when you have RV problems. They have rescued us several times! Thanks Marty and crew!

My black tank plumbing failed while on vacation. Marty was able to get it fixed in 1/2 a day on very short notice for me. He seemed pretty use to fixing things on short notice for people like me - probably headed to and from Yellowstone. Very thankful for his help!

Thank you to Marty and his team! We were at Yellowstone when we woke up to water dripping on us. We tapped up a tear in the roof
at the seam and left. Stopped in Cody to search for a repair shop that could help us. It was getting late and Marty said drop by in the morning. He looked and said "We can fix that". As busy as they were they worked on it all day to get us back on the road. He explained every step they did and why. He even told us of some great places to drive to take in the sites while they repair it. "Top of the world" did not disappoint us. In fact we stayed another day to let the glue dry longer on the roof. Once on our way we had almost 2 more weeks of camping. We had lots of rain and 2 flat tires, BUT no leaks!! Also VERY FAIR AND HONEST! He could have charged a fortune knowing we were stuck but he didn't.

Thank goodness for Park County RV, I was in a bind, had an electrical problem that prevented my self leveling system from working and prevented the slides from working. Marty took the time to talk with me on the phone and let me come by the shop so they could diagnose the problem. It turned out to be something simple and he got me back on the road. I highly recommend Park County RV, they know what they are doing and were willing to interrupt their busy schedule to help someone in a bind. Good people!

We were traveling...only a week in for a 2 week camping trip. They were able to get us in very last minute to fix our refrigerator. We are SO grateful!!!

I would like to thank Marty and Dennis (?) for getting us out of a bind with our travel trailer on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2021. Though they were not available (and the tech was out of town) the tech and Marty talked us through on the phone how to make a temporary repair so we could continue on our trip. Amazing people! Hats off to Marty and his crew!

Janet & Jeff were amazingly helpful. Our propane tank regulator went out and they replaced it in less than a day. Very helpful and we highly recommend them.

If you're in or around Cody, WY amd you need RV supplies or service this is where you want to go! I can't say enough about how great they are! Please take your business to them. You will not be disappointed.

Marty and Janet were wonderfully helpful when we lost our coach water pump as we were heading out of Cody after three days visiting Yellowstone. They Jeff right on it, and he replaced the pump quickly. We also had a bad pump controller, which they did not have in stock (17 year old coach) so they rigged a bypass pump switch as well. Parts and labor were very reasonable, and Jeff skipped lunch to complete the work. We are so appreciative and recommend these folks highly!!

I was traveling through Cody and needed a new hot water heater. The owner ordered it for me an installed the day after it arrived eventhough he had many work orders in front of me. Rate was reasonable. Would definitely use again.

I called Park County RV today to see if they can fix a problem with my Everchill RV 12-volt refrigerator not getting power. I explained that the 12-volt wiring and switch are not connected (the wiring came off the switch), and it should be a simple and quick fix. They had never heard of an Everchill refrigerator and didn't believe me when I said that it wasn't Dometic or Coleman or those brands. It's a new type of refrigerator. Over the phone in the background, the guy says, "Are they traveling through? If they don't know what kind of fridge they have, then we can't work on it." The problem isn't that I don't know what type of fridge it is...the problem is that THEY haven't heard of that type of fridge and didn't believe me. I am so disappointed and frustrated that they don't believe me. I should know. I've been traveling in my RV for more than 5 weeks. And they wouldn't give me the time of day. Unbelievably bad business.

Very helpful in a pinch. Our electric jack broke while camping in Cody and called Zac. He had one used and offered to give it to us for zero cost. (We paid him 20 bucks for it) worked out great.

Marty was amazing. I was coming from 600 miles away and he assisted me with getting the correct part ordered so it was there when I arrived. When the newly replaced part (AC motor) didn't seem to be working as previously he came out to the RV park personally to troubleshoot and got it fixed in a snap! (Also worked with my extended warranty to get the part covered!) Would definitely recommend!

Best on the business. Been RV'n since the mid 90's. No shop comes close for price, service and ability to get the job done.

Called these guys to help save a weekend camping trip and they weren't sure they could help, but are doing everything they can to answer questions, to do whatever they can. These men, are what everyday heroes look like.

Called as we pulled into Cody about a 110 electrical problem.Marty had a technician look at right away. Within 15 minutes 110 was restored and we were on our way along with functional A/C

These guys are GREAT.. we needed a vent fan that broke so we stopped in on our way through. We needed a special fan and they didn't have one in stock but he said hold on and let me check in the back.. he came back out with a old unit and took off the fan and sold it to us for a fantastic price.. Thank you very much, He stopped what he was doing to do this and they looked very busy.. Doesn't happen very much anymore so we highly recommended this place

Marty and his business saved our vacation. Our converter lost voltage early morning at local campground. They referred us to Park county RV. Marty diagnosed our problem and replaced our converter all within 3 hours. We are so grateful for the honest and knowledgeable and quality service! Thank you!!

While on a two week RV trip with our 4 children, we hit a deer coming into Cody, WY. The impact damaged our gray and black drain valves by knocking them off, along with the drain plug. This happened on a Saturday evening. They were closed on Sunday, but we were able to call and talk to Marty, the owner, who told us to come in first thing Monday morning. Once we got there Marty, and BJ looked things over. BJ worked on our repair immediately, with a sense of urgency and understanding to our trip. He had a great attitude, was personable and helpful. We are very grateful to these two men for getting us fixed and back on the road. The price was fair, as well.

Marty was a lifesaver for us! He returned our calls in a weekend, then restored our cord. He was professional and very helpful.

While visiting Yellowstone we encountered and electrical issue. Initially Marty was very helpful on the phone. He offered some ideas and possible solutions. When this didn’t help he suggested we bring the coach into his shop, said he would look at it. When I arrived with my RV he was quite rude and not helpful at all. He was busy with other customers, which I understand, but when he spoke with me he didn’t acknowledge that he offered to evaluate the problem nor did he even look at my coach. He dismissed me saying we needed to order a replacement part (which cost $2000 without labor).
As it works out It was a battery issue and replacement of the part would have been a very expensive mistake and further interrupted our vacation plans.

My recommendation is if you need something simple Park County RV may be able to help. Otherwise if you need diagnosis of a complex problem find a different repair shop.

Was in town for a week and went here based on other good reviews, which I agree with. Very courteous and helpful, shared his ideas on what might be wrong. Bought a few parts and was able to get 2 out of 3 issues resolved. Highly recommend!

Marty is the BEST!! We had damage to our Rv we were in need of a fix to get us on the road and back to home. He was a huge help! Did our repair without notice, a real life saver!

The furnace in my RV quit working while still under warranty. I called “Marty” and told him the symptoms and he said it sounded like the motor was the issue and to bring it in the next day and “we will take care of you.” I showed up at eight in the morning and “Marty” wasn’t there. The homeless looking “service tech" said "You need a new motor” and refused to do any warranty work unless I paid for it. The warranty clearly states that I would not be reimbursed if I paid. So, they ripped me off for $50 on a “diagnostics” when we already knew what the issue was. If “Marty” would have told me they weren’t going to honor Suburban furnace warranties, I would have never gone there and would suggest to anyone to go to Pierce RV in Billings instead for better service, customer relations and a clean, friendly staff. I gave them one star because I couldn't post this review with zero stars.

PS: Just returned from Pierce RV in Billings. Top notch staff there. They did a diagnostic and all they found was a loose wire!! Crimped it in place, no charge! Stay away from Park County RV they are pathetic.

Marty and his crew are AWESOME! They do the job right and they get it done. Had the trailer suspension replaced and the trailer raised to level for the new truck. Great job.

We stopped at this business because the ratings were high on the Internet and they lived up to all the good reports. They took us in immediately with the problem on our awning and fixed it within an hour. They were very reasonably priced. Great business, good job! Highly recommend this business!

Marty & his crew are more than accommodating. He helped walk me through the ins and outs of the operation of my newly acquired 5th wheel and was extremely patient. These guys know their stuff and I wouldn't take my camper anywhere else! Thanks guys - you made a nerve wracking experience a little easier on this amateur☺

Great friendly professional service. Had a roof tear and they did an excellent job fixing it. Got me in quickly and had it done within a day. Great people to work with when your 1500 miles from home with a problem!!!

Harley was great! I needed the roof vent cover replaced. He did it for me and explained a few things for me as I'm new to rving.

We needed a check valve on our hot water heater, & we called Park County RV this morning 07/19/2017. The man that we talked to was no help at all, saying we don't have any, maybe you can get one @ Ace Hardware. He wasn't interested at all in helping us, & he seemed rude on the phone. Call Arrowhead RV in Powell, WY. They got us in immediately, fixed the problem, & their fee was very reasonable.

Our RV slide had stopped working. I stopped by unannounced. They quickly went to work and solved the problem. Their work was quick, professional, and reasonable. It was an excellent experience.

Wir haben diese Reparatur-Werkstatt selber via Google gefunden und kamen ohne Voranmeldung am Freitagmorgen als erste in die Garage. Der Fehler war schnell gefunden und die offenbar beim Einbau des Kühlschrankes verbogenen Leitungen wurden in die richtige Position geklopft.

Die Rechnung geht direkt an Cruise America. Kein weiterer Aufwand für uns.

Wir sind dem Team von Park County RV sehr dankbar. Sie haben uns die Ferien in der Natur gerettet.

Arrived in Cody with only 3 wheels and a bent axle on the trailer on our way to Yellowstone. In spite of being incredibly busy Marty took us right in first thing in the morning, had the replacement axle delivered from Billings, Montana by 1 o'clock, sent us to a super nearby tire shop for a matching wheel and tires, had the welding shop just across the street add the saddles for the springs to the new axle and full serviced all the remaining hubs, adjusting all the brakes, and had us out by 4:30! I had every confidence that everything was done to the highest professional level and the pricing was very reasonable.

Marty diagnosed my problem with landing legs on my RV as the motor and while I was there he showed me a motor that I thought was the replacement part. He said he would have to see the unit to get a better diagnosis and he came to the rv park we were staying at which was 5 minutes from his shop.
He verified the original diagnosis and said to bring the rv to the shop 1st thing on Monday morning. I asked how long it would take to repair and he said 1-2 hours.
We delivered the rv on Monday morning and when I asked him what time we could pick it up he got real rushed and said "well SIR, I have to order the parts", so I said will they be in soon and he said "Well SIR it takes 4 to 5 days for the parts to get here.
I'll let the reader judge wether I was wrong in assuming the job would be finished that day. We were living in an out-of-state rv and if he had said it will take 4-5 days we would have stayed at the park until the part was in but he said to drop the rv at his shop.
When I told him we had checked out of the park and could not wait for 4 or 5 days he charged me $98 for the visit to the park. I'm not upset about the $98 it was his hourly rate but I feel he misled me to believe the job would be done on Monday.
His attitude at the shop the second time would keep me from recommending his business to anyone.

We had two axles replaced on our Airstream. The staff was very efficient & friendly. They expedited the replacement in a very professional manner.
