On my Amazon pick up ( which this ACE does) the staff was not customer focused as they would rather have me walk away than check all the packages in the arrival area. Only after I persisted and demanded that they look at the packages again ( total of maybe 10 at most ) did I got my 4th package. A large box with about 6 items in it.
One of the employees basically said that they know nothing about packages and Amazon just drops them there.
I am sure that ACE is getting paid for this "inconvenience"
You heard this one before : "I just work here" To me that means that this person should be fired immediately and or that business does not deserve to be patronized or under contract with Amazon!

They are one of the fewer places in town that will allow me to bring my dog (Trouble) into the store so I don't have to tie him to my scooter. They will have treats for him and come over and say hi to him.

Well worth the stop. It is one of the best stocked ACE store I have seen. Sales staff were friendly and helpful. We bought a Hoover vacuum cleaner approx 10 years ago which finally died so we bought another one to replace it.
