Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying paint here. They messed up mixing our 5 gallon bucket of paint for one of our commercial properties. The color was just slightly off but looked fine while wet. The painter needed one more gallon ($45) and now the colors don’t match since the 5 gallons was messed up. Home Depot doesn’t care to give any kind of refund or to fix their mistake when we have the label with the ratios of the wrong paint we’d be fine with using at this point. They can’t take the 5 gallon ratio and turn it into 1 gallon, so maybe just give me another 5 gallons for the price of one since you messed up. Should’ve gone to Sherwin Williams, but convenience got the best of us. Lesson learned.

I wish the home depot stores sold spare parts for agri-fab grass sweepers. No one who sells agri-fab grass sweepers has spare parts. They all told me if you need spare parts or replace anything you have to order it off the computer. With the price of the part your needing, after you pay for shipping and handling. It ends up costing 3-4x more than if you bought it from a local store.

Will never shop here again. Urgently needed a new refrigerator. They don't keep any in stock. Delivery date has been pushed out two weeks. They double charged me for a protection plan and when we called to find out other options, the store manger was very rude and refused to help us. We canceled our order, went to their competitors store and had a new fridge purchased, home, and working within 3 hours for half the price and much friendlier service!

Super helpful staff. Patricia helped me order a storm door online for store pickup on Saturday the next day. I drove 3 hours round trip for this door, and everyone who helped me was nice!

I've been to this location quite a few times a month for many years now, but today was the ICING on my cake. I need to give a shout out to Gavin in paint! He was SOOOOO patient with me. He helped me find a color, he helped me match the color, adjust the color, AND he was a GEM the whole darn time!
My God! I didn't think a big box stores would ever help me mix a shade again. But Gavin was the most of the most.

I WISH YALL WOULD do this kind of paint service ALL THE TIME. Bring it back!!!

Also, wish home depot would do 1/4 pint samples for crazy people like me who can't make up their mind on a color, 20 colors later.
You wouldn't just have the usual customers, it could add artists, youth, etc to your list of regulars! I'm begging for smaller samples for less cost in total.

Today at 505 pm, I go to checkout 2, attendent sees me. I am at her station. Her boss says break time. She leaves. The other 5 attendents cannot take over. Pro desk closed. I can see 7 orange vest. Only self checkout available. I have 42 pieces of lumber. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRIORITIES BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I had to make two trips because I didn't buy the tool I needed to replace water heater elements. The same young lady checked me out both times. She was very polite and courteous. Home depot was the only place around with the elements and the tool. I would definitely return.

Getting dirt to repot a plant i get to the self check out and realize the bag had snagged on the cart and was torn open. I tell the two women who work there that are just standing there and the one asks me if I want to go get another one. No I don't want to go all the way across the store into the cold to get another one when you work here and you're just standing there! I'm already checking myself out aka doing your job while you stand there and talk. How irritating!!! I'm from a small town so perhaps I'm used to how things "used" to be, you're the employee you do the job. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came in today worried about finding the right solution for an under the sink mold issue. A really nice employee named Matt asked if I needed help finding anything. I said what I was looking for and he immediately took me to it and even told me what would be best, then proceeded to help me gather everything else I would need. He had experience with the same thing and he was so knowledgeable and very helpful. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you Matt.

I shop at this Home Depot at least twice a week, and overall, it’s usually a good experience. However, there are a few hiccups here and there. For instance, on Saturday, they ran out of carts—something I’ve seen happen before, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to haul around larger items. On the plus side, I’ve never had an issue with items being out of stock, which is a big win in my book.

One safety concern, though: the fire exit near the stair and handrail section in the back is often blocked by freight. This isn’t a one-time issue—it seems to happen regularly, and it’s definitely not something that should be overlooked.

Other than that, my visit was smooth, and I was able to get in and out pretty quickly without any lines at the checkout. Overall, still a solid place to shop, but a few improvements would go a long way.

Everything is better here than lowes. Lots more selection and there's people to help you and you don't have to push a button and wait for a po'd person to show up.

I bought a washer and dryer set literally had them 2 weeks an the washer quit home Depot came out looked at it then told me they would get the stuff in to get a replacement after being told that a manager called me from home Depot saying hes sorry that someone told me false information an that he didn't have the authority to make that call so now I'm stuck with a broken washer and trying to go through a warranty an home Depot says they don't have to give a refund!!

I wish you still sold pre-cut 2x4's. I need 6 @2 foot each and the Cabot store said they would cut them for me but could not give me a price and an associate would have to help me. Sounded like a hassle, so I called Lowe's in Jax. The have they pre-cut for $1.98.
I'm off to Jacksonville.

You will see orange clad aprons draped on vacant employees. Typical big box store attitudes show through in a less than welcoming manner. Very few customer employee interactions unless you hunt down the ones loitering and staring at their phones or skylarking with other employees. Product knowledge is lacking. I used to love these stores, but the change in service and commitment is palpable.

Took my dad up there needing a a new storm door on the way to the register this really rude woman stood in front of us directing us like we were cattle and when my dad asked about his military discount she went off telling him his 20 yr military service did not matter and she didn't have to do anything for him and if he wasn't smart enough to do whatever on an app that's his fault. As a veteran myself I was appalled at the level of disrespect this woman had and the fact no other employee intervened and just let this woman yell at a 74 yr old Vietnam vet has given me a negative outlook towards this place as a whole. I did not get her name I was trying to just get my dad away from her ad out of the store
