Don’t get your vehicle serviced here. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance only for them to have it sit up there until they could get to it. They will straight up lie and say it’s being worked on. Ended up having to go pick it up weeks later w/o ever being touched.
Very disappointing all around. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. I needed my radio replaced and they were going to buy a replacement at the trading post and put it in for me. The woman at the service desk wrote down all of my information. On the day of my appointment I drove an hour to get to the dealership only to be told that I made the trip for nothing. The radio they were going to buy didnt work. They did not give me a phone call so I could save myself a trip. I went and talked to the owner and basically told me I was SOL like it wasn’t a big deal and “at least they tried”. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Took my vehicle in for a check engine light, was told it was a sensor. This is our 4th trip for same light. Each experience with them is a little worse. Currently my vehicle is still in the shop for repairs that were supposed to be a 1 day job 6 days later. They refuse to give a loaner and will not update you on the status of your vehicle! If you call be prepared to be treated as if you’re irritating them by checking on your vehicle
