The Shop Forman is a literal GM Guru, he performs the most accurate diagnostic troubleshooting and Repairs in the tri-county area. Bud Gentry is very Genuine and Compassionate towards his customers. Trusted you because you were a Dealership You let us leave with a very dangerous vehicle After a new transmission My car was vibrating Came in again This time replaced driveshaft Still vibrating got worse gradually Wasn’t going to bring it back Found a mechanic that fixed the vibrating Found out it was very dangerous to drive and replace cv shaft due to damage which was done when putting in transmission I still am stressed about what could have happened to us We have tried to talk to someone about it but don’t want to work with us They are blowing us off But we won’t go away We are asking for a small amount to reimburse us for the third repair Please work with us

Terrible business practices- tricked my hard of hearing and easily confused 70 year old grandfather into buying a BRAND NEW 2023 car and when we tried to take it back WITHIN 24 HOURS THEY REFUSED!!! Not surprised as the Gentry’s have a reputation for being snakes and dishonest people. Trying to take advantage of and profit off of and elderly person is disgraceful and immoral and they should be ASHAMED to call themselves “Christians”. Ugly and dishonest men.

I brought my vehicle for service due to the tire pressure light and engine light coming on. They had me replace my vehicles battery, get a new key fob, replace all of my tire sensors, etc. I paid about $3,500 in parts and labor. My vehicle was in the shop for a week! Once I got it back, a week later my vehicle started to do the EXACT same thing. When I went back, I explained the situation in a respectful manner and discussed with them that my vehicle shouldn’t be giving me any problems, especially because of how high the amount that I paid was. The guy proceeded to tell me “ Oh that ain’t nothing!” I never felt so humiliated in my life.

Shout out to the guys at Gentry for helping two clueless ladies with low tire pressure. You are appreciated so much.

We travel through DeQueen on camping trips often but when we have problems with our Silverado 1500 truck we go to Gentry Chevrolet for our repairs. Awesome service and repair shop. Thanks to everyone at Gentry Chevrolet for making our repairs a pleasant experience.

Sold me a piece of junk car for way over the value. Lied to me and my lender. Paid 2000 dollars for a warranty and when I come in to get it fixed when it breaks down within 90 days they offer no help and refuse to accept responsibility for their bad business practices. Do not deal with these crooks. Update... even with my so called warranty that I was told covered everything under the hood it's still going to cost me 3000$ to get it fixed. I'll be contacting an attorney about this.

First, I was pleasantly surprised that they could get an appointment for service for me so quickly. They listened to my issues with my car and were able to complete the repair while I waited. I will definitely take my car there for service again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with a NEW 2500HD Denali, we are from North Texas and was taken care of as soon as we got there. Great service manager!

When I arrived, I was greeted promptly with a smile and a professional staff. Tania got my vehicle checked in and escorted me to the customer lounge. During my short stay there I was checked on and greeted by the owner, dealership manager, service manager and a very friendly young salesman.
Over all I had a excellent experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and would recommend Gentry Chevrolet to all.

I've dealt with Gentry's in the past I've never had any reason to believe I was done any way but fair. Took my girlfriend's daughter to look for a car, didn't take her long to spy out what she wanted, they took care of her from there, worked a good deal for her first time of buying on her own, really appreciate their straightforwardness!

I just went in there to get a prize and meet someone and found myself buying a new car from them! Wow I didn't realize that I was going to be getting a car!

Good! Salesman awesome. Everyone so nice & worked w/ me. Only downfall is if u need all terrain tires for dirt roads, extra $750 charge.
