I am new to the area and needed keyfobs for my car. I called in December of 2024 and the service dept took my info and told me that they would call me when they came in. We did this twice and finally I went there in person and was told they don't order key fobs over the phone. I went there in person, with the car, I spoke with Tyus and he ordered them for me and told me that he'd call me when they came in. I made the mistake of leaving my car there for a few other things to get done and NEVER heard back from them. I started calling every 2 weeks and they either never answered the phone or told me that the keys were on back order and they'd call me as soon as they came in. I even started going there in person and got the run around from Tyus about them being so busy blah blah blah, and that when the keys come in he would call me. Finally in May of 2025 I called Tyus AGAIN and he said "it just so happens that your key fobs came in today".... how convenient! He said that they were soooooo busy and that he'd get my car in asap and call me when it was done. I said ok. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS has passed and NOTHING! NO CALLS NO NOTHING! I went there in person AGAIN and went straight to looking for a manager. I told him and another very nice lady at the front desk what was going on and that I WANT MY CAR BACK! They looked very unhappy and went to talk to Tyus,,,, after a few minutes I followed them and saw them talking to Tyus and he didn't even look ashamed or sorry or anything. He said "My bad, I'll try to get you in as soon as I can ". I said that's what you've been telling me for MONTHS! I WANT MY CAR DONE AND ASAP. The manager and kind lady said that my car would get done asap and they would make sure of it cuz this has been WAY TOO LONG! It has been 3 MONTHS that they have had my car and it's now Memorial Day weekend!!! I'm still waiting! I'm a first time customer to them and WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER go back. This is BS! Don't ever go to this service department.... especially if Tyus is still there. Extremely Awful service! Maybe I'll post again when I FINALLY get my car back.... but at this rate that could be MONTHS! NOT A HAPPY FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!!
UPDATE !!!!!! WELL, HAD I READ THAT OTHER PEOPLE WERE HAVING THE DAME ISSUES WITH TYUS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IGNORING CUSTOMERS AND ALL THAT CRAP, I NEVER WOULD HAVE GONE TO THIS PLACE. Alicia, the floor manager, is an awesome lady! She made sure I got my car back the very next day after I went to the dealership and raised hell.... as politely as I could. She made sure the service department got my car done and they even delivered it to my home the next day. Karl Malone himself (supposedly) msgd me and said this is all very unexceptable...... wow, thank you, but I see I'm not the only one who's gotten jerked around by Tyus. You need to do something about him, he's ruining your business. I'm sure there were lots of other people who had their cars serviced and back during the time you had my car. That's not right either. I got my car back FINALLY....... Enough said.
