Service scheduling was easy and I was greeted promptly and by name at appointment time. Service time in and out was less than expected and I feel like my time was valued by the shop. Very happy with the service I received by their team!

It took too long for us to get our car back. It went in May and we got it back a couple of days ago. It is now July. We had to keep calling for them to finally fix it. We will use another dealership for future service to our vehicles.

I am new to the area and needed keyfobs for my car. I called in December of 2024 and the service dept took my info and told me that they would call me when they came in. We did this twice and finally I went there in person and was told they don't order key fobs over the phone. I went there in person, with the car, I spoke with Tyus and he ordered them for me and told me that he'd call me when they came in. I made the mistake of leaving my car there for a few other things to get done and NEVER heard back from them. I started calling every 2 weeks and they either never answered the phone or told me that the keys were on back order and they'd call me as soon as they came in. I even started going there in person and got the run around from Tyus about them being so busy blah blah blah, and that when the keys come in he would call me. Finally in May of 2025 I called Tyus AGAIN and he said "it just so happens that your key fobs came in today".... how convenient! He said that they were soooooo busy and that he'd get my car in asap and call me when it was done. I said ok. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS has passed and NOTHING! NO CALLS NO NOTHING! I went there in person AGAIN and went straight to looking for a manager. I told him and another very nice lady at the front desk what was going on and that I WANT MY CAR BACK! They looked very unhappy and went to talk to Tyus,,,, after a few minutes I followed them and saw them talking to Tyus and he didn't even look ashamed or sorry or anything. He said "My bad, I'll try to get you in as soon as I can ". I said that's what you've been telling me for MONTHS! I WANT MY CAR DONE AND ASAP. The manager and kind lady said that my car would get done asap and they would make sure of it cuz this has been WAY TOO LONG! It has been 3 MONTHS that they have had my car and it's now Memorial Day weekend!!! I'm still waiting! I'm a first time customer to them and WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER go back. This is BS! Don't ever go to this service department.... especially if Tyus is still there. Extremely Awful service! Maybe I'll post again when I FINALLY get my car back.... but at this rate that could be MONTHS! NOT A HAPPY FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!!

UPDATE !!!!!! WELL, HAD I READ THAT OTHER PEOPLE WERE HAVING THE DAME ISSUES WITH TYUS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IGNORING CUSTOMERS AND ALL THAT CRAP, I NEVER WOULD HAVE GONE TO THIS PLACE. Alicia, the floor manager, is an awesome lady! She made sure I got my car back the very next day after I went to the dealership and raised hell.... as politely as I could. She made sure the service department got my car done and they even delivered it to my home the next day. Karl Malone himself (supposedly) msgd me and said this is all very unexceptable...... wow, thank you, but I see I'm not the only one who's gotten jerked around by Tyus. You need to do something about him, he's ruining your business. I'm sure there were lots of other people who had their cars serviced and back during the time you had my car. That's not right either. I got my car back FINALLY....... Enough said.

It took a while to get done. But facilitie was nice and clean. The ladies sink would not work, meaning the water would not come out of the faucet. It was a little cool in the waiting area and I had forgotten my jacket. No benches out side to sit on incase you wanted to get warm . I would still go to Karl Malone Chev. to have work done. My issue with your dealership is customer service in the service department. They tell you they are looking at your car and has not. I got the run around from Tiyus the technician for 4 days until we were assisted. I work in customer service and it is imperative you be honest and not lead a customer down the wrong path. I understand being over worked tired stressed but you have to be honest and not lie. I got a I will call you back, we looked at it and they had not nor did I get a call back. So I rate your customer below average and very disappointing. You need to train your service department in customer service and ethics.

I am pleased with the mechanics done on my vehicle, however, I am disappointed that they DID NOT tell me about the military discount when I was paying to order the parts that were needed. The discount was not mentioned until I dropped my vehicles off for repair. The manager only said they were sorry and couldn't give a discount
for the parts became it had to be done when it was ordered. The cost of the part was much more than the labor and this made me wonder if not mentioning the discount at ordering the part was purposely done.

I am very pleased with the service and the repair being done in a timely manner. KAYLA is a very big asset for the service department. She keeps us aware of what is going on with our service, updating the progress etc.. she always has a big smile on her face, knows you and speaks to you by name and makes you feel comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be done.

I've discovered that the sales folks at this Dealership iof Karl Malone's have their customers' interest at heart. They helped me to find the perfect auto that I really needed. The sales folks were patient, informative & honest with me of the vehicles in stock this last week of 2024.

I don’t know that I can say enough how wonderful this dealership is. I was from out of town and getting ready to go home the next day and then my car started acting up. I got there 10 minutes before they closed on Friday night. And they said to come back the next morning and I did. They took excellent care of me and treated me with such sweetness and kindness. I don’t know that I’ll ever buy another car and I live in Texas but if I do, that’s where I’m going!

We have purchased our vehicles from this dealership when it was Teague and now Karl Malone. The service hasn’t been the best the past few times we have had our vehicles serviced. I have a 2021 Tahoe, I made my appointment and dropped it off only to call the next day and they didn’t know why it was there. I wanted full service, oil change, washed and detail.
Last Tuesday, we dropped off our son’s Malibu to be worked on, we had an appointment for Wednesday at 10 o clock. It was Friday before someone could even give us any information. We were told that they didn’t have any technicians working. My husband and I both called to check on it. It took a week for them to change the battery.
We have not been satisfied with the service lately.

It's been a journey. I had ordered a new touchscreen online. After installing it, the new touchscreen didn't work. I scheduled an appointment with the service center. They confirmed the one I ordered online did not work. I ordered and paid for a new one through the dealership on 7/22/24. After many calls and worries on 10/10/24 the new touchscreen arrived. The next day they installed the new touchscreen and it is perfect. I am a satisfied customer. It's just the time it took to get the new touchscreen was troublesome. I understand the customer service representative were kept in the dark about the status of the new touchscreen. I wish they had more information to keep the customer informed.

Was visiting in El Dorado when my car would not start. Was able to have it towed to the dealership and was determined that the fuel pump had quit. The part was ordered and as soon as it came in the service department installed it. Great service . Would highly recommend.
