Dear Home Depot,

You came to the rescue with the Janome HD 1000!

After having bad luck with two sewing machines from other manufacturers, I took the chance with the Janome Brand.  Upon its arrival, my soul overflowed with pink and green bliss.

My new craft-making Janome came neatly packaged and arrived in a timely manner. The shippers' website also kept me updated every step of the way.

I was initially concerned with the all black color, but the bulb provided adequate lighting, which allowed me to practice sewing zippers and lines.

My machine "Bertha" came with a manual, but I'm a visual learner, so YouTube because my go-to for further instructions. Accessories were included, and the foot pedal allowed me to stitch at a much slower pace.

Overall, I'm pleased with this model, and I take pleasure with sharing my experience with your audience.

My experience at Home Depot in Eldorado Arkansas was horrible. No one knew what they were doing and they couldn’t find anyone to help you. They have you cut your own lumber or molding. If you knew money come to Eldorado Arkansas and cut yourself and sue them. They need to get it together here. If you ask for something they don’t take the time to see if they have it I stock. I asked and he just said they were out if it. I went looked and found just what I needed.

Waited 2 hours to get fork lift driver to load 68 sheets of sheet rock on trailer. They were at lunch. 1st Fork lift driver damaged sheet rock and had attitude not willing to get more when loading finally, Had to get manager again to get remaining 36 sheets loaded since first driver went to next customer in middle of loading. Excuses heard: for wait not enough employees to operate. And Lunch break, he is only one man and he is busy. We were told to shop online next time if we didn't want to wait! Not satisfied,2 and half hours to get what we paid for! The Matlocks

This store needs someone to manage this place. No one knows anything and apparently no one knows how to count. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Needs a SERIOUS over haul!!! I needed a pallet of quickrete. No one has a clue how many are on a pallet. I told them and they still said Inwas wrong. 42 bags, by the way. Then I had to watch a forklift drive by 15 times loading a truck but didn’t have time to stop and put the pallet on my trailer. It was literally 15 feet away. Really sad!!! Been sitting for 35 minutes so far waiting for this dude to put it on my trailer. I’m really not an impatient person but the circumstances of this wait are ridiculous!!

I was at the register and I seen an employee named Jack taking care of an elderly couple. She didn't quite know what she was doing and after the transaction he told her he'll take care of her. The lady and the gentleman in electric cart you could tell was happy that somebody would go to that length to help them. I don't know if he was loading mulch or something outside but I was amazed at the customer service by him. I have over 15 years at Walmart and I understand what customer service is.

Saturday night my clothes dryer dies. I check Home Depot and select in store models. Sunday morning I visit my local store (71730) and discover the in store models are display only. They need to be ordered. Most being a week out. I order one in store. Salesman says it's a $30.00 delivery fee. I inform him I'll just pick it up in store. He the says it's still a $30.00 delivery fee.
This is a perfect example of screwing over your customers.

Bought a Ryobi weedeat less than 5 months ago and the pole saw attachment have a little over 500$ in it hate it won't start wish I could get my money back across the board.. next 500 will be spent else whare (most likely a still) Ryobi 2yr warranty shop is 2 hrs away I'm done and home Depot better step up

Was look for a certain door in the door section. Couldn't find it. I asked an associate for assistance. She looks at me and said the door section is right there. I explained I was looking for a certain door could you call for me some assistance to find or order it. She looks at me and walks off... awful employee..............

We went into the store to purchase a weed eater and Silas, the assistant manager, was so helpful and even gave us a discount. He took the item to the front while we continued shopping and another employee stopped us and told us that they were the front end supervisor and that the item was at the checkout when we were ready to go. When we went to check out that’s when the experience went south. Our cashier, Marquevia Holmes, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept mumbling and refused to call anybody to determine where the weed eater was because, if it had be brought up, “it should be right here”. She just stood there and said she’s “not a morning person” while we asked multiple employees if they knew where the item was. I finally asked if she would do an all call for Silas and she refused and said “that won’t make it get here any faster”. I told her that it was already up here and she still refused to call so I asked another cashier to call and she stopped them and told them uI not to because she “got it” and I “had an attitude”. Ms Twila finally appeared at the front and was able to quickly help us.

It’s too bad I can’t give a zero or negative star. We have spent THOUSANDS in this store since moving here 2 years ago, remodeling and updating our house. Yesterday I stopped by for a few pieces of shiplap, only needed five 8’ boards to finish the project. Walking to the aisle I met a worker carting it all away. Going to cut it up, they were no longer going to be selling it. Could I buy the 5 I needed? Absolutely not. Got the manager and half the store help gathered up to say it cannot be done. It still shows as available on the website but they refused. “Bad timing on your part” I was told.

I could understand if I had been asking them to order something they no longer carried. But their worker was busy cutting up with a saw and putting it in the compactor the items I needed.

Great example of why we should shop local and not big box stores. What store owner would do that? Closing my HD Pro account today.

Home Depot in El Dorado, Arkansas has horrible customer service. I went in Saturday looking for a vacuum. Found one I wanted but the box had been opened and I wasn't sure if all the parts were there. I asked employee if there were any more in stock. He checked, said "no" and walked off. No offers to help or anything. Found one I wanted and went to check-out, girl on phone and absolutely no interaction from her. No "thank you" or anything. Horrible customer service.

I went in for a gallon of paint. I sat at the paint counter for over 10 minutes with no one at all there or anywhere around to help. When I finally got someone to come help me with what I wanted, the gentleman had no idea what he was doing. He was unable to find a booklet with the colors to mix the paint. He was unable to find anything in the computer that was needed. He finally, after about 15 minutes, called in help. The girl that came to help was able to find the color options in the computer, but they were very hard to see. After about 15 more minutes, she finally found the paint option booklet, and I was able to pick the color. It was an experience that should have never taken this long and wasted a lot of my time. I will say that both of the associates were very nice, and the guy who didn't know what he was doing did apologize several times.

Delivered some materials to this store from Dallas. I was unstrapped and ready for the guy to start taking stuff off of my trailer. 15 minutes goes by he’s still playing on his phone and as I’m separating the paperwork to give to him after unloading he says I have to go help a customer up front. 30 minutes goes by and on hold for a store manager and still no sign of the forklift driver and would have taken five minutes to set the stuff off to the side so I could deliver my last stop and go get reloaded by my appointment time

Employees around every corner so finding products was a breeze. The store seemed in good order and was neat. And the cashier was witty and friendly.

Went to Home Depot today and had the best customer experience ever there. From Dylan and Parker helping with our lumber order and Trent helping us pick out doors and windows. Jedaven was such a great help with loading all of the materials.

There are some things I liked about it, its homedepo it has a lot to offer, but the prices are high and they treated an elderly resident crummy that just wanted to work there so its no stars from me. I think they probably told them they didn't want to hire them because they went able bodied enough.

They got it all! And the most competitive prices. If you can't find it at the home Depot, where can you find it.? Plus a credit line to boot! Of course nobody's perfect. Five stars is perfection. Although I haven't actually found anything wrong with it yet.

Got excellent customer service today. We drive to ElDorado to do a lot of our shopping. Got a 5 cubic foot deep freezer for less than $200. The gentleman who helped us made sure to take the time to give us details about what we were buying. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Way to go Home Depot!

Very nice and curtious, service lady. I came I'm to buy a storm door. I was in and out in no time.

A great store but trying to find an associate for help finding something. But when you do they take you right to the product.

If you don't find it, order online and have it shipped. They have tons and tons of items not stocked in the store.
