Marcus and his company are the best. Marcus is awesome to work with and treats his customers like he would his family. He recently did a project for my parents, and he took really good care of them and made sure the job was done to their satisfaction. I’m really appreciative of him for that. Marcus is a true professional.

I contacted Restore-it about some water damage under my sink! The owner, Marcus, was a wealth of information. They promptly came out and assessed the area. Let me know where I stood and the best course of action to take from there. He was happy to answer any question that I had about insurance and estimated cost to repair. Great company, locally owned and really seem to care about their customers.

They came in and shampooed two rooms, service was excellent and the cleaning included some very rough stains (blood, food, drinks and who knows what else) after they left the carpets look practically brand new.

Got them to do our floors here at Sherwin Williams Automotive. I had zero faith these floors could be saved...Marcus and his team OUTDID themselves!! They were quite literally on their hands and knees scrubbing/scraping these floors. They have never looked better! They truly care about the work they do, you wont be disappointed!

A portion of the roof of our office building blew off during a storm...after hours. Marcus and his team came out THAT NIGHT and covered the roof to stop the flooding. Early the next morning they were onsite and began the drying process. It was like clockwork...they really know what they're doing. They also completed the rebuilding of the walls/ceiling, and it looks way better now than before. Marcus was very friendly and easy to work with as well as his team. They did an amazing job start to finish.

Marcus and his entire team has been great to work with. After our fire, he came and assessed our damages, brought in equipment to clean our air, tore out all the damage and is currently working with contractors to get our house put back together. The best part? He answers the phone and has been so helpful. His crew was very courteous and worked hard in extreme heat to remove all the damage. They are a great company to help get your house back together after a tragedy!

I called to get an estimate for my elderly grandmother´s 600 sq ft apartment and they told her $242.00. This is an unreasonable price and it seems as if they either tried to take advantage of her or my family in general. I have never heard of anyone charging that much for cleaning a small family home let alone a small apartment. We went with another cleaning company.

Excellent customer service. We brought in some chairs in major need of cleaning and they had them looking brand new the next day! If you are looking for restoration and cleaning services I highly recommend giving them a call.

We currently experienced sewer backup in our home. Restore It came out immediately and began working on the floors and walls. They are very thorough, and explain everything they are doing. The guys from Restore It are fabulous and do fabulous work! They saved our home! After being away a few days, I returned home to discover water running out the doors & down the driveway . A pressure valve at the kitchen sink had given way & water was spraying everywhere leaving about 2 inches of water inside. Restore It swooped in & dried everything out & restored it back to new as if nothing happened. I highly recommend them for all your needs. The owner came and performed the carpet cleaning along with his staff. They were very communicative, on time, and very speedy. My carpets look beautiful and feel so soft. They left special fans to dry it out quicker, especially since the day was quite humid and rainy. He had great tips for me to keep it nice. I even learned about a Grandi Groomer! Best carpet cleaning service I've ever had. I'm excited to have them come back to do my tile floors!!
