Billy Wood Honda

My fiancee took her car to Billy Wood to get a new key programmed. When we dropped the car off, there was a $300 pair of headphones tucked away in the center console, and when we picked the car up, the headphones were gone. I went to the dealership and asked about the headphones, and the service department employees gave me the run around. I finally spoke to a manager a week later, and he told me that he looked at the security camera footage, but there was a blind spot on the footage, and he didn't see anything. I know that the dealership isn't responsible for anything that is in the vehicle, but they didn't take me seriously and acted like there was no way that their employees could have stolen the headphones. Also, I feel like a car dealership shouldn't have blind spots in their security camera system. I'm never taking a vehicle back to Billy Wood.

do not go to try to fix you car here. Once they know you are trying to fix, Sales men will approach you from right to left trying to get you on a new loan. I've went there over 4 times for the same issue and every time q sales man comes to try to get me to trade my vehicle instead of focusing on whats wrong with my car

Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Was lied to twice by the salesman!!! Where I come from you don’t lie to get a sell. Thankfully it didn’t work out because I went across the street to trotter Nissan and got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted!! With no lies up front!! Shout out to rod and his boy for making this sale possible!!! Go to trotter Nissan NOT Honda of el dorado!!

Absolute despicable and disgusting service, almost lost my car due to an oil leak because of a loose nut. My car engine's integrity is compromised since it was leaking for 10 thousand miles and the oil was not going on the ground because it was spreading all at the bottom of the car and left no spot for me to guess there was an oil leak. Thanks to McClarty Honda who shared with me all the pictures of the messed up service these people did with my brand new car and were honest to tell me everything. The ignorant act should be liable to indemnify for all the losses innocent customers like me had to go through. The psychological effect this experience has left me is unexplainable. Heartbroken.

I went in for an oil change this week on my CRV. After I had paid and gotten home, I received a call from Chasity in the service dept, telling me that they inadvertently charged me for my oil change....that it was still covered under the timeframe/mileage requirement...not exactly sure the acronym she used for that, but she told me they would be reversing the charge on my card. This was my first time at this service dept/dealership. I appreciate the 100% honesty and will continue taking my vehicle there!

Had a very good experience yesterday with Billy Wood Honda. I live in North Western Arkansas but drove almost 4 hours one way to do buisness in El Dorado. They had a great deal on a lightly used vehicle. Denzel was my salesman and was fantastic from start to finish. He talked with me after hours to ensure that my trip down didnt have any surprises. Greg helped me once I got to the dealership and was very helpful. Angela who does the paper work was very fast and helpful explaining differences in warranty options. The Sales manager that I met helped resolve a misunderstanding of mine and was very gracious in resolving that. Though it was a long day of driving, I would do business here again. I don’t usually make bad reviews but I cannot let this one slide. I bought a 4Runner from this place only to have it start having issues within 3 months. I called them and they sent me down the road to the certified Toyota dealer because their computer would not hook up to a Toyota. I have had nothing but pain and suffering from this vehicle that’s been wrecked and when I asked the sales representative during the sale I was lied to. I bought a warranty only for the company(ESC) to tell me they aren’t able to accommodate me because they cover fords. I took it back for them to handle this issue only for them to pass the buck onto the other dealership to be liable. Now the Toyota dealership has fiddled on so long that now I have missed work and have been without my vehicle since October of this past year (2023). I feel that this has been the worst experience I’ve have ever heard of anyone ever having with ANY DEALERSHIP! The better business bureau and my lawyers WILL BE aware of the gross negligence and poor salesmanship that was displayed in this situation.

Bought a 2023 Honda Pilot and it has been nothing but problems since I bought it here. First month of owning the car it went to the shop at Billy Wood 3 times and never got fixed. Now it’s at another Honda shop a 4 time and been there over a month. Billy Wood Honda only cares about the sale. Once you sign the dotted line you are on your own.

So i have bought from them before but, i had my uncle who was the finance manager help me and i loved it cause it was a smooth transaction with me being 2 hours away. The issue i have now is that i was called about my 2019 honda i got the salesman wanted to try to get me into a new car cause he wanted good used inventory. well long story short he butchered the deal and couldnt make a deal. He was at first wanting to lower my notes and got to a 10 dollar difference i was like ad in the taxes and we can see, he was like just think on your color so im like ok maybe i will do it. well i sent him pics of my car and how it looked which is good because i hardly drive it and i have 28k miles on 2019 hybrid touring. This dude comes back with a 550 dollar offer im like how is this a deal i pay 475 for my car now i would be dumb to say yes he then said let me go talk to the manager and see if they can lower it and this was a week ago he didnt reply to my text i sent so now im like nope can't do business with ppl like this or with someone who is obviously about what they can get from me. I sold cars before and this is a big no no dont quote prices if you cant deliver and then ditch the customer cause now im against the practice of this dealer so yea dont deal with them cause they seem to ditch you if they cant benefit and want to raise your price

I viewed a 2023 Honda Pilot EX-L online on Wednesday 8/2/23 and almost immediately had a one on one phone call from Ashley Strickland about seeing the vehicle in person. I was stoked considering there were no pictures, making me think the car wasn’t even in the lot yet. My husband and I headed to the dealership to see the car and left torn due to the price. In the meantime of thinking, Ashley was already quick into looking into cheaper options (less bells and whistles - nothing I couldn’t live without) well after hours. This morning, 8/3/23, after some thought, we decided it was actually a very reasonable deal for a brand new car, not to mention EXACTLY what I wanted in it. I had been in contact with Ashley Strickland before their operating hours to confirm that the deal would be sealed, and the ball went from a slow roll to full steam ahead. All people are different, but I personally love a quick, flawless deal. I showed up and was done with all of my paperwork in 20 minutes. I left the vehicle with them to be washed and fueled up and it was delivered to my work place a few hours later, along with my trade vehicle getting picked up. If you are ever in need of a vehicle, Ashley Strickland is your girl !!!

Very unhappy customer. They have had my car for almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting. Everytime I call, I get a different answer. Last time I will be using them. The people are friendly but I am still waiting to hear from them. Always have to call them.
Took my car back to them because of an oil leak that appeared after I got my car back and the service department management has changed. Had my receipt and told the new guy what I wanted. He told me that they did not work on cars over ten years old. Told me Mr Billy Wood said that. Told me I would need to take it to someone else they recommended. What is going on??!!

I had the experience of a lifetime. Ashley at Billy Woods Honda was outstanding. She got me exactly what i wanted at a deal that was too good to be true. She delivered to my house the perfect Suv for me. I only lived 2 hours away and she made the delivery as easy as it could be. She went over every details with me and made sure I was comfortable with the accessories that Honda offered and set everything up so I did not have to worry over any settings. She took her time to make me feel so comfortable with SUV. This will be my first time to drive a Honda and it has started off great. She found me the right color for inside and outside. You cannot go wrong using her abilities.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you need your vehicle serviced, do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere. It took about 3 days just to get information on what was going on with my car. After 3 more days I came by to pick it up only to find that I was being overcharged on everything they possibly could. They took a $250 part + about 1 hour of work and turned it into a $380 part, 1.5 hours of labor + an overpriced sublet for a locksmith. (About $200)

They also left the base of my steering wheel unclipped because they broke the clips trying to pry it open!

If money matters to you, it'd be best to find a different place to service your Honda.

The worst by far experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They bent over backwards to get you into one, week after purchase have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Called many times to talk with someone about it to no end. There's isn't any response or offer to help. Can't get any call back or answers on how to move forward... Would not recommend, complete waste of time and finance! Poor customer service and the lack of respect is incredible.... My advice don't waste your time or the money you work so hard for. First red flag should have been the sells man that nick named himself "Mr Deal" what a joke!

My best experience at a dealership by far. Ask for CIARA!! She was great and kept following up with me. I called her one morning to see if they had any 2023 HR-Vs available. They did, she got me in one! I traded in a 2023 Toyota Camry SE for my 202e Honda HR-V. I love it. The managers were amazing too, they really took their time and made sure I got the best deal possible. The finance lady was great too, she didn't make me feel rushed when I was signing everything. And she answered any questions I had honestly and thoroughly. 10/10 I recommend getting your Honda here!

Just bought a CRV from Mark, one of the nicest, most helpful salesman we've ever
encountered. He was great, answereing any questions we had and we feel he gave us a fair deal. Angela was helpful and very professional. The only "fly in the ointment" was the fact that we scheduled to pick up our vehicle and had to wait unnecessarily due to the fact that the person responsible for the clean-up, Rusty , just hadn't done it. No other reason offered. Very unprofessional and kept me from giving a 5 star rating.

This has been a horrible experience. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger from them 5 weeks ago, and I learned today that the ball joints need to be replaced . I should not have to make this kind of repair after just 5 weeks. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Billy Wood and didn’t have a problem with any of those vehicles for years. This will be my last purchase from them. I was told that I have a warranty on the vehicle because the parts depreciate fast on the Dodge. This is what they told me! I have been mislead and I am not happy with this.
