Friendly staff… Located off of Rt 50, this store is easy to get in and out of, even during high traffic times.

Personal preference when needing anything construction related or home use. They will work with you on any issue they can.

Went in for 1 thing came out with 6 awesome buys! Employees were friendly and didn't rush us out even tho we were there 20 min before they closed. Finding someone to check us out was a little more difficult than i cared for but overall good experience clean store nice ppl. 4/5 ☆s

The lumber here is well priced and looks surprisingly straight. A little under staffed, but the staff that are here, know where things are or who to ask.

Bridgeport location and staff were as helpful and accommodating as possible. This rating is for their Charleston delivery service. They lost their business $1500 because they never delivered our dryer because we ended up having to get a full refund. We waited for a week for delivery, every day being told “it shows it’s being delivered today… they’ll call you when they’re 30 minutes out”, and never arrived or received a call or text. They were incredibly unprofessional.

Worst store ever no one to assist you in any of the departments ever but you can sure see all the staff are constantly on their phones down on the lumber side of the store and if your paying six people at self check out to sit and play on their phones rather than helping customers in the store your not using your staff wisely or useful

Great experience. Most stores now days you can’t find anyone to even help you in a store. They have employees walking around looking to help you.

Nice clean organized store inside and out. Staff were professional and friendly, offered help multiple times during my visit. Prices in store were very competitive and store offers nice reward program for returning shoppers.

: The workers here are very friendly. I had a lady worker I can't remember her name but it started with a K assist me, she was very kind I wish all workers where as good as her.

UPDATE 3-27-25 I upped my rating to 5 stars since (still low on staff to help) once you get the right people like the gal in paint I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was awesome even pointed out a miss tint she just got back cost $10 for 1 gallon. What a deal for a special color and showed us the other paints and helped us pick out another gallon as well. And included the sticks and the opener for the paint cans which normally they don’t even offer you she was very professional!! we saved loads of money
then Dana in flooring..what an awesome worker she is very professional and so helpful to make sure that you get the right product for installation, if not for her, we would have got the wrong product for the laundry area. You need something that is totally waterproof and she pointed that out and since it was so close to closing, she told us when we come back she would be more than willing to help us find our quarter round and matching stepped downs that match our flooring, etc. she really knows her stuff!! She also helped us get our products up to the register ASAP and have someone there ready to load in our vehicle

He was great absolutely awesome. Kudos to Collin for his loading expertise and professionalism!

3-19-24 ..Previous no picks from this trip since wasn’t available, it I would give them a 5 but they were totally out of roofing nails??? the guy said that they were on special since they were changing brands.. so they sold out of them and I thought to myself; Why would the manager allow that to happen without having the new brands of nails there? I mean they were totally out of roofing nails. I had to leave and go somewhere else to get them..
I like HD however I wish that the staff were much more helpful.. like the other day I asked where something was and the guy barely told me and walked away right towards the item I was looking for.. he could have shown me since he went right past the aisle but No left me high and dry? They need to get it together for Cust. Service.. Because their competitor (no names)are all over their store asking if I find everything I am looking for and takes me directly to items and compares them with me

I hope management does look at these reviews and makes changes otherwise I will be going to their competitor

Home Depot is clean and well stocked. Staff is helpful and friendly. If you can't find what you need, you can get it shipped to either the store or your home. We live in Buckhannon and frequently make the trip to Brigeport to shop here.

Well stocked and helpful staff. My go to for my hardware needs. If you are military make sure to get your discount.

This store always has everything I need for any project in stock, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and the store is always clean and well organized. Typically not very crowded, so you can get in and out quickly. Excellent Home Depot store.
