Kurtis and Alan came to the rescue tonight they gave me an 1hr - 2hr estimated arrival time but got here in 20 mins they were quick to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. Was very informative on the process of everything they were doing all the way up until the problem was fixed. 100/10 would recommend. So thankful they’re a 24/7 business because it was late at night very grateful for there business they provided in a timely manner. Very professional and very commutative. Thanks again!!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from this plumbing company—especially from Alan and Levi. They went above and beyond to help us on a holiday, which already speaks volumes about their dedication.

From the moment they arrived, they were efficient beyond words. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, without cutting any corners. Even more impressive was how kind and professional they were throughout the entire process. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about their customers.

Having plumbing trouble on a holiday was stressful, but Alan and Levi turned it into a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Said they would charge me 299$ an hour from their shop and back. That was high enough. Then they wanted over 1600.00 and said the extra several hundred was to use their equipment- their expensive camera, their snake, etc… the extra was not just parts. These guys are great! Called them after hours for an emergency of busted water line that flooded my house. They were here within minutes! Very professional and honest guys. They even gave us the number of restoration company that was here within hrs to begin flood cleanup.

I had a leak in my pipes causing my ceiling in my kitchen to be wet. Not only did they charge $300 an hour to come out on a Sunday… (costing me over $600) but they charged me even though they couldn’t find the leak. All they did was walk around and stare at things for the first hour, then cut a hole in the ceiling all to tell me they couldn’t find anything… when water was dripping down my wall the night before? Not to mention both men weren’t personable in the slightest. 0/10 recommend…. My friend looked at it once they left and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. So much for professionals I guess.

Midstate, plumbing for the win!!! I needed help at 11pm at night with my Toilets. Both were clogged and I couldn’t find anyone to help. They came in and unclogged my drains and helped clean up my bathrooms. Very professional and nice. I’ll definitely be going back to midstate plumbing if I ever have issues!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous pricing! 1,200 dollars and was not even there for an hour! Advised that their time starts and ends when they leave and get back to their shop that was more than 30 minutes away and were very rude talking about the customer that paid them the ridiculous amount of money!

I want to say Thank You to Midstate Plumbing & Air. I called them for a drain line that was causing me trouble for weeks. They responded within the hour of my call. After getting here in a efficient manner, they went right to work figuring out the issue. Ethan and Jenny were very nice and polite. Ethan showed me on the camera where the problem is and even marked the area to be dug up. Kurtis, Ethan, and Jenny you all are life savers. Anyone in need of a reliable plumber should absolutely give these guys a call. The relief that they gave my family and myself is beyond appreciated.

This company is absolutely horrible ! They came and did a job for my mom charging 2800 which was way more than it was worth but said they guarantee there work! A few days later she found water in the floor and called them to come check it out while they charged her 600 dollars so much for a guarantee!! The owner Kurtis talk to her like a dog had her in tears! They take advantage of the elderly! This company is joke ! BEWARE!!

The guys from Midstate Plumbing & Air that came out to work on our sewer line are some of the hardest working people I’ve seen.

They came out same day I called and didn’t go home until the job was done. Even in the 90 degree heat it didn’t take them much time to dig a deep hole by hand to get to our line and find it to be collapsed. They dug some more, bought supplies, came back, replaced the collapsed pipe, added an access to clean the line if needed, closed it all up and left.

What I paid was very reasonable considering they came out the same day, and they finished the job. These guys mean business!

Bought a new home. 1st problem water lines were NOT connected...how much poured out before we learned that still to be determined. Next water pressure dropped instantly. Tried self diagnosis of the regulator with a pressure gauge. No adjustment worked. Called Midstate Plumbing & Air. Told me about checking the direction of the regulator. It was installed backwards. Thank you for your help and guidance!

I’ve made many mistakes in life. I bought a house built in 1885 in terrible shape in a new town where I don’t know anyone. I trusted a beef jerky beer fart on an airplane and ruined a pair of pants. I grew a ponytail in college.

While these are the choices of a man with subpar forethought, the best decision I have ever made was calling Midstate Plumbing & Air Bridgeport for an emergency plumber when my basement was flooded and I was 3 hours away on business. Kurtis took my call immediately, gave me a fair price and his guys were at my home in less than 15 minutes. They were polite and gentle with my (probably a little hysterical) wife.I will never use any plumbing service beside Midstate Plumbing & Air. 105/5 stars

I’m a Property Manager & needed an emergency plumber to come out and unclog a toilet on Memorial Day Weekend as our property does not currently have a service tech. I called one company that we had used in the past and they were not friendly on the phone, couldn’t give me pricing, couldn’t tell me how long it would be before they came out, etc. Kurtis at Midstate was able to send guys out within an hour. He was friendly and kind on the phone and was able to give me an estimate on pricing up front. I used Midstate last year to install a new HVAC system at my home. They always do great work and I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for any of my personal or business needs.

I contacted Midstate Plumbing on Thursday about a leaking water service line. They were on site Friday morning to start work and were finished the same day replacing approximately 200 feet of line. They are fast, professional, hard working, and friendly! This is a great local company! I would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Came on short notice and unclogged toilet drain. Wife said they got drain unclogged in about 10 min. Works great now.

Alan was amazing! We got ourselves into a bit of a jam trying to rework our drain to install our new bath and he came to our rescue. He was so nice and really knew his stuff! I can’t recommend them enough!

This company is fantastic. I had a company put in a foundation drain, crush my septic line, and then cover it up. Midstate’s employees came out at 9:00p found where the pipe was, dug 5 feet down, and repaired it in less than three hours. I can not recommend this company enough

Midstate Plumbing and Air came to the rescue today. They offer 24/7 service. My water heater went bad last night. I called them this morning. I needed a specific size water heater to fit a tight spot. It was at a very difficult place to get to. They had to get it around the gas and various other lines from my furnace. They located the proper size water heater, came out and worked in a difficult situation. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all my questions. Definitely recommend!

Great service called then on a day it was -10 so they were definitely busy came out within few hours unfortunately what was broken they couldn’t fix it was on the city side of things but they were helpful in telling me who I need to get ahold of and they drove an hour to make a house call free of charge 10/10 would recommend

After an emergency water leak on service line leaving me with no water and no one would come out. In the drop of a hat they had there crew from one job to my house with in the hour and fixed in 3!! Highly recommend this company and crew are awesome!!!! Big thank to midstate plumbing.

About 5pm water stoped coming out of pipes. So I got on American Waters website to see if there was a main line break or a reason for the outage and saw no notification. Proceeded to go down in my cellar to check for leaks and noticed over an inch of water sitting on the ground and panicked thinking there was a leak. Called Midstate a little after 5pm and spoke to Kurtis explaining the situation. He gave me a breakdown of their pricing and told me he could have someone there SAME NIGHT within an hour. I gave him the ok to send his guys and in less than an hour’s time two gentleman came with a truck full of inventory and enough lighting to work in the dark. After a few minutes of looking and finding no potential leak they wondered if a main line was shut off. I called my neighbors and found out they too were without water. So at this point I felt like a fool even though I checked the website for water outages and it showed NONE. They guys did another air test to try and find a leak but found no issue at hand and came to the conclusion the water in the cellar may be from melting snow running down from the gutters. KURTIS called me after the guys left just to check in and informed me to keep an eye on the pipes once the water came back and if there was any problem at all he would have his guys come back. From the first phone call to the last Kurtis and his guys were very helpful, upfront, and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Thank you for your time and patience.

Woke up to frozen water pipes. Mid-state Plumbing were the first and only ones to answer their phones. Had guys out to the house within 30 min of calling. Price was a little high, but for quick, emergency service you have to do what you have to do. Guys were very professional and were very helpful with suggestions on what to do since this house was just built differently.

I just moved here from out of state and was in a pickle and found this company last night at 9:30 and they were today. Fixed my hot water heater & told me about another issue that needs to be fixed. I will be using them again. The 2 guys were very professional and polite. Thank you guys!!

BEWARE! The owner Kurtis scammed me for over $5,000 so I had to file a chargeback on my credit card. If you need an emergency service answered quickly and you have lots of money, then these guys might work for you. But if you want quality work, parts and guarantees AVOID!

I was told a team of plumbers could do my project for $179 an hour plus parts. One plumber showed up with an apprentice in training. They took about 12 hours to complete the work, and left a huge muddy mess tracked all through the house, asking if I wanted them to clean it up, but for $179 an hour I said no.

They used foam pipe instead of PVC, left the bathroom drain dripping badly, all connection lines to water supply in the wrong size, the kitchen faucet installed backwards, none of the holes cut were sealed back up, and the toilet flange was installed too low for the tile to be added (despite me specifically asking about it). The whole sewer line wasn't levelled and left with no slope. a month later and I still can't bury it because I have to replace with actual PVC. they left for an hour for lunch and charged me $179 for their lunch.

Given the hourly rate and my knowledge of parts I estimated somewhere around $2,000 at initial agreement. Kurtis said yeah, around there but don't hold me to it.

After the work was completed, Kurtis called me and gave me a total of $6,255. I was shocked and asked if he was tripling or quadrupling the price of parts and he said, no only a slight up-charge on parts. The price was so high, he said, because only top of the line quality parts were used and it was backed by a lifetime warranty. I hesitated on giving my credit card and he assured me that I would get an itemized parts list the following Monday and that my card wouldn't be charged until I saw the breakdown.

The next day I tried to finish the unfinished job, and drove back and forth to the parts store to find that the connections were installed in the incorrect size for supply lines. I texted the plumber who didn't respond. The owner Kurtis phoned me instead and I told him about the wrong sized lines, low toilet flange and dripping leaks from all crimped connections. He said the plumber would come out and fix. The plumber came back and fixed his apprentices mistakes, and also connected the bathroom sink. He said "I worked on it for an hour but couldn't get it to stop leaking". So he left and I got a call from Kurtis again stating the full amount for another $1,000 for all hours spent fixing the previous mistakes!

After waiting a few days for the promised parts list, I noticed my credit card had been charged for both visits for over $7,200. I had not even seen an invoice, never mind signing one.

I texted Kurtis and repeatedly requested the promised parts list and lifetime warranty in writing but got ignored. He just accused me of making my own narrative and gaslit me for their scamming practices. I contacted the accountant, owner, and office by text, email, and facebook business page, but no reply. The last I heard was that if I wanted a refund they could come rip out all the work they did and to answer my phone when they called. (they never called).

I spent hours and hours drawing the diagrams, making a list of all parts used, pricing them out, and documenting everything for my credit card charge back. After making the parts list and pricing at Lowes the total came to under $700 which he had the audacity to charge me over $3,800 for just in parts (an over 500% upcharge!!)

The disrespect shown by this company for my time and money is quite shocking. Kurtis had done nothing but be dishonest with me so I won't be surprised if he replies to this review with morel lies. Wouldn't be surprised in fact, if most of these positive reviews come from accounts made by Kurtis.

Just all around a horrible experience. Treated like I am stupid, when I am a DIY-selfer and I could have researched and done it on my own for less than $700 but trusted these jerks and got scammed over 5K.

Responded to my initial request within minutes and made arrangements to come out the same day. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in no time and were on their way.

I am constant need of services for commercial and residential properties, and Midstate Plumbing is the only company I call. Working with them is a entirely different experience than any other plumber. Your initial call is always answered on the first ring, 24/7, by Kurtis, rather than some automated callback service or voicemail. Then, these guys come running! The response from Kurtis is always, "I'll send them now." Others call back the next day and then schedule you days later. And in 15 minutes here they are, polite to everyone, with paper boots covering their shoes and cleaning as they go. This level of customer experience alone is enough to keep my business. But beyond this, prices are fair, everyone is knowledgeable, they have all top-level equipment ready on the truck, and they communicate with messages and photos showing problems and progress. Most importantly, the problem is always fixed. It's one call, and I go back to focusing on my business.

We have thirty people coming for Thanksgiving and these guys came in hot and crushed it! Saved our holiday because they were so damn good! AWESOME!

My experience with Midstate was excellent. I called about a very strong but intermittent sewer smell in the house I rent. They came immediately, I mean it really couldn’t have been a faster turn around time. Once here, they located sources of 4 different sewer gas leaks within 10 minutes and began repairs. Everything was explained to me, both before they came out (fees, work guarantees, etc.) and on site (nature of problems, solutions, etc.) They were polite, professional, thorough, and cleaned up after. All problems were fixed quickly and satisfactorily. They even called later in the day to ensure that the smell was indeed resolving. I highly recommend Midstate. They did an excellent job!
