My husband and I recently purchased a new 2025 Atlas after my Buick Encore GX was totaled in an accident. Due to my old car being a total loss, buying a new car had to happen quickly. We found the atlas we bought online and contacted the dealership. We worked with Kameron Fisher who was an amazing sells man! We live in Pittsburgh PA and having Kameron there to help us ensure we had all the proper documents made the buying process so easy. It was a number of phone calls and emails back and forth BUT it was all easy and pleasant as we felt Kameron was working as hard as he could to make sure we were happy. Not only did we come to a great agreement with price, Kameron also stayed almost 2 hours after closing waiting for us to get there! Once we got there while my husband signed papers, Kameron took my outside and showed me all the things the Atlas does and how to access everything I would need. I may live 2 hours from the dealership but I foresee my husband and I making the driver when it times to trade in this car for a new one and I hope we get to work with Kameron again!

All I can say is I was incredibly indecisive on Tuesday. My brother sent me to the VW dealership to test drive the Tiguan.
The dealership itself is gorgeous. The car handles like a dream, and the sales team took great care of me (shoutout to Josh!).
I had a great experience.

I called this dealership 4 times over the course of 3 days to get a quote on some service work for my Volkswagen and they suck in the service department. No one ever returns my calls like they said and they always leave you on hold for a long time, nobody knows anything. What a disgrace and this is a dealership.

The best car buying experience I’ve had! Very transparent and sales consultant was very helpful and was able to relate to my needs in a car. My sales consultant even brought my car down from another dealership the next day so I was able to get my car soon as possible. Can’t stop talking about my new car as well as the amazing service!

Took car there this morning a Volkswagen tried to tell us it’s $185 for each diagnostic test with a bumper-to-bumper warranty and the car is only two months old transmissions coming out. It has a short dash it’s just generally a piece of crap the service suck, people were not helpful couldn’t even tell us what the warranty covered

Very Professional staff and service team, they are always easy to work with and make any requested arrangements with ease. An enthusiast based service team allows for better communication and understanding of details to the customer.

Great experience at Volkswagen of Clarksburg! My wife bought a new Atlas from them recently. A very easy process, from determining which Atlas to buy, to getting a quote, to getting a final rock-bottom price, and finally to end it with the Finance Dept. (Chris & Austin) to close the deal! The bonus that we are very grateful for is how the Sales Manager, David Higgins, resolved a misunderstanding on our part about an all-weather cargo mat being offered with the car. Long story short, David graciously made my wife's day by offering this cargo mat to us, when he did not need to, since it did not come with the car. To me, that is great customer service, and a great way to retain our interest in being a future customer of this dealership. Thank you David and Volkswagen of Clarksburg! We will continue to 'spread the word' of our positive experience at this dealership. Great customer service!!

Mixed experience here; bought a new ‘23 Jetta GLI a year ago and was thrilled with the service I got initially. Austin in sales helped me through the whole process and was a fantastic communicator, very transparent, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to hustle another car out the door.

After that, I purchased several service packages and warranties on the car which I believed would make service much cheaper on the vehicle because I drive a lot for work (will be about 30k at the turn of a full year). When it came time to actually put them to use, there was very little transparency on what was actually covered through them, and I could never get through to the dealership to get a straight answer via phone. Very frustrating because I live about an hour from the dealership.

Marcus in service has single-handedly saved my experience. He helped me get to the bottom of my service and warranty questions, got me in early on the schedule several times while in a pinch, and has been someone I’ve greatly enjoyed talking to while I’m there. Always gives practical advice over trying to upsell, and he’s smart for doing so. 10/10 customer service on his part, and for that I’ve been extremely grateful.

Service itself has also been a mixed bag. Had new tires put on and now have scratching and chips on where the mounting machine met the rim which I’ll have to now find the time to get fixed. Also to note, they haven’t been horribly slow during the times I’ve brought it in, but not fast either, and pricing for service although not insane is certainly at the higher end of the spectrum.

At this point, I will probably continue to go back just to support Marcus and the great work he does, but not sure if I’ll buy here again.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. I worked with Kameron, started out mainly getting information online via email and text then transitioned to in person once we decided to test drive. He was able to get me everything I needed in a timely fashion, and was never pushy. It was quite refreshing. I purchased a 2022 Volvo, and I felt the process was very smooth and just an overall great experience! Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra from this dealership and the sales person was nothing but accommodating! Kameron made the entire process quick and easy. He was very open and understanding to someone who has never purchased a new vehicle before.

This was one of the best automotive repair experiences I have had. Marcus and the service works well as a team. I have owned 39 cars since I was 16 ...this was a great experience. Why in the world when a customer calls your dealership the call goes to Kentucky to someone you can't understand???

I knew there would be some challenges with purchasing this vehicle, as I live out of state. But the staff at VW Clarksburg made the buying process very easy. Most of the correspondence was through text and email, and the team members I interacted with were polite and informative.

Great service. Our car was out of commission for an extended time. The staff quickly got us a loaner car and kept us updated on the car's status.

Kevin was amazing! He called me with updates after my car was fixed and also called me a few days after to see how my car was doing!

I live in Pittsburgh, and I had been thinking about getting a Volkswagen Golf R for months. When I went to a local dealership and asked how I might go about getting one, the salesman chuckled and said, "Pray." Well, apparently the folks at Volkswagen Clarksburg answer prayers because 24 hours and a 200-mile round trip to West Virginia later, and I am now driving an R.

In all seriousness, when I came home from the local dealership, I went to the Volkswagen site, put in the specs for the car I wanted, and did an inventory search. When I saw that Volkswagen Clarksburg had the car I wanted (which was pretty darn lucky because R's don't stay on lots for long, hence the pray joke made by the local salesman), I reached out to them online. Within no time (I'm pretty sure it was only about 15 minutes later), I was speaking with Chris on the phone, and we set up a visit for the next day.

After the 100-mile drive to get to the dealership, I was met by Chauncy, who was super welcoming and immediately expressed his appreciation for me making the trip. Chauncy and Chris made me feel right at home over the next couple of hours as they evaluated my trade, made me a very fair offer, walked through the details of getting the deal done, and then gave me an overview of my awesome new car.

I plan on keeping my R for a long time, but when I am ready for my next car, I will absolutely consider making the 200-mile round trip to work with Chris and Chauncy again. Thanks so much for a really great experience, fellas.

This dealership has absolutely been the best Volkswagen dealer I've ever been to. The service staff were super helpful and friendly. I had complete updates through the entire service of my vehicle.

Courteous employee - he explained all the items that needed done. Work was done in a very timely manner. Excellent service. facility is clean and comfortable

The service manager was very polite and prompt. The automated messaging made it easy to review service status and authorize additional services resulting from the multi-point inspection.

Kevin Devono was absolutely exceptional all around. He explained in detail exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and answered any questions that I had. He is knowledgeable and very professional, and he makes you feel comfortable when you don’t have a lot of knowledge about vehicles. I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my car to get routine maintenance thanks to Kevin and the other amazing employees there!

I had to take my Atlas in for a recall and faulty air bag. The dealership was quick with scheduling me in and providing me with a rental car for 2.5 months. The length of service was no fault to the dealership. They did communicate well through the experience.

Once I got scheduled, the service I needed was completed quickly, and they were able to take care of two additional items that came up during the inspection as well. The service was great.

Austin gave us a great first experience buying our Atlas. The process was quick and so smooth. 10 out 10 recommend easiest experience we’ve ever had!

Mark is hands down fantastic to deal with . Upon arrival of me and my wife, Mark was waiting there ready for our check in like a night in shining armor ready to go to war and slay the dragon in the ivory tower. He even asked if there was any additional things that were a concern to us that we would like him to go over while the car was there. Mark is no doubt a asset to Volkswagen/Audi of clarksburg.

Marcus was awesome to work with. My car was unexpectedly deemed "unsafe to drive" while waiting for a part for the airbag deployment system, and Marcus helped me get a loaner vehicle so I could still travel for a work-related event. I really appreciate the swift response to the dilemma and the prompt updates about the status of my car's repairs. It was great customer service and my car seems to be having no issues now.

I’m not a bad review guy. I hate when people just throw things online to hurt others. But, in this case I really feel like I have no other choice. The absolute worst. I have a VW Passat I bought in PA. It didn’t even make it home from the dealership before it broke down. On my way, it had “oil pressure” errors and told me to stop the vehicle. Thankfully, the dealership I worked with was pretty cool about it and told me to take it to the VW Garage in Clarksburg and have them repair it and they’ll cover costs. Well, I dropped it off, waited 2 weeks with no reply or update or anything. I drove by and the car was parked in the same place I left it so I called to see what was up. They said they’d look at it that day. Later, they called and said everything was good and that it was all paid for etc and ready to be picked up. On my way home, less than a mile away, the same warning light came back on and it sounded like the engine was going to explode. So, now I’ve lost the chance for the dealership I worked with to pay for anything. You’d think working with an official VW dealer would mean you get better service but you absolutely do not. I’m convinced they didn’t even look at it. Don’t go here!

After buying a Volkswagen at this dealership. Driving home I received several alerts about my vehicles tire monitoring system. This occured on interstate 79. I pulled over to make sure the tires were inflated to right pressure and to visually inspect the tires . Two days later after hitting a pothole. I received two flat tires. The vehicle was towed back to the dealership, at their request.. I was told I needed two tires. This occurred on a Monday. I was informed the tires would be there Thursday. The tires did not arrive until the following Tuesday. The vehicle was moved two times by service department, on 2 flat tires. Now, they tell me I need 2 new rims. The sales team was wonderful. Service has been an absolute nightmare

VW Touareg broke down on interstate while traveling. Mike the service manager and Katie the Service advisor were very helpful and easy to deal with. Fit me into a very busy schedule and got my vehicle fixed and back on the road as soon as they could.

Awesome selection of cars! Our lease is up in a couple of months so we wanted to get a head start shopping for our next car. The salesman Ray Thompson was incredible. His knowledge of the cars overwhelmed me. I found my new car sales guy going forward !

I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have them serviced here as well. The team here is one of the best around. Always trying to give the best service possible. The complimentary car wash is pretty awesome as well. Parts always has the part I need either in stock or next day. Will be doing some service again here soon. Again I highly recommend this dealership.
