I had the worst experience with this company. Last year, we hired them to install a new roof. We were told the job would take 2–3 days, but it dragged on for nearly six weeks.

We specifically requested the chimneys to be removed, and I regret that decision immensely. The managers, Toni and Matt, had never removed a chimney before. In the process, they ended up tearing down part of the wall beneath it—and then refused to fix it, claiming it was now my responsibility!

Naively, I paid them extra to fix the damage, but all they did was cover it with plywood and glue facade stones on top. When I refused to pay until the issue was properly resolved, they threatened to charge me an additional 10%.

To make matters worse, the new roof leaked into our bedroom, and it took them two weeks just to fix the leak. They never even repaired the damage it caused inside.

Avoid this company at all costs. Avoid Toni and Matt. They are dishonest, and I regret ever working with them.

This company was an utter nightmare. As new homeowners, we chose North Central Business Solutions to replace our roof in the summer of 2023. The salesman Tony oversold the abilities of the roofing team when he said they were experts at removing a defunct chimney top and the skill of the team. Matt Fisher was the team manager and he was an utter nightmare. When removing the chimneys as agreed upon before the work began, the workers removed not only the chimney top to the roofline but one the entire side of house. When we addressed this with Tony and Matt, we were given the run around until we the homeowners ended up adding the additional cost in our loan to pay for the roof just to be sure it was repaired before the cold weather set in. Additionally, they never put flashing on the one chimney they said couldn’t be removed after construction began, so the roof leaked for weeks into our bedroom which has resulted in damaged plaster, woodwork, and paint. This company was such a nightmare to deal with, and we were new and clueless homeowners that we just wanted rid of them. Please choose any other company and don’t even get a quote from NCBS.

Great customer service great work they will work with you fast and dependable have more projects to do will youse them again. They cleaned up the mess and haul it off they really should get 10 stars Thank for the good work pleasent experance Wes.

Would recommend Wes and his crew to anyone. We had a late evening emergency with our roof leaking and calling for storms all night. After multiple calls to multiple businesses who advertise 24/7 emergency, Wes was the only one who answered the call. Living in Pittsburgh, it was a 2 hour drive and he made the trip. He was able to tarp the leak during a rainstorm. He was very involved with the homeowners insurance representative and fought hard to get our roof covered. He was in constant communication with updates. His crew came in and finished the job in one day. Wes is very trustworthy and does the job right!

My husband and I built our house in bridgeport just a little over 2 years ago. After moving in we began to notice a slow leak in our roof. Over time that slow leak became a major issue causing us to have to rip a hole in the ceiling of our garage. Our contractor who built our home wouldn’t come to look at it or help us getting it resolved even though it started just after we moved in and had a few heavy rains. After dealing with this for so long we decided to take matters into our own hands and call north central building solutions.

Wes and his crew are phenomenal! They came out and took a look at our roof just a couple days after I called and discovered that the original roofers didn’t put flashing on parts of the roof causing us to have water leaking in our garage every time it rained. Within a week or 2 they came out and fixed our roof and I’m so happy to say we haven’t had a leak since!

They are professional, quick and take pride in their work so they ensure things are done right. Would definitely recommend them to any family and friends that need their services.

I would recommend North Central Building Solutions to anyone that needs a roof and or gutters. My neighbor hired them first, to replace there soffit and gutters. I was so impressed with their work ethic that I had them replace my garage roof and gutters.

I have nothing but great things to say about Calvin Bench and North Central Bldg Solutions. My 88 yr old Aunt and I contacted Calvin about an estimate for a new roof and unfortunately we will have to wait until spring to get a new roof, but Calvin came to our rescue and has taken upon himself to repair the roof until spring for us. Mike L. set me up with a quote for a new roof with my requested roofing shingle, broke it all down for me, answered all my questions and concerns and set everything up for the crew to get started. He let me know in advance when they were coming and stayed in contact with me through until the end. Matt, one of the owners, showed up with his crew, introduced himself, applied for all the required permits needed, and was very nice to deal with. They got the job done in a timely manner, the clean up was amazing and the roof is gorgeous! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for roof repairs or replacements. They even drove 2 hours to get it done. Call them!

My husband and I purchased our first home and knew, walking into the property, that the roof was going to need replaced soon after. Prior to closing and with our realtor’s recommendation, we reached out to Tony to check the integrity of the wood in the attic. Tony gave me his number and answered or returned every one of our calls. He answered all of our questions and made the process super simple and clear. We were actually able to move up our roof date and Tony and his team started at 7:30am that morning and was done by 1:30pm that same day!! Tony and his team were super friendly and efficient. When I returned from work, there was no sign that any contractor had been on the property, as it was completely spotless (other than the brand new roof, of course). Paid this company up front which was a big mistake because they didn't complete the work and just took my money and ran. They left nails and trash all through my yard and porch, they failed to do a clean up. Causing danger to my pets and kids. Said they were going to replace any wood work so siding could be hung properly and they lied and just put up the siding over bad boards that I paid them to replace. Now I have huge waves all through the siding, they cut my satellite cables, broke all my porch lights and destroyed my gutters, and didn't even hang up what they took down. Also removed my vents and just left holes on my house. Also cut with a saw my house and left big holes and didn't fix this as well. I also had in the contract to be completed which was soffit and facia which as you can see in the photos they did not do.

Was very pleased with the work done. Only roofers that mentioned my insurance company might cover the cost on some of this and about 75% of the roof was covered when I had all new wood/shingles refinished on a 2000+ sq ft house and 1 car garage. Cannot complain with quality work done and my homeowners insurance covering most of the cost. Would recommend.

When my roof was damaged during a storm I called around to get a few estimates when I called these guys they were very polite and professional they came out to my house the same day for a estimate and had a full estimate ready in a hour I called 4 other companies for quotes and 2 of them tried to charge me before coming to look at it north central came out same day and had a estimate in less then a hour for me and beat everyone prices they finished the repairs in 2 days and cleaned everything up around my house better then I had top notch crew would highly recommend

I watched the crew work on Leesons.
Motor Sports in Bridgeport and their efficiency and professionalism was impressive. The roof had been damaged from a wind storm and I was talking with my coworkers about our empathy for leesons. But with North Central Building Solutions quick work their roof was repaired and looking better than it had before. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone looking for roofing solutions.

These guys are the best! Super timely and efficient and the roof couldn’t look better. Very reasonable price as well as easy to work with. Highly recommend them, wouldn’t go with anyone else.

The reps from North Central were great. Half of my roof got blown off during one of the recent wind storms- they were able to keep us dry as they guided me through the insurance process. The install was smooth, they protected my flowers and shrubs. When they finished, they cleaned the ground really well. I hope to never need a roof again but if I do, I will use these guys.

These guys rock!! I called them to look at my mother in-laws house after it was damaged in a recent wind storm. Matt and Wes know how to handle insurance companies. Highly recommend if you think you have storm damage. Super professional service.

I am thoroughly pleased with our experience. Matt worked incredibly well with our insurance adjuster to make sure every ounce of damage was addressed and repaired correctly. He walked us through the process and was knowledgeable, professional, and just a good guy. The crew was efficient and hard working, finishing the job in a day. They cleaned up so well that, aside from the great work, you’d never know they were here. I can’t recommend NCBS highly enough.

Edit to original review -- Wes looked into my complaint and helped us work things out. I have retracted my one star review based on the resolution of the situation. I hope to work with them again in the future for our roofing needs.

I wasn't expecting that I would need to leave a negative review for this company, but unfortunately I cannot recommend North Central Building Solutions based on my experience.
They came to our home months ago to repair and replace a leaky roof vent, this repair was not successful as the roof continues to leak whenever it rains. We reached out to them in hopes of getting someone out before we experience further damage from water leaking into our home. After leaving 2 messages with their staff and sending 3 emails, there has been no communication in return. I understand that summer is a busy season for roofing companies, but after a month of trying and not receiving any attempts of communication on their end is a bit disappointing. Not all customers need a full on roof replacement, it is a shame that smaller roof repair projects seem to be overlooked by roofing companies.

They did an excellent job. Price was reasonable and they completed the job in one day. Left no mess, couldn’t even tell they had been there. Very pleased and will use them for another house next spring.

We attempted to do business together as I have a auto repair facility in which I was going to do some repairs to a vehicle for them. At first everything seemed fine we discussed what needed to be done and a go ahead was given to order parts which I did. But when it came time for them to pay for the parts of has been a childish battle since to even try and get in contact with them. I have talked with two different owners with no avail both very unprofessional as in responding back to phone calls or texts messages. Very disappointed and aggravated is all I can say. I had to pay out a good amount of money for parts to then have to call and plead with the parts company to just have them returned and still the car sets on my lot in my way with no response from them. Very sad. If there was an option for no stars that’s exactly what they would get from me!

These guys are top notch! I dealt mostly with Matt for our particular project. These guys are very busy but Matt called or came out several times to keep us in the loop as they were nearing an actual start date for our roof. They also said that they give priority if your roof is actively leaking which I thought was very nice. I was worried as we were nearing late fall and the weather does not usually cooperate that time of year. A project that I thought would take a week or more was complete within a day and half! The crew works together very efficiently and very hard. Everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. They were very polite to my wife and I which means a lot also. They did an excellent job with the cleanup and took measures to prevent any damage to our home, shrubs, etc. I was very happy with the end result, our roof looks great! I definitely would recommend NCBS to anyone that has roof/gutter work that needs to be done.

After roof damage due to a storm, I called this small business up and they took care of our roof immediately. NCBS recently installed a new roof on my house. It is a relatively large roof and they completed the job in one day! They were very professional and cleaned up so well you would not have known that they were there. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

I recently used this new Savannah, Georgia roofing company and just had to review how amazing of a job they did! I chose them because they were offering free estimates, but stayed with them for their outstanding customer service. The owner, Matt, was there as well and even climbed on the roof to get me photos to confirm I was happy with the installation.

I could not be more pleased with the work done by NCBS! I have a very steep roof so it was not an easy task. Every step of the way they handled everything very professionally. The weather also wasn’t cooperating that week but they were able to get it done in one day, staying there from sun up to sun down. They showed up the next day to add some finishing touches and clean everything up. All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly and actually cared about my concerns and what I needed done. Matt stayed in contact with me the entire day to keep me posted on how it was going. My roof looks great and I am so relieved to have it done. They will be installing new gutters soon as well. I highly recommend them!

I would like to say Wes and his company are very professional and friendly to work with. I reached out to the company over Labor Day weekend thinking I would hear from them on Tuesday after Labor Day. However I received a response Sunday evening and we met Tuesday evening and later that week we had an agreement for the work to be performed. Wes worked within our budget which we are thankful for. When the work was performed it took the workers four hours to complete the job replacing the roof and cleanup. The soffit and facia repair and gutter replacement went smoothly as well. I would highly recommend Wes and his company for all roofing and building needs.

Matt and Wes are extremely friendly and easy to work with! We had a few active leaks occur while waiting for insurance portion to finalize/ before we were able to start on the replacement. Matt did the temporary fixes himself in attempts to stop the leaks for the time being. Our house is around 2200sq ft and it took their crew 1 day - 10.5 hours - to remove old roof, make repairs to underlying wood, install new roof and clean up. They follow up days and weeks after the installation and repairs to make sure the work was done efficiently. Matt will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and goes smoothly. Will recommend and have already recommended Matt and his business to several people we know.

A PERFECT DECK!! I don’t think we could’ve even imagined our deck would have turned out so well! We decided to throw a curveball and make changes to the plans after they had already started and more supplies were ordered, delivered, and the deck was still finished on the timeline they had originally laid out. I couldn’t be happier with this company! Matt Fisher walked us through the process ahead of time. They were the only ones out of the several companies we called to actually come to the house and look at the roof in person before giving the quote.

The my had the roof finished in less than half a day and did a great job! Communication throughout the process was excellent and made us feel comfortable. Reasonably priced (they’re worth more than they charge for sure).

Wes and crew did an excellent job with my roof replacement. The whole process took 9 days, from initial contact to finish, with 1.5 of those days in the actual roof replacement. And this was during the height of the season and after I had called 5 different roofers. The costs was extremely competitive. They kept the worksite clean and protected my wife's plants and flowers ( a must for my peace and quiet). I strongly recommend Wes and company for your roofing needs.

Wonderful! They were on time and communicated daily leading upto the job. Even now they still check in to make sure we are happy with the job and that it is still doing good. Super fast as well. We had an estimate, signed a contractn two days later and a week later they had the roof on. Started early in the morning and were around lunch. Workers were polite and Wes, the owner was amazing. I would definitely reccomend.

Matt & Wes were very easy to work with always got back to me in a timely manner. No pressure to get the job. Worked well with insurance company. The job is very professional, all mess cleaned up. The crew started at 7:30 am and were finished before I got home at 2:30 pm. No waiting for ever to get it done, even with rain & insurance company, only 2 weeks time from quote to finish. I am very pleased with their work and feel comfortable in recommending them.

Matt was super helpful from the moment I contacted him about helping with our wind damaged roof. He came out to put a tarp on the roof the same day I called and worked with us as we battled insurance for four months on our claim. He helped ensure we received what was owed to us when the insurance company tried to low ball a repair figure. He not only informed us of various things to consider, he worked directly with our insurance company as well.

The roof replacement was wonderful and his crew took less then three hours to replace most of our roof. Matt communicated with me regularly including evenings and weekends.

North Central Building Solutions replaced my roof, gutters, and downspouts on a house that was built in the early 70’s. This typically isn’t a fun process I started with getting quotes from three different companies which NCBS came in under the other two companies with including gutters and downspouts. Wes Hanson did the quote once I signed the contract they were there the next day. Wes told me they’d be there by 7a and be done by 11:30a I definitely had my doubts but sure enough they were done and not only was I satisfied but so were the neighbors as they got quotes on their homes as well. NCBS was extremely professional, prompt, and cleaned up after they were finished I would highly recommend them to anyway.
