The Home Depot - Vienna, WV

Trying to figure out why this store is having a sale on appliances but yet I go there to spend about $4000 I’m told would have to wait till 11:30 am for the sales person to come in!! Because not even the store manager could not help!! Way to go Vienna wv Home Depot!! Will never go there again!! 5/25/25

This is my most favorite place to shop. When you own a home, you get great deals here for a very reasonable price

I was at the Vienna, W.VA store today. The employee Kyran L. was walking by and was kind enough to inquire if I needed assistance. I definitely did. He helped me in the plumbing dept. He went out of his way to assist me with cutting PVC pipes. Extremely satisfied with Home Depot.

People were nice and knowledgeable about where the stuff for us but somebody in the best followed me around the whole place make me feel like a criminal won't go back

Kyle helped my husband and I pick out a fridge to our needed specifications (we had a height restriction). He was very helpful and explained everything to us throughly and we felt very confident on the product we are going to receive. We were very happy with our service and cannot wait to get our new fridge!

My pickup item was ready and everyone was polite. The young man who helped take my bag to the car because it was too heavy for me it was super nice.

It's a big box store, they have paint, lumber, tools, and everything else a home improvement store should have, but they don't have enough staff, we are remodeling our kitchen and searched for 10 minutes before we found an employee who had no clue what she was doing, couldn't answer simple questions, after we decided to try and find what we needed our selves. It would be a nice place to shop if they would run a full staff.

I was there buying spray paint for an oven and everyone was happy to help. I love the customer service, will go next time I need anything

Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. We bought an LG Washtower. Took the delivery men 5 visits to hook up the appliance because they brought too short of lines. Then they didn't hook up the dryer vent which caused trip 5. My home now smells like gas. They sent a racist repair man out that accused Mexicans of delivering it, which they were white guys from WV so he shows his racism and decided to replace every part on the machine. Still hasn't returned after 3 weeks. Home Depot will not help or replace the machine. Once 48 hours is up they wash their hands of you. BEWARE. Do not buy any appliances from them. Do not give them your money. DO NOT BUY from Home Depot. Buy anywhere else

I love Home Depot. I’m a Home Depot pro and also genuinely appreciate the military discount. As a company, there’s none better. But the Home Depot in Vienna is absolutely the worst run store in the country. Dirty, always multiple safety issues in the isles, etc. Also, expect to wait a very long time for any curb side pickups that aren’t in a small shopping bag. Last time I purchased curb side lumber there I waited 56 minutes for my order. Most of which was badly bowed and torn wood that had to be exchanged. This added another half hour. Total waste of time. Pros, go elsewhere. It’s a shame what the store has become and how poorly managed it is.

In the garden center there was a young man and woman and they were very helpful and lovely they deserve a raise

Had to install Cedar Split Rail Fencing at corner of our property.
Went Lowes since it was a mile away and was told by garden cashier that they do not carry it in stores no longer that need to order from there online and have shipped to our location, but with more rain coming in next day or so i was needing it at time.
Decided to head up in Vienna to Home Depot to see if they carried the Cedar Split Rail Fencing sure enough they did each section (1 Corner Post, 2 End Post, 4 Rails) pricing ran at $112.00 plus tax a corner section, which was not to bad of cost.
Loaded it all up arrived home, used post hole digger and dug below frost line and installed all posts secured all posts in place and bolted each rail to each post for more stability.
Once done it turned out Great which will do the job of marking boundary.

If you’re a driver delivering to this store, you will be here forever. They have no ambition to get you unloaded. Arrived at 7:45am for a 8am delivery appointment, still waiting 2 hours later. I’m usually very patient with a lot of these places but my day gets longer the longer they take to unload me.

I love the garden section here! This may be the nations smallest Home Depot but it has a great selection of healthy plants that are wonderfully taken care of! Keep up the great work team!

Wide selection of building materials. Many employees there to assist with your needs. Generally always have 2 manned check outs.
