Hunter was amazing to work with. He listened to what we were looking for. Came to the house quickly and gave a fair price for our roof replacement. I would highly recommend calling him for any roof repairs/replacement etc.

I paid $800 in May 2024 to have my roof patched. In December, the shingles blew off. I contacted the company and was told it would be fixed before the end of the year. That never happened. The shingles they dropped off just sat on the sidewalk while my roof continued to leak. In January 2025, it was finally "fixed." Now it’s May 2025 and the shingles have blown off again. The roof is leaking again and it’s causing even more damage to my home. When I followed up, I was told that “those shingles are hard to stick” and that it’s not covered, but they were quick to take my $800 last year. So, if you are seeking a roof repair, I highly advise AGAINST using these people.

After the inspection Hunter was very detailed on what needed to be replaced and how they could help. He was very quick getting back to us with shingle options and what the next steps were after we decided to go with them. I called Design Roofing to have someone come out to check out a roof leak. A young man named Hunter Childers came out and gave his assessment. Hunter was awesome and very honest! It turned out to be a problem with the windows which we could fix ourselves. In the world we live in today, it was such a sigh of relief to have such excellent customer service. Process started just fine. New roof was installed, slightly late due to weather, but that is not their fault. Small section of roof is rubber and was not included in the quote. First rain after install, roof was leaking on both sides of the rubber portion. It has now been weeks and has rained multiple times. I've spoken with them several time and keep getting the runaround. They have told me they would get back to me several times about patching it and/or giving a new quote for the rubber roof section of the house. I have basically been lied to multiple times about what they would do and when they would update me. Very displeased.

I was referred to this company from a larger roofing company and called to get some shingles replaced that blew off in a storm. They were scheduled to show up and never did. I called the next day and was told someone would call me back and never did. Meanwhile I had to scramble to find someone to replace the shingles that blew off, as it was causing a leak in the roof. If you actually need something done, this is not the right company. Either lack of communication internally or just poor service, either way you will be looking for someone else anyway.

Brett came to check our roof for a leak. There was no sign of roof damage from the exterior, but he went one step further and got into the attic to check and sure enough there's an AC leak.

Great Company! They installed our new roof around 5 years ago. Was impressed with everything they did from the estimate thru the completion of the roof being installed. This past Friday - when Hurricane Helene’s remnants came thru - we noticed a small drip above the skylight.. Called Amanda on Monday morning - and scheduled us with Brett Mabry to come out this afternoon. He showed up when promised - got up in our attic and evaluated our problem - climbed on the roof and noticed that a nail had popped. He fixed the problem immediately - and told us to call them if we have any further problems. This company stands by it work! And Brett is a great asset as well!

We love this company. We quoted everyone in town and they were much lower than their competitors without sacrificing quality. My man, Travis Zimmerman, was upfront with all the details and answered all our questions. This roof was for my father and Travis was professional with handling the whole project. The day we were scheduled, they showed up and tore off the existing roof and reroof it back on the same day. We even had skylights and they handled it all. We had to replace 29 sheets of plywood and they even helped us out on price. They went above and beyond and cleaned up very well with tarps and magnets. I would give them 6 stars if I could and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is wonderful to work with. I needed a new roof and expected to be waiting a month or more because the county had a lot of storm damage the week before. I was happy to get an appointment with an estimator the following week. Hunter arrived for the estimate at the scheduled time and was very professional and inormative. He answered all my questions and explained step by step how the roof would be replaced. Not long after, I got a tentative date for replacing the roof. Eight months ago Design Roofing replaced our roof. Recently we had an issue with our gutters. We thought it was related to the new roof and called the company office. They sent Brett Mabry within a few hours. Brett was very kind and very professional. He found out that the issue was not related to the work by Design Roofing. I would not recommend. I dealt with Maria, it took a week to get a quote. Furthermore, she did not even listen to the fact I needed the fascia replaced and decided to quote me on gutters. While I need gutters, you need to replace rotted fascia before the gutters. I did not end up using their services, especially since I was unable to get a quote for the fascia.

We had an excellent experience with Design Roofing. There was no time delay in starting our project on the date that they scheduled with us by their sales representative Travis Zimmerman. He was awesome to work with. We had 64 squares of shingles to be installed. They had the old roofing material removed within 3 hours and half of the new installation completed by the end of the first day (13 hours). The entire job was completed by noon on the second day. This included from removal to new installation and complete clean up and hauling away all old material. First class workers and first class job.

Can't say enough good things about this company! We had roof leaks that were found unexpectedly while having siding replaced on our house. They came within just a few days of calling them and worked us in very quickly. We had the pleasure of working with both Travis and Brendan. Travis was very knowledgeable when he came to our house to explain the install process and provide a quote. We were actually going to get other quotes prior to talking to Travis the day he came but elected to go with them after Travis spent time explaining everything. Brendan was present day of work and our entire was removed and replaced in 1 day. Very happy with the work performed and highly recommend!

Had some shingle issues from this last storm, so I contacted Design Roofing to see if they could come by and check out the damage. Was very impressed by Hunter’s prompt response to come by and assess the damage within only a few hours of contacting him. He was very professional and explained all the issues that needed to be addressed after inspecting my roof. Because loss of shingles can cause more water damage till they are replaced , Hunter let me know that they would be by within the next day to replace the lost shingles. My son recommended this company and I’m so glad he did. Hunter’s customer service was on point and much appreciated! Will update after the work is complete, but so far, my experience with this company has been a 10 out of 10.

Design Roofing and Todd have been amazing to work with at our camp. Over the last 13 years they have shingled many of our larger buildings for us for a great price and they have also donated material to our camp so that we could redo several of our smaller roofs on our own with volunteers. Met with Hunter Childers today about replacing our roof. First thing he did was sit down with us ask about the roof and what type of roof we want. Then he did an inspection of the roof and worked up a estimate for the different packages that are offered. One of the most impressive things he offered was a “apples to apples “ price guarantee to match or beat any other contractor estimate we get within 10 days of this estimate. My wife and I both liked that he took the time to show us samples of the different materials that they use on the different packages. He is very knowledgeable, professional and a no pressure person and wants to educate the prospective clients.

This has to be the best roofing company anywhere....I contacted them about a potential roof leak on Monday morning and by noon they had sent a crew to my house. While two guys went to the roof to check, another actually crawled up into the attic to see what was going on there.....Within just a couple of minutes they identified a very small pin hole and sealed it. On Monday night there was a substantial amount of rain in the area, and on Tuesday I went back to the attic to check. Not a single drop!! These guys were simply amazing! My hats off to the company for responding to my call, and to the young professional guys for a job well done, and being extremely nice while they were doing it!
