From start to finish, the quality of their work, scheduling, vigilance, labor, helpfulness, and professionalism was of the highest quality. The crew arrived timely, worked carefully and diligently, and roofed professionally. The owner, Chad Look, made multiple stops and inspections to ensure that I, the consumer, was pleased both with the roof and the work that his hard-working roofers performed and delivered. Juan, the foreman, also took every step to ensure I was pleased with the work and the end result. Look Family Exteriors has done several jobs for our family and as always the job is completed on time, done well and above and beyond.

These folks are amazing. I called the shop at the last second, not knowing they were closing. I briefly spoke with Mrs.Toni and told her what was happening. Her hospitality and patience validated my choice in choosing them. Cody, the tech, was in the process of going home, instead took that opportunity to drive out to me. Upon inspection, he sent pictures of the vents and shingles that were causing the issue. Cody and Toni’s communication throughout the process were on point. I highly recommend these folks!

LOOK FAMILY EXTERIORS went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were here promptly at 7 AM, just as promised. They even painted the ugly woodstove pipe that was coming out of the roof and leaf blew to clean up the messy driveway. Not one piece of scrap left behind. I am blown away! And my new skylight has a remote control for the built in shade I’m thrilled with the quality of materials used and appreciate the guidance that I was given along the way.

Tomorrow they will be back to finish hanging gutters and downspouts.

The team was huge and every one of them were plesant and worked with integrity and paid attention to detail.

Now I’m even more excited to get my porch painted in the next few months.

My tenants called me and told about a small leak coming through the roof into their en-suite fan, I immediately called Look Family Exteriors. They had a roofer out there within hours! He did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. We found some caulking that needed replaced on the outside vent. They fixed it on the spot.

The customer service was amazing, the rates were very reasonable, and the technology was top notch!

Cody at Look Family Exteriors was able to provide a free estimate for roof repair within a day of contacting Look Family. In addition, he was able to complete repairs to our suddenly leaking roof ridge vent within a couple of days, just prior to another heavy rain. No more leaks! Choice of payment by card or other means also was helpful.

Cody (hopefully) fixed my roof. He is friendly, professional, shows up on time, and super knowledgeable, very easy to work with. I have already recommended the business to friends.

We had Look Family Exteriors replace our roof on our garage and home after a recent storm damage. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Toni was quick with getting us a person onsite to give an estimate. Cody gave us a thorough explanation of how they would do the work and gave a tentative time line. They were quickly available for any questions we had later and they showed up the exact time Cody said they would be able to do the work. The roofs look great. The install crew worked very hard and their cleanup was beyond great. We have not even found one roofing nail. They replaced a piece of siding on our garage and it blends right in with our other siding. They protected everything around our buildings and were pleasant to have on our property. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work done. We have already had 2 people asking who did our work in case they need to have a roof replaced.

Chad came out a tarped a couple of damaged spots on our old roof. He also gave us an estimate on replacing it. The estimate was more than fair and the work was excellent. They had the old roof removed and new one on in a day. His crew also did a great job cleaning up. You couldn't even tell they had been here. I highly recommend Look for any roofing needs.

Roof and gutters - just wonderful!
When Mr. Look came to give me an estimate he was very professional. I had seen his crew at work a couple of years ago and was impressed with their efficiency. I explained a problem I was having that 4 other pros had been unable to solve. He knew instantly what the trouble was and how to fix it. He then went up on the roof and gave it a detailed assessment. Then explained the things that needed to be done and left me with a packet of information. A detailed estimate followed.
When installation day came the crew got to work immediately, and each one knew exactly what their job was at every step. They were amazing! And they left the property in better shape than it was when they arrived.
The next day the gutters arrived. Equally efficient. There was a place where a downspout was coming down on the patio. I was asked if I wanted it redirected to the other side of the fence. Yes! I appreciated that he had taken the time and care to make that suggestion.
When Mr. Look came to collect the final payment he went up on the roof inspected the workmanship of the job. He also showed me pictures of the damage on the roof and throughout the process.

We had an outstanding experience with Look Family Exteriors. My wife and I experienced some wind damage to our property in the past few months and needed some repairs to be made, including entirely replacing the shingles on a historic outhouse on our property that is more than 100 years old. We called several companies and had a range of estimates, but I could tell Look was the best option for us the moment that I met with Cody Watson. Cody took the time to examine not just what we needed done, but other aspects of our property that needed attention (without being salesy or trying to sell us on other work). He was the only company that gave us an estimate that took the extra time to educate us on our property's condition and offered to go the extra mile. These small items that needed attention he offered to just include in the estimate free of charge in our case. We proceeded with Look on the project and Cody later found several more holes in some of our roofs on the property (which he patched for free). He also found a section of gutter that wasn't even screwed into anything and he gladly secured that free of charge. It's the little things that set a great business from one that's just okay. Going that extra step with customers to ensure their satisfaction and a beautiful final product is how you keep repeat customers for life. Look Family Exteriors was honest, reasonably priced, easy to work with, friendly, and made sure to pay attention to our goals with the project and work around those with great detail. The removal of the old roof (actually 2 layers) and repairs as well as installation of the new roof was efficiently and professionally completed within 2 days. My roof was leaking, and Chad had his crew out replacing my roof as soon as weather permitted. They left my property completely cleaned up and actually made it better than it was. Chad was prompt for meetings and answered any questions I had clearly. So easy to work with! Toni is so kind on the phone and kept me posted when they were going to deliver the supplies. I was so worried I could not afford to replace the house roof but with Look Family Exteriors I was able to replace the garage roof as well. Best of all, it looks great! Chad and Tony of Look Family Exteriors, LLC recently completed the replacement of our roof in the beginning of March. Their price was quite competitive, the materials used were excellent, they started and finished on time. They had a large crew, modern equipment and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Our roof looks better than when it was new thanks to some of the small enhancements added by Look. I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10 and recommend them highly.

Everything happened as they said it would. Two roofs replaced in one day!! Two gutters replaced and one new gutters installed in one afternoon. No drama just a job well done.

Chad and Toni made the process effortless and made the trek outside the normal service area to serve us. He helped me decide on roof colors between several selections and we are very happy with how it turned out. Look Family Exteriors’ quote was 30% below the others in our area. They did a bang up job and essentially knocked out 50 square tear off and install in a little over a day. If we had been closer I’m sure it would have been one day.

Aside from returning next day unannounced to fix/fine tune/correct a section of the roof, they have a nice presentation, got the job done and left the area clean. I have a small roof they finished in half a day. Good communication. I would recommend.

Chad came out and looked at my roof. Explained the materials that would be used and how his team would do the install. Went over the warranty information and gave me some small samples of shingles to choose from. He gave me a price to replace the roof and suggested doing the gutters and downspouts at the same time. This is pretty normal practice in roofing. It allows them to do drip edge easier after reading about it. I did do the gutters and downspouts. I agree with his professional opinion. He also showed up on time. My time is very limited. Also included his insurance info on the quote. I didn’t even have to ask. There was no pressure from him after getting the quote. I told he I was getting a couple others to compare. I made my decision the following week. The roof looks great. Clean up was great. The gutters and downspouts look great also. Following day Chad did the final inspection and we settled up. Got my warranty info in the mail about 3 weeks after. I would 100 percent recommend them for roof replacement! From replacing our shingles to upgrading the size of the gutters/downspouts, they worked non-stopped and did one hell of a job! The team treated our house as it was their own home. Overall, I found the process of getting a new roof installed very streamlined. There were no surprises. I did have some items come off shelves inside my house; however, this warning was in the paperwork, so totally my miss on that. Everyone at Look Family Exteriors was very pleasant from the estimate process through final completion. I will be asking Look to provide a siding estimate next!

Working with Look Family Exteriors was really nice. The whole process was really simple. They sent out someone to look at our roof, assess the need, and quote us the cost for the roof. ZERO pressure involved. The quote was incredibly reasonable. They sent us the quote and contract via email to look over. Their contract touches on every installation point I could think of from ridge vents, to your pets. It discusses the process, and sets expectations really well. When we were deciding on colors they sent us a ton of pictures of installations they'd done so we could see the real colors on a real roof. All of the communication was timely and super nice. They gave us a rough date of installation and called when they said they would to schedule the installation. They did exactly what they said they would. Their team came out and installed the roof in a day, were very careful to tarp all around to catch debris, and also to run a magnet over the ground everywhere, to pick up any nails or metal. They even picked up some marbles that were in the driveway. Zero complaints. The roof looks good, and the gutters work great.

Just had my roof done today by them.
Very professional company. They brought a crew out yesterday in the middle of a heat wave and were able to get most of it done. Cody the manager said it should have only taken a day, but this heat was absolutely brutal. I honestly think they are lucky none of the crew were seriously hurt, suffered heat stroke, or even died.

Day 2 the crew was finishing up another project and the was supposed to come over. I’m pretty sure they had issues due to the heat. So Cody came out by himself and finished the job.

Look Family Exteriors replaced our roof in May 2024. They had to remove our existing roof which turned out to be poorly installed, and had developed 5 separate leaks. They were able to do the work in a single day including replacing 30 sheets of plywood, and several rafters. They arrived on time on time, and performed the work for a reasonable price. We are very happy with their work, and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Well done!

Very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Look Family Exteriors. Chad took time to explain what would be involved replacing my roof and skylights during his first visit (for the estimate). His crew arrived when promised and worked diligently for 14 hours! The next day all the finishing touches and cleanup were completed. Chad performed a final inspection to insure I was satisfied with everything (I was). Toni made sure communications were open and transferred quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience. My new roof is gorgeous!

The roofing crew came to the property at daybreak and replaced the old shingles with the CertainTeed brand. They worked a steady, efficient pace and were done by early afternoon. My 43-year-old ranch house radiates new life.

They were able to work closely with our busy schedule when responding to phone calls and scheduling inspections. The crew came out on a Saturday, due to rain, for our roof and gutter installation. My two young kids loved watching the crew work throughout the day. As my kids ran from window to window the members of the crew would smile and wave to them each and every time. Update!! It’s been a year and a half and I can’t be happier. Over the course of the last big storm, over 8 1/2 inches of rain (August 6-8 2024) we had some water dripping in our garage. I called and they wanted to send someone immediately out to check it out. With work I wasn’t able to meet so they found the next time I was available and sent someone out. He found the leaky spot in no time. Come to find out it was the trim around the window and not a roofing issue. He fixed it on the spot at no charge. First class employee!!! He was on it. Thank you Look for the peace of mind that I am truly covered.

We bought a home a couple years ago that had two additions added to the original house. We contacted Look Family Exteriors when we noticed moisture on a drywall ceiling in one of the additions after a heavy rain. Chad came out to inspect the roof and pointed out an issue with the roofing when the additions were originally built. He was very professional and explained what was causing the issue and provided his recommendation to resolve the problem. There was absolutely no pressure to sell or upsell any products or services. We agreed to the work that needed to be done and he gave us an immediate estimate, which was extremely reasonable.
