I worked with JP for several months through two severe weather events that requiring tarping on my old roof that was leaking. He was always responsive and willing to help throughout the process. JP and his crew performed a high quality job on the new install. They were very timely, professional, and meticulous while cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Our roof received significant storm damage last summer requiring a total roof replacement. 1st Executive Construction was recommended by a friend.

My first interaction was with JP, who sent a crew out the same day to tarp our roof and prevent further damage.

JP was out the next day to evaluate the job and to provide an estimate.  We had a detailed description and estimate within 24 hours. He worked flawlessly with our insurance carrier and ensured the process went smoothly.

His crew arrived as scheduled the day of replacement. They worked throughout the day to remove and replace the roof. Then, the team conducted a thorough clean-up.

They replaced our entire roof in a single day and it looks amazing! You wouldn't have known anyone was even here other than the new roof. I have never seen a group of people work harder, faster and with such excellency! My house is the size of two houses put together and they completed the job in mostly one day. And the clean up was done with precision to detail. I only found 1 nail afterward. My parents just had a roof put on and they are still finding nails. The roof is so beautiful, it changed the entire look of our house! We went with the espresso and its so gorgeous! I was concerned about being able to match our house with the selections and it’s a perfect match. We contacted 1st Executive after another contractor bailed on us at the last minute. Given the time of year (November), time was of the essence. JP and crew stepped up and got the job done timely and in a very safe and professional manner. We had just purchased our new home and knew there were some issues with water damage due to leaks in the roof, but it was impossible to know the extent. Most contractors would have simply presented a bill at the end of the job, leaving you wondering if all the stated repairs were actually necessary or even done. The 1st Executive crew texted me pictures every time they ran into new damage and provided pictures again when the repairs were finished. First, I knew before the job was finished what the total bill would likely be and, second, I knew the repairs had actually been completed. The clean-up was exceptional (one area was left cleaner than when they started) and this was no small feat, given that the old roof was slate. The roof looks great and we have gotten numerous unsolicited comments from neighbors and passers-by. Most importantly, the quality is exceptional. We have endured a number of VERY severe storms recently and the roof has held up wonderfully. After this past storm, we noticed some water leaking from the ceiling. I called JP and he had someone out by noon the same day. Turns out it was a small hole in the fascia, not in the roof/flashing ... but they patched it anyway. If you're in the market for a new roof, you owe it to yourself to contact JP!!

Very professional! Helped us through the insurance claim process for the wind damage and had a new roof on our house as soon as they had an opening in their schedule. Roof looks fabulous - they pulled the old roof, had the new roof on and yard spotless and free of debris!

JP and his crew replaced my roof on nov 27-2022 at my house in Cross Lanes. they show up on time and did an amazing Job. My house is on the top of the hill and they couldn’t bring the dumpster up to the driveway so it was left at the bottom of the hill, so they had to work double to bring the debris down the hill. JP and his crew is amazing and I have no words to express my gratitude for their professionalism and attention to detail to do an amazing job. JP you are great person and your team loves you. JP and his crew are very professional, and did the job done in one day for a large 5000 ft.² house roof. His communication skills are excellent. Quality of work is excellent. Executive Roofing did a great job and quickly — two days replacing our roof. I watched as the old roof was removed and tossed into a trailer just off the roof.
Large tarps were everywhere to protect my garage door, flowers, etc. The workers were very professional, friendly, and answered any question asked. A new type of layment which goes under the shingles and helps protect from leaks. The layment stuck to the Wood to seal it tight. Every aspect to details were taken such as chalk lines, were snapped to even out the shingles perfectly throughout the job.
Also, the chalk lines were snapped for the ridge vents which kept them perfectly lined up to nail.
I would rate Executive Roofing I give it a 10+ out of 10. Thanks JP for a great new roof.

When I saw a 1st Executive Construction Truck around town last week I was encouraged because they would provide free estimates.

Although their website mentions residential siding and roofing free construction estimates; in an email response "We don’t do siding, soffit nor gutters." If you need a residential estimate, don't waste your time with the free estimate and the rude individual behind the Gmail account.

This business was referred by a family member. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and did a great clean up of our yard afterwards. Highly recommend.

First Executive Roofing Company is an excellent company. The owner JP is amazing. He was referred by my neighbor who highly recommended him. When I called him, he answered right away. He came over looked at our roof, worked with our insurance agency, and did excellent work. The workers were amazing. They were prompt, judicious and excellent workers. I was looking for a company to replace my roof and JP at 1st Executive Construction came highly recommended from area home builders as well as friends who had worked with Executive Roofing on new roofs for their homes. He used his drone to take phenomenal photos and videos and even climbed up on the roof each day for photo updates to send to us and keep us informed of the progress of the job. I cannot recommend 1st Executive enough!!! JP met with us in advance to look at the roof on our very old pool house. He knew it was bad, but had no idea how bad until they started removing all of the old material. Once his team (hardest workers you will ever meet) proceeded through demolition, they discovered rotting framework. This did not deter the team. So many contractors may have skipped over this fact, but JP addressed the problem with us and made extensive repairs!!! They worked tirelessly and were so professional. They were neat in their work and their cleanup. 1st Executive is 1st rate!!!

May 20, 2021 This company did outstanding work removing our old roof and putting on a new one. In the beginning, JP referred us to several houses, so we could see his work, the different roof colors, and even showed us closeup pictures and videos of his crew’s quality workmanship. He patiently answered any and all questions we had. He has state of the art equipment to get the job done. Additionally, he and his men go the extra mile to protect landscaping, which was a concern for us. His crew are amazingly hard workers and take pride in what they do. They are skilled, experienced, professional, and helpful. Their cleanup is extraordinary. After working late, they even returned early the next morning to make sure they had not missed anything the night before. Without hesitation, we give this company a 5 star rating!
